Great experience. Needed a capacitor to get HVAC running. Part was in stock and a great price. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I brought a fan motor in because it stopped working. They said Monday, I called Wednesday and they still never looked at it. I called Friday and the lady said the guys were gone for the weekend. This was the hottest week of the year. Unusually hot. Went and picked up my motor after the weekend. Was charged 50 dollars for a new plug end.They put a completely different style plug than what was on it.Now I have to go and buy the proper plug end and replace it.Not impressed. I would have thought that they would look and use the same style plug. I don't understand.I'm not impressed.
