I contacted Mark's Automotive at 8am to have my Heavy Chevy Silverado serviced. The only problem is that I work their same hours. They picked up my truck from my job by 9am and returned it by 10am. I needed an alignment something serious. I'm very thankful they were able to pick it up, drop it off and shoot me a text with the invoice to pay. Super convenient! Top tier customer service!

Wow! A garage with honesty, integrity and ethics! Nothing like the "Stealer-ships".Diagnosed our problem and we were on our way.We will definitely be taking our vehicles here in the future!The shop is busy but that should be a tell tale sign of the quality of work.

Knowledgeable and very patient explaining what my car needed. Talked to a couple of other places and the wait was days before it could be looked at. Dropped off at Mark's and knew that afternoon what all was needed. Picked car up next morning. Can't find many places with reasonable, honest prices that are thorough and repairing car in a good time frame.

After the referral of a close family member, (who will drive an hour to take her vehicle there), I decided to use Mark's when the engine went out on my car. I am glad I did. Unfortunately I needed a new engine. It is an older car, so finding an engine was a challenge. But they did, got it installed and got me back on the road. They were up front with me about what was needed and the final cost was reasonable. I was very pleased with my experience there. I will definitely use them again if needed. Thanks guys!!

Mark and his staff are very helpful and honest. The staff has worked on two of my vehicles and repaired them in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!

Mark's Automotives is the only place my husband and I will take our vehicle for repairs and oil changes! Definitely recommend them. They also have a very friendly staff which is a plus now days.

They did a great job were able to get my car fixed only in a day or 2 but the ice kinda postponed me getting it when it was ready my car drives so much better then before and they had reasonable prices they also charged what was quoted and didn t try to pad the bill like some bigger places do they worked on what needed to be worked on and also did an oil change for me which was super nice and awesome if your looking for a good honest place I highly recommend going here for any needs for your car

Best repair shop in town! They always go above and beyond.Late one afternoon I noticed the pinion seal in my F-150 was leaking. I was planning to leave on a road trip the next morning and needed to get this repair done ASAP. I messaged Greg and he immediately responded and told me to be at his shop at 8 AM the next morning. He had my truck repaired and on the road by 9:30 AM.The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Thanks to Greg, David, and all the staff.

These guys was actually recommended to me by another local garage. When I got their they was very immediate on trying to get me moving (I was running late for work) he called me in a very timely manner to let me know all my choices of prices and what was going on and had the problem fixed for me in no time, even worked it out so I could get the vehicle after hours. I greatly appreciate these guys and they are sooo nice! The only place I take my car. They re honest and keep my car in great running shape. They even took care of me and replaced new struts under warranty when they were making a noise I didn t like. The car now has 230k miles on it and they re the only ones who have worked on it since it was new. They get me in quickly and on my odd schedule for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Really good people.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I ve used Marks Automotive multiple times and am always pleased with the service, communication and cost. I was having an electrical issue and they stayed in touch with me throughout the process. To save money, they even offered different parts to me to fix and the labor was extremely reasonable. I trust them to make any repairs. I made an appt with them and they put front brakes on my car and installed an engine fan. They did a good job and I was satisfied. I took my car back to have the tie rods replaced and an alignment. I was charged over two times the amount I was quoted. The man who quoted me the price was supposed to have called me and never did. This has been a month ago. My car is still pulling to one side and my car is also bouncing like it did before I had the tie rods replaced. I have called and left a message but no one has returned my call. My second trip to them makes me question what all they did on the first trip if everything was necessary and if they really did repair my car or if they just rigged it up.Services: Wheel alignment, Brakes

This is an outstanding car repair shop! The staff are courteous and if they make you a promise, they keep it! Most importantly they are honest and you are not gouged on you prices!My car is a 2016 Toyota Sienna van. Evan's Service Station in Arley (who usually does our car repairs and are great as well), told us they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the proper tools. I got an estimate from the Toyota dealership which was $1000. Marks toldme it would cost $650! Quite a difference, and they also stand by there work for a year or 12,000 miles.
