This is my last car wash; I paid extra for the wheels. After going through the car wash, I got out to see how they did. It was the worst job ever, they missed the bottom of my SUV all the way around. The machine also flipped the passenger side mirror in, you would think it would clean the outside of the mirror clean. It was as dirty After going through as it was before. I went to speak with the lady at the debit/credit pay machine. I showed her the bad wash and she ask if I went by the scrub a dub or something like that. I asked her to explain what she was talking about. They have an area set up for you to wash your car after going thru their car wash. I explained to her in a nice way that I was 77 years old and had just paid extra for them to clean the outside of my car. She offered to let me go thru the wash again, or I could use their wash your own car area to wash my car myself. I had a hard time understanding how a car wash would have an area for customers to wash their car where their machine failed to clean their car. Give me break people. I paid you to wash my car, and you expect me to pay you for me to wash my own car.

Went thru didn t even touch the east to get too areas on my car . Asked if I could run back thru was given attitude. Went back thru same result . I got the most expensive wash !! Very unhappy !!

While paying monthly, entrance sticker never worked. Called numerous times. When finally received return phone call, customer service rep was more than rude. Every time I tried to speak, she told me I was interrupting her and she couldn't help me if I continued to interrupt. She kept repeating the same thing. I was never given the opportunity to provide input.

Full charge when the vacuums aren't working. Please give some sort of notice before people spend the money.

My husband and I came thru Jasper on June 17, 2023 and I would like to commend you on how well your car wash done an awes job cleaning our truck. We live in Cullman and they have a Take 5 car wash and they do a HORRIBLE JOB CLEANING vehicles. They tell me to call them to talk to them about how my experience was and I ve been trying to call them over a month now and nobody answers the phone and that s no way to do business.

The staff has always been more than kind when i needed help with anything. The only suggestion I would have for them is to check on adding a personalized wash to the monthly package where each customer can choose what all they want done and pay based off each option they include in their wash. Bc my first 6 months there i got buddy's best for like $36 a month but every time i came thru i had to tell them i didn't want the tire shine bc it would sling black junk up on the sides after i would leave. But now that I'm on the basic i don't get the buffing wheel at the end which makes a big difference in the drying if the front of my car. But that's it. Overall I think they're awesome!

I paid for the $25 wash and it did not clean my truck. I then went to their bug wash area and had to scrub the whole vehicle myself. Then when I showed them how it did a poor job the first time and asked if they could give me a free wash since I already paid $25 for basically nothing. They refused, so I had to pay another $13 so I can get all the bug wash rinsed off. After that was done, there was still soap on the truck. I will never go there again

We have the wheel deal unlimited. So I can wash my car when ever I want, everyday, multiple times a day. Just come by, join one of the good deals and get a sticker so the bar code reader will scan and ur in. But if you have real wide tires and wide mirrors, u will not fit.

We started coming a long time ago because of the service then went somewhere else because the machines were broken and stayed that way. The car wash machines didn't work and the vacuums also didn't work. We went to another car wash and had great service until the owner died and service went downhill from there. The machines barely worked if they even work at all. We went back to Marc 1 and are very pleased with the service

A great car wash experience. The machines that clean the floor mats are out of order. The vacuums are strong and the employees are nice.

The car wasn't clean after the wash, my receipt didn't print, part of the vacuums didn't work. Customer service was a joke. They either don't prewash the worst parts or aren't allowed to, I was given 2 different stories from the same person. All for the low cost of $20, but a month of washes is only $29.Go somewhere else!!!!

I ve had a membership for over a year at Marc 1. The workers at the Jasper location are always so friendly and helpful. My car always looks great after the wash! I m completely satisfied with their service from start to finish. Sorry wash for 20.00. Attendant didn't lift a brush to clean bugs off front end. Tire shine only on one side. Vacs were good, but when you spend 20 minutes trying to get bugs off front end after paying 20.00...I won't be back.

Went for 2nd interview. I'm 52 years old, own my on farm, and very responsible. I stressed to management how important this job is for me to survive. Have years of management under my belt. But to know my livelihood depended on a manager no older than 25. I wonder how he would feel if it was his parent in desperation. Needless to say no company should let a young person with no experience to determine who's hired. Young people only want young to work with. I must say people of age stand no chance in a society of entitled.Not true to respond to owner. I'm available for all. The manager told me you had no one to fill management spot and that's how he got it. Only been in management 2 weeks. The truth will come to light. People of my age that need a job. Need to know how companies like this treat older individuals. Oh and by the way they said they give Amazon gift cards for each interview. THAT TO IS A LIE. Let me explain, I have been doing Google reviews for a long time. I have very few that are bad and will always put the truth out.

I am a monthly plan subscriber but I am warning everyone to Be very careful!!! Wheel on back passenger side has four deep indentions where tire track grabbed it and its a 2021 Honda Accord. This cannot be fixed without replacing rim. Very unhappy this has happened.

If you want to have your car washed, I would have suggested this place to you because your car gets really clean. But heres why I WOULDN'T suggest it to you. We went through the car wash, without any damage done to our car, but when we came back out our windshield was severely damaged. A huge crack was made on our windshield and we know that it wasn't there when we went in. We traded contact information with the corporate office and the owner and they told us to come in today, June 8, 2018, so they could look at it. They told us on the phone that THEY WOULD REPLACE IT because there was no evidence of any damage when we entered the wash. Never have we met anyone so rude and unprofessional as the owner was. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The owner tried to put the blame on us when it was their faulty machinery inside the car wash. This $20 car wash cost us $200 due to their ignorance and unprofessionalism.WE WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH EVER AGAIN DUE TO HOW WE WERE TREATED!

Been over a week and still leaves soap on my truck plus no tire shine. I am a monthly paid customer and have been for nearly a year now. I am gona change places if this problem is not resolved soon. Use to be a great place to wash but not now.

Terrible, car didnt even come clean and paid 12$ for wash in addition the dryer didnt even get the car dry. Sumiton's $5 car wash does a better job. Half the vaccuums were not working. Will not be going back

Half the vacuums doesn t work , comes apart when trying to use , trash is usually overflowing , closes to early , and a person is slow to come out to direct you into car wash , car doesn t come out clean half the time, especially for the money you pay

love the car wash, loved it more when they provided glass cleaner, because what ever was in that bottle was awesome cleaner! And if you take away a service you should drop your price a little bit.... otherwise great place

I purchased the Share Card. I was told that I would get 5 washes per card, and given 2 cards. When I went for the 6th total wash I was told I had used them all. I was sold on this card due to the fact I could give another person in the house a card to use. Even though it would be less washes than the regular Speed Pass which allows for a wash every day. I am not happy that I was lied to. Manager blamed employee, this is a management problem he did not train his employees. Even after being given a gift card I am still not happy. This is bad business. The web site says this about the share card so it also makes you think 5 washes per card. Standard clubs allow you to wash your vehicle as often as once a day. Share cards have a total of 5 washes on them for each 30 day pay period." FIVE WASHES ON THEM.I wish I didn't have to leave them a star. I canceled this service allowing 7 days as per web site. I have been billed for another month of service.

I am so happy with this car wash. I can wash my car as many times a day for less than $25.00 a month. Vacuums are free. Service is the bomb.

Not a bad place, but doesn't quite clean my tail gate of my truck and the lower area near my step boards. Sometimes leaves soap on windows.

It's a RIP off they try charging my card 2 times a month so I cancelled my membership. I really liked the carwash and it is worth $30 a month but not $60.

Wash doesn't clean the front or back of your car. First vacuum I used Didn't suck very well.

Good, clean car wash! Had a issue, and employees Corbin and Chance solved it immediately! Best car wash in town!
