Recently, we had a situation on the interstate jus before Jasper. Roadside service found L and L for us and Carl was so great He got our car and my husband and I safely to the Chevy dealership. Vehicle stuck in park. Myself and another guy had tried all we knew to do. Carl comes out rocks the vehicle back and forth and presto the vehicle is in gear. Didn t need a tow after all. Good guy. When I need a tow I know who to call.

Excellent service! Had car troubles while on vacation, and when the tow service our insurance lined up, left us sitting on the site of the highway, L&L picked us up! They were quick and very understanding of our situation. I'm from Missouri and likely won't use them again, but the least I can do is leave a positive review for the guys that saved our vacation!Service: Car towing

So every pleased to find Carl at 5 am when we were broke down he answered on first ring & and was there to help in 15 min. It was fuel pump we were back on road by 10 am sure wish we could give him a 10 star rating. We will definitely recommend him to our fellow travelers coming this way!!! My family and I were stuck in a bine. Rental Car broke the and replacement was a about 45mins way. We called the rental company many many times that day to get a tow company to get the car to us. We have on guy who was really rude to use, one couldn't get the car. After a few hours of phone calls my wife finally car to tow company that Bent over backwards for use to get use our car. Hand's down nice company to get the job done no matter what called us when he got the car and told use be was in his was to use. Now we can finish our family trip to Miami Beach.

These guys came out at 9:00 on a very rainy Thursday night to tow my daughter to a nearby hotel because her windshield wipers quit working as she was passing through the area heading home from college. She was going to stay at an hotel overnight until the rain passed. Instead of towing her car they fixed her wipers and sent her on her way. Many thanks to the wrecker driver Carl for getting my daughter safely moving again. If you need a tow, L & L is the way to go.

Woke up Monday to take my jeep to the shop to have some work done. On the way my drive shaft broke off at like 6:30. I believe I even woke him up. He was out to me within 20 minutes and took me to the shop. When we got there; they said they might not be able to fix the drive shaft due to liability or something. He told me to go ahead and get the work done that i originally had planned and when they finish to let him know and he'd pick up my jeep and tow it back to his shop and fix the drive shaftCould not have asked for better service. Thank you Carl and to your son for helping me and my wife,we got a tire from tractor supply that no matter what would not seat on the rim since my trailer tires are chevy rims after trying to get the tire to seal to the rim with no luck and this was after a truck stop had the same problem Carl pulled a tire off a chevy truck and gave me the tire and rim to help us to get home i tried to pay him for the rim and tire he said it was no charge you just can't find a person like Carl and his son no more to help a person out of a bad spot. Wish we could give them 10 stars!!! They deserve them.We were driving from middle TN headed home to MS for a quick weekend home when we lost all power in our Ford F-250, barely made it off the interstate and was stranded. Googled for help and found L&L towing and repair, they came to us and got us back on the road!! These are GOOD people!!! A very fair price!! They stuck with us until the job was completed! Carl and his associate (son, I think) turned a catastrophe into a very manageable situation. My boyfriend and myself had a near death accident on the freeway and we called AAA. They were able to get ahold of these guys around 3am. This was after they had reached out others and nobody would/could come. Not Carl though. He not only showed up but he went above and beyond to now only tow our vehicle all the way up on the trailer because the tires had come completely off the wheels/rims in the wreck, but was kind enough to get us safely to a hotel. We stayed in contact with him as he had our truck and the next day he was able to track down new tires and rims, get them installed and had on us back on the road the next day. We cannot recommend them enough! We are from Arkansas and wish we had a trustworthy and dedicated towing and repair service like this one over at home. 10 STARS! On the way from South Carolina to Arkansas my husband's truck kicked the bucket. He arrived in no time and took the truck to a mechanic then came back and got his 40 foot trailer. Then he took my husband to get a rental truck! Carl is truly a wonderful person that genuinely cares about his customers. His son is lovely as well! I'm not sure what we would have done without them. He even called later to check on us!

I have relied on L & L for towing services since COVID. My son's vehicle had to be towed several times last summer. This past month, Carl towed his jeep and repaired it within 24 hours having to remove the motor repairing what a previous mechanic had done. We could not have gotten my son back on the road for his job in time if i was not for the care and concern shown by Carl and his crew. He is dependable, reliable and thorough and gets the job done! Needed to have my car towed so I called this company. Initially it was a decent experience, handled my towing well and did so at a reasonable price. However I decided to further my business with said company and the professionalism started to decline from there. I would call the owners phone to check up on the progress of my car and would rarely get a response (had to resort to getting an employees phone number instead), work was never done in a timely fashion, overall safety in the procedures I noticed there were sketchy at the least, the owner let his underage son work on vehicles, etc. I eventually opted to take my business elsewhere after a lot of what I had brought my car there to be fixed for, I handled myself even while my car was at the shop. After taking my business elsewhere, the owner showed his obvious discontent with my decision. Tried to withhold items from me when I was picking up my car and parts from his shop, harassed me through private messaging via social media, instructed his employees not to give me my items, etc. Highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Would not recommend

A real stand up guy, Carl the owner of L&L went above and beyond to get our car back on the road after we had broken down far from home. Carl took us to find the right part, and put an extraordinarily amount of effort into getting our car fixed the same day. He offered to take us to a hotel to rest and/or to take us to get lunch while our car was being worked on, and was overall a great host while we our car was being fixed. I can t recommend him enough if you are anywhere in the area and need a tow or auto repair or both. Carl will make sure you are done right at half the price of the big shops.

Mr. Ledlow provided incredible service during the time my car was in his hands. He had exceptional knowledge on the area and businesses, and was able to find a number of options that allowed me to get back on the road safely. His dedication gave me peace of mind through the process, and his humor made my day a bit less rainy. I was lost for words with how helpful he and his family are. His wife went to various locations to look for a wheel that fit my car, and his son even put the new tire on. They definitely have a team of good spirits, and I'd recommend them to anybody in the area, you won't regret it.

I called being in a very bad situation where my car got stuck at night and my phone was about to die and I had no money on me I was very scared and embarrassed honestly. Probably the best customer service I ve ever had! I live in Virginia and broke down on my way home from New Orleans (~9pm). The L&L team picked me up, dropped me off at my hotel, towed my vehicle to their shop and fixed it first thing in the morning. They also picked me up from my hotel and brought me back to my truck.Great service, friendly business and top notch customer service.Highly recommended and I would use them again if I didn t live in Virginia.Thanks L&L!

I was traveling back from Atlanta to my home in Dallas when I ran into car trouble, I messed up the strut to spindle bolts on the front right side of my car which causes my tire to began running in that area. I called L & L and talked with Carl who was super nice, professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He arrived promptly in 35 minutes, and towed my car to an Autozone shop where he fixed my car in less than 15 minutes seriously. He was super great and I m so glad I ran into him or I would ve been stranded away from home! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Ask for Carl!

Great service wish I knew the drivers name, but I ran out of gas and he refused to leave me stranded on the hwy. I even offered for him to drop the car he was towing. Will most definitely use this y'all again! And I'll most definitely recommend too.

Broke down on the side of the road the afternoon before Thanksgiving. Within 30 minutes my jeep was on the rollback and on the way to my mechanic. To top it off, the driver gave me a ride home. Awesome customer service!!Service: Long distance haulingService: Long distance hauling
