Can't say enough about how vacation saving they were. Super nice and willing to help on a last second phone call about a camper tire going bad. Not only figured out what was needed and fixed it but went above reassuring my daughter it was ok. We were back on the road as soon as they could. If we were local they would be our go to mechanic.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received by any shop hands down. The owner put his personal business off to help us when we were stranded on the interstate due to our tire flying off the trailer we were pulling. He replaced the studs and installed the tires on the rims and didn't charge us nearly enough in my opinion. What a blessing! Please support this business if you get the opportunity. Thank you soooo very much!

I would give them 0 stars if I could but I can't I'm furious with the company my bf called for them to air up a tire and never said how much it would cost or if at all but normally you tell someone hey it'll cost 20 before we do this but no he filled up the tire then told us it'll be 20 bucks like I don't have cash on me right now and I feel like I shouldn't even be charged for air or gas they didn't even drive that far and normally my bf would been able to fill it up but couldn't because we're in jasper not at homeLike 20 damn dollars just to come out and air up a tire like damn it would've just been cheaper to fick up the rim and tire and get it replaced

In all of my 39 years have I ever come across a mechanic and family I might add that are 100 percent completely upfront and honest. He understands every situation and not only tries to get the best deal for you but actually tries to save you money! I am going to be a lifelong customer no matter where I end up living. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!! TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS BUiSNESS AND I ASSURE YOU YOULL BE GLAD YOU DID!

I had a crazy little lawn mower tire that took a tube, nobody in jasper wanted to touch it.They didn t hesitate. Took a little while and 2 tubes but they got it, and only charged me 10 bucks. Great prices, great people, can t go wrong here

Everyone who's had the inevitable car problem worries about 2 things... How much is this going to cost me??? And, will the mechanic be honest about the repairs???I recently had some work done on my car. I am very happy and satisfied with their work. Craig (the mechanic who worked on my car), was very easy to talk to, and he described everything he was going to do, and why it needed to be done. He took the time to explain my options to me. I really appreciate that. Most of the mechanics I've encountered in the past seem to get annoyed when you ask them any questions. Not Craig! He made me feel like I had a relative for a mechanic. It was very refreshing.I also thought the prices were fair (everything is expensive now). I don't think I could have got it cheaper anywhere else. But trusting the mechanic to do a good job is worth something.Also not having to wait a long time to get my car worked on was a huge benefit too. It was ready the next day.I will be using Jasper Tire & Automotive for any future necessary car repairs.

A good place to go if you need tire repair, front end alignment, etc. Friendly, honest and reasonable. It's a small, home grown tire shop, so don't expect high speed rush through service.

I dropped off some rims and some tires to get mounted on the rims. They are 20 inch black gear deep dish rims. I had to call the next day because nobody called me to say they were done. When I got there I found out why. They were extremely gouged all the way into the metal and big chips in the powder coating is missing.All I got from the service writer and senior techs was that nobody knew that my rims were trashed. Everybody kept saying they had no idea.My wife had already paid before I got my rims. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. I have worked in a shop and know that there is no way that they didn't know. No offer to fix my rims or even refund my mo ey. The damage is way more than the cost of the service they provided. I have never had such a bad experience with a business in my life. They knew they severely damaged my rims and did absolutely nothing about it.Avoid this place like the plague. If I could give negative stars I would.

I had a bad day prior to going so I was just so happy to be treated with respect and genuine concern. Brandon helped me with all my questions and was a very good salesman. He gave me the best for my money understanding i didn't have much when i arrived. Good tire for a good price and I appreciate that. Most are out to get your money.

I absolutely LOVE the men here!! Not only is their work amazing, it's also worth A LOT more than what you pay. Aside from their amazing work ethic and prices, they're kind, caring men who do what they can for their community. I have not gone anywhere else since finding them, and I refer everyone I know!!

I had a water pump leak traveling through here. I bought the pump, hoses and thermostat, and all the tools I needed to fix it myself, then I found this place. They have multiple master mechanics and are not booked out. 830 am I was there as promised they got me right in. I probably saved a busted knuckle letting them do it. And I would have taken me longer in the cold. I would give 10 stars if I could. If you can get it here, they can fix it.

Very respectful, professional, prices very very reasonable. Service was amazingly quick. I rarely give anyone 5 star's but there were no flaws in my visit to this business. So 5 star's it is , highly recommend.

Honest & fair prices, you can send your wife or daughter there & the diagnosis & price are the same for them as a man with knowledge of a vehicle. Can t say enough about everyone there. The only place to go in jasper for honest reliable excellent auto repair.

I was traveling from Memphis to Atlanta when I started having trouble. I stopped at N U tires first and I pulled off due to poor service. I drove a few more miles and found Jasper Tire! O Happy Days! Tire saviours... the gentleman were polite, quick, considerate. My Friend had a kidney transplant and needed to use the bathroom which was occupied so one of the gentlemen gave him a ride to the next nearest bathroom. They serviced my vehicle quickly and properly. Best tire sales customer service. Best customer service.

VERY GOOD, IVE BEEN THERE 2 TIMES WITH FLAT REPAIR AND THEY HAVE TREATED ME VERY WELL. THE STORE IS KINDA SMALL BUT THEY MAKE IT UP BY THE WAY YOU ARE TREATED. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK

Good staff and service. Replaced the oil filter housing on my fianc� s 2004 Honda Odyssey. Excellent job. Would use them again.

Took my Dodge pickup up there to get a second opinion on fixing my front end after I was scammed by another business. I sat there between 30 minutes to an hour without them even looking at it. Then Everett sent word out for me to take it back to the scammers. NO! But y'all just lost my business unless he apologies, which I'm sure he won't. And to think I thought I was friends with his family.

GREAT Experience!!! While traveling back from Georgia I had a blow out on my trailer. I used maps to find the nearest town, after calling several tire shops, including Walmart, they were either not open due to it being new years eve or didn't have any trailer tires in stock. Got in touch with the good folks at Jasper tire and about one hour later I had 4 new tires plus a new spare tire. They repacked my bearings. I can't say enough about how good my experience was. Also the price was very reasonable.

My ol lady is rough on tires and I got her a set of used ones for a very reasonable price. We were in and out in fifteen minutes!!! Service was excellent and very professional.

The is customer service excellent fast and relabel !!! They stand by their product new or used used tires has a 30 day warranty I work on all of my vehicles from mechanic work two tires and alignment Messiah Jasper tires the place to go cheapest price on New and Used Tires around the Central Alabama area I've compared many time

The guys there really went above & beyond to help me. Honest, fair & compassionate. I was traveling through & had a unique tire situation. I had already called several tire shops in Jasper & none of them were interested in even checking to see if they could help me. The owner never hesitated to do whatever he could to accommodate us, & his 2 technicians were just the greatest. I can tell you with absolute certainty these guys will do you right. Not to seem overly dramatic, but although I'll admit I can't recall their names, I'll always remember their kindness & willingness to help when Noone else would. I hope it comes back to them 3 fold!

Horrible experience. I would not suggest anyone do business with this company. Not only did they break my sensor, but they didn't let me know they did til I called 3 times and went down there. I checked price of tires online and at other locations to compare because I had never heard of the brand, they charged me double compared to every where else. I have to now air my tires up before work and after to make it home. They will not give me another set without an addition $200 . When I paid $350 for tires worth $170 at most. And they keep giving me the run around til this day instead of making it right.

I have done allot of business with them over the last few years but not any more!!Called to see if they could get another tire for my truck. Told the guy what I needed he laid the phone down herd him ask the boss about it.Boss man's reply was push him off till tomorrow!Waited 30 min to get an answer but nothing!Funny part was I didn't need it till then. Also needed a front end alignment, oil change, and fuel filter. Tried to call back many times but busy due to the phone laying on the counter....In short service sucks and bad workman ship!!(Found out what they done to my truck after the fact causing the front tires to get abnormal ware on the inside )It's ok found better pricing and service some where else!!

They really are some great people here ! They all have big hearts and always helping people . We wouldn't buy our tires from anyone else ! Wonderful staff great place great prices !
