Bought a ford edge on Saturday. I had some issues with the battery and they were quick to reimburse me for what it cost me to get a battery. Overall I love my new suv. And I got it within a day after applying for financing. They also had new tires and a fresh oil change put on it when I went to pick it up. I realize it s always best to buy vehicles locally

John Paul helped make the car buying process simple and smooth. He listened to what I wanted and didn t constantly try to bombard me with other options when my heart my set on a particular vehicle. This dealership always makes me feel respected which is more than I can say for other name brand places.

I highly recommend Jasper Auto Sales for anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase. As a first time buyer, John-Paul went above and beyond to help with the selection within my budget and made the process go as smooth as possible. I was financed and in the car in the same day. Jasper Auto Sales is my go-to place when ever I'm in the market for a vehicle. I recommend them to everyone and try to bring as much business their way I can. Very polite very professional and always straight forward. John Paul will go above and beyond to put you in the car you want and help you every step of the way leaving you feeling confident you made a good purchase at a great price. Fantastic experience at Jasper Auto Sales working with John Paul. He isn't just a car 'salesman'. He sells vehicles, doesn't beat around the bush or pester you in any way. Highly recommend this lot and salesman, 10/10 would purchase from him again. *If I hadn't been able to get my dream truck I know he had other options available to me as well!

We recently purchased a Chevrolet Tahoe from Jasper auto sales, John Paul was our sales man and he was the best to say the least he went above and beyond to get us in the vehicle we wanted and even offered to fix what we wanted fixed on it! 10/10 would recommend we had a great, easy experience!

Very helpful and friendly staff, we worked with John Paul and he got us in something we really needed with ease. He was on top of everything and went as far as staying in contact with me and answering all my difficult questions. Would buy from him again for sure.

Thought Jim Woods was a stand up guy and would stand good on everything he sells but thats not completely true. My son bought a truck from him and from day one truck had problems. Jim did what he said he'd do till the problems got bigger then when my son wanted out from under that truck and wanted another Jim Woods told him for $1,500 down he'd replace that lower mileage truck with a truck that has over 250,000 miles. My son sunk alot of money in upgrades in the other truck just to get nothing back but a slick slip of the toung. So do not buy that 2014 dodge ram 4�4 with the nice wheels and lowered cause it has electrical problems oil leaks and the frame is mostly rusted out at the stearing box. Just don't do business with him period!

They sold us a lemon, but repeatedly told us that nothing was wrong with the car. We finally paid $200 for Carl Cannon to tell us the transmission needed to be replaced--which would cost more than we paid for the car. We took it back to the dealership within the warranty period. Instead of making it right, they upsold us. They didn't refund the full amount we paid & instead wrote it up as a regular trade in, giving us credit for the original purchase price, but not the $500 in dealer fees. They also didn't reimburse us for the $200 shop expense. The only decent car they had was twice as expensive as the one we bought before and they wouldn't come down off the price at all. AND, they charged us $500 in dealer fees again. I am beyond pissed, but ready to be done with this. If this car starts acting up, I'm going to consult with an attorney. I will never buy a car from them again. We should have gone to Carl Cannon the first time.

Highly recommend Jasper Auto Sales. JP was Amazing. He made the process very easy. I told him my budget and what I was looking for and he made it happen. I came from out of town and when I arrived JP was waiting for me and had the vehicle ready for me to test drive. All of the paperwork was prepared for me to review and sign. Everything was exactly as discussed prior to my arrival. I never felt pressured to purchase outside of my planned budget or offered any other vehicle than what I expressed interest in. From beginning to end JP made the process painless and easy. Best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. Thanks JP!

Today my husband and I bought a new to us car from JP Windham at Jasper Auto Sales! He was so great and helped us find the perfect car for us within our price range! Its a great car and now my husband can drive to work without me worrying if he will make it lol. I suggest if your in the market for a new vehicle you go down and check them out first! My husband and I went to this dealership to just look and test drive vehicles. We've been to other dealerships and felt as though we weren't taken seriously due to our young ages. Matt at Jasper Auto made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. We weren't expecting to buy that day, but fell in love with a 2016 Honda Pilot and ended up driving away with it! Super happy and thrilled with it. We will definitely come back when it's time for another vehicle! Thank you guys!

Awesome place! JP is the man up there! Bought a Jeep Rubicon at a great deal and was exactly like it was described. Came with a great warranty. I didn't have to wait on anything when I got there my paperwork was ready to sign! Can't speak more highly of these guys! Not only that JP waited after hours on a Friday!! You're the man JP! Jasper Auto Sales FTW!

Just got 2015 Kia from them and JP Windham was very professional and honest with helping us get this vehicle. He worked to find us someone that would take a risk on us since we are trying to rebuild our credit. I would highly recommend JP Windham and Jasper Auto Sales to anyone needing a new ride.

My family has used Jasper Auto Sales and Tacoma Mania since the 90's! They have a friendly family atmosphere and will do whatever it takes to get you the car you want and the payment you need! I personally have bought 6 vehicles from them and they all have been excellent. My friends and extended family uses them too!! I will never go anywhere else!!!

The guys seem nice but they are crooks that take advantage of people.. having trouble with a car they sold us and they told us to bring it back so we drove over 2 hrs they said they will put it in the shop and take care of it .. days later they call say it s done so she drove back picked it up they charged her almost 150 said (they replaced some censor) their words and said they did an oil change.. well they didn t change the oil and the car is doing the same thing it was before.. I feel like they didn t do anything but take money and time.. do not recommend

This place is great, start to finish it was an incredibly simple process. J.P. broke everything down for me truthfully and told me how it would be possible to get the truck I wanted. It was as smooth as I had hoped for, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for help purchasing a vehicle.

Sales staff member (Windham) was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all questions in a timely manner, and did not leave me feeling like a burden or an idiot. The vehicle we purchased was ready when promised, and was in immaculate shape. Would definitely refer this company to others.

This is a family-run business owned by Jim Woods. All of my experiences with the woods family in purchasing vehicles has been 100% positive. He doesn't have fancy commercials are fancy slogans are advertised warranty for a million years he just sells good quality automobiles that you can depend on. No tricks no gimmicks, just good honest people trying their best to earn your respect and earn your business. One of only two dealers I know that I truly trust, the other being Fikes Automotive in Hamilton Alabama
