Have been looking at cars, talking to a few dealerships. Their sales rep told me that with the car listed at $1 over MSRP, they were making $1 on the sale of the car. Dishonest (or at best unknowledgeable) sales staff. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I only gave them 2 stars because the buying experience was not bad. I had several free services that came with the car purchase but when I had those services done they were not rotating the tires. Now that my free services are over it was time for me to service it myself. When I got under the car I realized they had left out several bolts holding up the panels and the two panels that covered the oil plug and filter were missing. They were also supposed to replace a door handle that was popping under warranty and they never did that either.

Haven't had the car (2017 acura) for even a year. Only drive 14 miles a day to and from work and already messing up and was told they will do NOTHING and take it somewhere else

Pleasant buying experience with Hyundai in Jasper, Al. I had a bad experience at another Hyundai dealership recently, so I was reluctant to shop at another Hyundai dealership. In hopes all Hyundai dealerships are not the same , I decided to give Hyundai in Jasper, AL a try. Glad I did. I really like my Tucson SEL. I told them the options I was wanting on the vehicle, interior & exterior colors & finance terms. They didn't have what I was wanting , made some calls and within 15/20 mins, found a vehicle and had it the next day. So far I am pleased with the vehicle. The Tucson rides/ drives very well, comfortable seats and has the options I wanted plus some .Thank you all at Hyundai in Jasper ( Rob , Terry , Steve and Nick ).

In the past, buying a car has always been an unpleasant experience for me, with over zealous sales people, number games and just an overall feeling of dishonesty. In light of this, I don't even know where to begin in describing how different Hyundai of Jasper is. My husband and I purchased a car from them, and within the first week discovered some problems. I immediately thought this would turn into a nightmare situation. But boy was I wrong! Not only were they completely understanding, every single person at the dealership from the Service Advisor, all the way up to Mr. Callahan, the owner, went above and beyond to make the situation right, and to make sure we were satisfied customers. It Is so out of the ordinary of what most people experience with car dealerships, that as I have shared my story with friends and family, all I get is jaws dropping in disbelief. I could rattle off a long list of companies that just in the last two years have offered such horrible (I would say nonexistent) customer service, that this experience single-handedly has restored my faith in humanity. It was as if we were transported back to a time when people truly cared about their customers. That is very unusual these days. I need to specifically call out the team there...Katrina, Sam, Steve, John and Mr. Callahan are top notch, professional, caring and so personable that it feels more like visiting with old friends rather making a business deal. More companies should take notes on how to gain customers for life from Hyundai of Jasper. We will never buy a car anywhere else, and we will spread the word of this gem of a dealership far and wide. Thank you to all of you for what you do!!!! I love my new Elantra Limited!!

Nick Middleton was amazing! Traveled from North Dakota to take delivery of my car. The entire staff was helpful and courteous every step of the way! I will travel to purchase a car from them again without hesitation!

We were stranded on the interstate and had the car towed to Hyundai of Jasper. The service manager, Chris, was so nice and helpful to get us back on the road. Found a new radiator in a nearby city, picked it up and installed the next day. Made sure we were safe and ready to travel. Can t say enough about this small town dealership with friendly southern manners and efficient service. 5 stars for sure!

Terry and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to find us what we wanted in a timely manner. He made the sales process easy and Steve in finance helped get us the best interest rate available. We love our new Hyundai Santa Fe!

Great staff and service dept. Even with all the problems of getting inventory they worked hard to get the vehicle I wanted sooner than I thought possible. Love my Santa Cruz Limited. Great gas mileage so far and that turbo really kicks it when you need it. We have bought several cars over the years from Jasper Hyundai and have always been more than happy with the vehicles and the experience. Best warranty I ve seen. Sam, Cindy and everyone there is terrific.

I had a great experience here. Everyone was friendly and courteous. They explained everything that needed to be done to my car. Called me to let me know what needed to be done in addition to maintenance. A mouse tried to build a nest in my engine. Wasn't as expensive as I thought. Was very pleased with the service.

Loved this place. But after a while, the lady at the service desk, was not too helpful. When I would explain what it is I needed. Now don't get me wrong, my car has always come out good in the end, it's just the Drama I had to dill with.

I would like to thank Katrina in service desk Her team diagnosed in 10 minutes a problem that I had repeatedly brought to other dealers and ignored Out of their way to have my car fixed properly I recommend honest hard-working dealer.I've never seen another dealer where the owner is accessible for you to communicate with And actively involved service as well as sales Kevin is a true man to his word

Hyundai of Jasper was so friendly and easy to work with. They made the experience of buying my Hyundai fun. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and the paperwork was fast and easy to complete. Great people, great service and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Nice and friendly service center they lady that works in there is absolutely a blessing but it's always something with them I just don't understand how one person can tell you something and it be something else they need to get there stuff right it's starting to be a lot to deal with and I went to use my key that unlocked my lug nuts and someone had used it and I've never used it so there the only one that has ever touched my car so I had to pay to get them to take my lug nuts off it's just been a bad experience the past few days

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Special shout out to Shane and Kayla for their patience and literally spending the ENTIRE day with us while we picked out exactly the right car for our needs. They really went over and above to make sure we got what we needed to feel comfortable with our new ride while keeping us on budget. These guys know their business, and pointed out some vehicles we hadn't considered, one of which we ultimately wound up buying. Thanks!

The most phenomenal experience! I hate to go to an automobile dealership! But Hyundai of Jasper is the ONLY dealership I would recommend, and HIGHLY recommend! The staff and management are courteous, professional and most importantly, LISTEN to my requirements! They delivered on car and price. Go now and ask for Nicholas!

Worst experience ever. Engine went out in first part of October and was towed to Hyundai in jasper. It was suppose to be put in line for diagnostics to see if this was a Hyundai problem and warranted a new engine. We have been continuously told next week. Meanwhile I am out a vehicle with a sick husband

Ok I was approved for the financing yesterday with $1500 down and$350 a month payments. Today in not approved without$3000 down and with the extra$1500 down payment would change from$350 to $416. That makes absolutely no sense at all. Now I wouldn't buy anything from them if it was$0.49 and payments of $.03. They done nothing but lie just to get me to come in. And cost me a days work.

Great !! My salesman Nicholas listened to what I said I wanted and set out to find it. He Is keeping me aware of new trade ins that I might like in my style and price range. Could not ask for more.

Went there today to look at different models and took a test drive in the Santa Fe Limited. It was quite a nice car with a 2ltr turbo that was very responsive. Slight rear cabin wind noise. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Terry answered all my questions about the different vehicles.
