We bought our second car from Honda Jasper yesterday and once again they made it a great experience. Our Salesman was Tom he was extremely friendly and helpful.We did a test drive and paper work with Tyler he was also extremely friendly and very knowledgeable on all questions we asked and Darryl for financial, also had a great experience, he was very friendly and helpful.Highly recommend this place!

This is the Chic-fil-A of dealerships. Everybody has always been very courteous and friendly and make sure you have a good experience so you ll return. Started having maintenance done here years ago and had such a positive experience, I bought a car. That experience was so good, I came back the next time I needed another vehicle. I plan to buy from here in the future as well. Good customer service seems hard to find nowadays, so the friendliness of the staff goes a long way. Bought a CRV here recently and I got a great trade-in value along with a great price on my new car. Tom, Tyler and Darryl were very friendly and made sure we knew all the features of the car before we left, even staying after normal business hours to help us. Nobody was pushy or tried to pressure me. The service department has always been good to work with as well. They ve saved me money more than once by letting me know the $$$ problem I thought I had was actually an inexpensive repair. I really appreciate that honesty. This is a great place!

Jarrod Vickery is such an excellent representative for/at Honda of Jasper! He is in the service department and I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He greeted me with a smile and positive demeanor which really helps in times of service needs. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. He was such a pleasure to work that even though I live hours away, I am considering planning my service needs around trips to Grandmas house. Honda of Jasper is lucky to have him, and I am sure he has earned and kept them (you) lots of business!

Don't buy a used car from them. 6 months after I did it started falling apart. A year has passed and I've spent nearly 2000.00 in repairs. Gen Mgr response was , "It was a used car with a lot of miles". It's a 2012. Had 173000 on it. Got to help from them at all.

Salesman Jesse was very nice , & eager to find us something. Even suggesting a car they just got in that wasn't detailed yet. It was a good car at a great deal. Not pressured into anything.

Purchasing a used car from them has been the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I have been looking nationwide (the prices in my state were over $2000 more compared to other states and I didn't have a problem flying to a dealership for the right price)for a used Odyssey for over a year and a half and have almost purchased one but it was "accidently" sold. Steve Addison answered all my questions and sent pictures of anything extra that I wanted to get see (since the dealership was 3 hours away). He wasn't pushy and didn't tell me "used cars are selling very quickly". Very little back and forth on coming to a price we were both happy with and it didn't take hours to get back with me on offers. It took maybe 15 minutes to come to a deal over the phone. Even when we came to pickup the car, there wasn't any heavy sales pressure in the finance office. We will definitely buy from them again.

The worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership! My new vehicle has $4200-5000 in paint and body work issues that needs to be corrected and the the vehicle needs to be repainted. The dealership refuses to refund me, take any ownership of the issues they missed, or take the vehicle back. I have never once asked for a free Pilot or cussed any of your employees out that you have implied in my BBB or Attorney General complaints. The response I got through the Attorney General's office were complete lies fabricated about what happened. I think Mr. Callahan must have dementia. I have left numerous messages while this was going on with the receptionist to ask for you and Tom and my calls were not returned. Your employees signed off on the pre-delivery inspection with these issues. I will be escalating these issues with legal counsel and with Honda management due to the the lack of customer service and lies you keep telling me, the BBB, and the consumer complaint division at the Attorney General's office on what has transpired. You were hung up on once and only YOU because you LIE and cannot handle resolutions in a professional manner. Why would anyone ever purchase a car from you after the ordeal you have put me through? This dealership takes zero accountability if you have issues with your new vehicle. Kevin Callahan, the owner is a liar and will not help or offer any resolution if you have any issues with your vehicle that was purchased there.

I just want to thank Tommie Dill for his patience, understanding, perfectly see through dealership where they lay everything out for you to see. #TRANSPARENCY That s no little thing. No false promises. Just straight up info, facts to go by. He taught me so much about the world of buying a new car. I just cannot say enough. I had a lot going on & torn between trading in my car or buying my daughter the brand new car but through Tom (GM), Scott Crumps generosity of allowing me to make a decision based on actually experiencing one of the cars before I made the decision I mean guys come on. You do not, NOT get this type of service from just any dealership. They made me very happy & my daughter too (until we decide on hers all to herself) & I could never express my thanks enough, nor explain the way my heart feels. I was the very first customer EVER to drive my car. Brand new, dropped about 2 months or so ago & had zero miles when it arrived the day before & 4 miles when I got in it. Talk about a special feeling!! And my husbands pick of color made me happy too. His favorite thing about her (our new 22 Honda Civic 2.0 LX) If you want honesty & thoroughness GO SEE TOMMIE AND TELL HIM I SENT YOU!! THANK YOU HONDA OF JASPER

Great service with oil change, etc. My husband worked here many years ago as Finance Manager, so it's bittersweet to go back at times, but I enjoyed the service we got as all the former employees are no longer there. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. Friendly, fast service! Would definitely recommend

I have found that the best way to judge a dealership is not by the sales team, but by the service they provide after you've already bought the car. I was driving cross country and took a large piece of shredded truck tire to the front of my vehicle that ripped up the bottom. I had previously stopped at this dealership to get an oil change and tire rotation, so I stopped by again. The service team in both interactions was better than family...they treat you as a friend. They were quick, extremely helpful, and KIND. I wish I could experience this level of competence and professional courtesy everywhere. On a personal level, I have come to expect that due to my age, gender, and polite personality...mechanics will try and take advantage of the situation. I am beyond impressed with the upfront conversations and open practices here at Honda of Jasper. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the service was same-day. They had to order parts and were able to get them into the shop within 24 hours (one part from Atlanta and the other from Birmingham). I was able to see the damage from the tire on the vehicle, discuss options, and was treated with respect. Michael from the maintenance team was an absolute pleasure to work with and made me feel like part of the family while sharing what he was seeing and teaching me about the vehicle. Jarrod at the service desk is a rock star! He was able to expedite parts and kept me up to date on every step. Less than 24 hours and I was back on the road again. I had the privilege of speaking with Tom in sales and would encourage any friend of mine to seek him out to work with! Thank you all and I look forward to stopping here again!

I went for an oil change and they were super quick. Friendly people and great service! Will probably purchase my next car here. *Edit to add I DID buy another vehicle from jasper honda. Great experience! I recommend this dealership for any woman shopping for a new ride. They will treat you fairly.

Honda of Jasper performed maintenance on my Pilot and the customer service was outstanding! Everyone in the dealership from the owner, the service manager, the service technicians, the sales manager, and etc were professional and courteous. The entire dealership went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and my car was repaired in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Honda of Jasper to anyone.

I decided to purchase my Honda Civic from this location. They gave me the best price compared to other competitors. I'm talking like a $1500 price difference, brand new not used. I know in the world of car sales some employees would do whatever to get your signature. I really appreciated how Ray did whatever he could to get me what I wanted. The staff I interacted with that day was friendly and patient especially when it came to answering my questions. I'm a veteran and I am likely to go back to this location to upgrade to the Accord. I would recommend this location to a friend. Give them a try, you don't have to commit to anything to get price quotes. Remember, you are the one that's in control, I hope this information helps.

So happy with my Accord that I purchased from here! Ray was professional, personable, and understanding. I can t remember the name of the gentleman that handled my financing, however he really took care of me and got me exactly what I needed. I have been to several dealerships and NONE of them compare to Honda of Jasper. Thank you guys!

Just bought my first Honda. Selected the Honda Accord sport in Sonic Gray. It's a beautiful car. Already had 6 people express how beautiful the car color is and how great the car looks. Got great financing and the sells process was exceptional. I recommend Tyler as your next sales person at Honda of Jasper. I'm stoked about the new car

The service side is quick, friendly, and super accommodating, and I've never had to ask for the help we've been given.And the sales staff was more than helpful in finding us the exact vehicle we needed, without actually knowing what it was we wanted, and for a very decent price; while also making the financial process as quick & painless as possible, and dealing with hiccups between banks. And I've never encountered a pushy, annoying sales pitch in the nearly ten years we've been here.They're the best dealership in town, definitely. Max stars.

We had an incredible experience buying with Jesse Luster. He was able to give build us a car to spec which arrived earlier than expected. He charged no BS market adjustment fees like many dealerships currently do. I called several throughout Alabama to find this one. Very honest, transparent, and fair throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I bought a car from this place about four months ago. Nice car, good price of course it s a 2013 jaguar xjl and would give 5 stars because the people are great but this car been having problems since the third week I ve had it. I just wish they would have told me about the oil leak on the rear main seal.

Awesome experience. Walked in knowing what vehicle I was looking for and an hour and a half later, I drove off the lot a new car owner. Look up Tommie Dill when you get there - great salesperson.

Another dealership tried to bait & switch me, and a friend recommended Honda of Jasper. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, and the sales person Tommie was the best. He took the time to teach me everything about the car. The pro team there made buying the car quick & easy. Best experience ever buying a car!

I purchased a 2007 GMC from Tommy Dill a week ago. It was a easy purchase and negotiations were simple. There was a problem with the tire sensors that had to be replaced. I paid the upfront cost and Jasper Honda quickly refunded me the same amount. Highly recommend the sales and finance people at Jasper Honda. Highly recommend.
