They were conveniently open on my only off day, Sunday. So I scheduled an appointment for 11am. However I sat for almost 30 minutes before they even took my truck back despite me having an appointment. Besides that everyone was very friendly and the customer service wasn't lacking. Just need to be more prompt to getting to those who schedule appointments. Got my oil changed and truck serviced and even learned that it was no point to rotate my tires due to the brand wearing quicker than other brands. Good knowledge to have! Would definitely recommend.

If absolutely no star was possible that is what I would choose. Rude. Rude to ladies, rude to families that have untrusted in them to fix the vehicles that people also,work hard for. It shouldn't take 6 months to a year to get help from what YOUR store messed up. Then when you go above your the bad guy. But guess what if it's sent to an manager one above you. You would probably think they have to work together. So therefore they are rude to you also. Higher please. Do better Firstone. WHAT IF someone had had an bad accident. Would it had been herd then? If it was my babies or your's in that truck with that accident?! Herd then?!! One manager above you isn't gonna cut it. Not sorry.Response: Bryan, Several have been contacted already. Thanks.

On the wall is "Fundamental honesty is the keystone to business ", this is a nice statement not true to my experience. I took my car in for an engine light and shaking upon acceleration. I was told it was #3 cylinder and coil and 3 spark plugs. Took home and still did it, took it back and now its cylinder 1, they replace that? They get 1 star bc the mechanic really tried to fix this issue. 4 spark plugs later and a coil the engine light is on and the car still shaking. We were told we'd get a refund and referred to Ford. My senior dad paid 700+dollars for my car bc I am out of state visiting and he wants me to get home safely. Cameron tells my dad he can only refund 330 bc he can not refund the rest bc of labor and the use of the machine that throws codes but they didn't fix anything. I say can't we compromise on this that seems excessive and he says no. I hope whoever reads this realizes that this contradicts their sign and decides to refund my old dad the rest of his money. I took my car to Ford and there was a leaf and debris on the mass flow air sensor. She sent me a picture with 2 of my spark plugs that were broken, they are replacing all the spark plugs but they believe the INITIAL problem was a leaf and dirty mass air flow sensor. Now i have a dead 1 cylinder spark plug so Ford is replacing all the plugs. On my initial test with Firestone my 3 cylinder flagged so a plug and coil were replaced then all the plugs replaced. But those bad parts were put back in my car bc they sent me to Ford. I cant prove Firestone cracked my plugs putting them in however i do believe they did also Ford said my coils were all fine. Take your car to a dealership so you don't waist your time and money. I do know that Firestone lost the future business of my dad, my step mom and myself over 400.00 and false statements on their wall.Update. We spoke to Todd. My dad and step mom are supposed to get a refund on Monday. I took it from 1 star to 3 bc of the quick response to my experience. If there is a discrepancy in the amount or outcome the review can always be amended again but I think we will be fine. I'd also like to note the mechanic was really nice and I do believe he tried.

I have brought my car here a few times and i have been impressed with the customer service. I bought cooper tires (ordered in advance) and i have been pleased with them. They have gotten me in on short notice and i have also dropped the car off. I have been happy with the repairs/maintenance received. They communicate well with their customers.

Anytime I have a tire issue I bring it here. I had new tires put on from a competitor in Huntsville and it s been slowly leaking for a few weeks. Brought it in to Firestone Jasper and they found a faulty valve core. Not once would they disparage the other company and they got it fixed. Solid professionals and amazing team. Thanks.

The mechanic and others that were working here at 9am on Sunday Jan 7th were extremely helpful when our vehicle started misfiring 9 hours away from home. Everyone in this town is extremely nice and even offered to give us a ride to anywhere we needed while our vehicle was being repaired . We are from South Carolina and they made us feel like we were home. Just old south feel with people helping people. Nothing better. Thank you!

First of all I just want to say that I love Firestone and trust them completely with my car. My last visit with Firestone is a testament to their level of honesty. I had thought that my breaks needed replaced but once I dropped my car off and spoke with Kameron over the phone later on, he informed that my breaks were fine and that it was not necessary to replace the breaks at that time. Anytime I bring my car to Firestone I am given peace of mind that my car and wallet are under the best care! Thank you Firestone!

I had called in advance due to a blown trailer tire and I asked about their on hand stock. They confirmed they had the tire in stock and even made sure to lay hands on it to confirm. When I arrived Sunday afternoon, I was promptly greeted in the parking lot and their tire technician took care of my family immediately. I am incredibly grateful for their prompt service and attention to detail! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! I will certainly consider Firestone for all my tire needs.

Cause they was amazing nice and patient and so welcoming Todd is amazing and the guy that was working on my car was amazing too Don't remember his name but he even called me in the back and showed me stuff that was going on with my car they're absolutely wonderful there

They helped me out a great deal today just going there. The front end of my car had been making some strange noises that just seemed to get worse. They told me what it was, got me a battery and now to save up to have the front end fixed soon. I would take it somewhere else but the warranty is what I'm after. Already had struts replaced 2x in the last 2 years and they are needing to be tore apart and see what else is going wrong with them.

I came in for an alignment. My truck was pulling hard to the left. When they were "finished", I paid then was told they did the best they could but could not align it. They suggeated taking it to someone else. The truck is the same as it was when I brought it in. They took a job, charged me, then didn't fix it. I will not return to Firestone and will advise others the same.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! First off they put my car as the wrong model in their system. When I called to price tires they didn't price the size I asked for. They priced them as the car they had in their system and called me after they had already put the tires on to tell me it was going to be over $100 more than they originally told me!! These tires came with a 40,000 mile warranty. When I took my car back for a tire rotation (the same tires which had 38,000 miles on them) and an oil change, an employee called me to try to sell me new tires. When I declined, he told me they could not do my rotation because the tires had not been properly rotated. I told him they had been rotated every 5,000 miles at other mechanic shops. He then voided my warranty making a note that they had not been properly rotated. Even though I had every receipt from every single rotation! On the same day, I asked for the standard oil change which is $29.99. Instead they used oil that was $59.99. So what I thought was going to cost me around $35.00 was $79.65!! This was the second time they have done this. I have had nothing but negative experiences with every car I have taken here!!! I will NEVER go back and would advise anyone thinking of taking their vehicle here to go somewhere else!!!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great place! Awesome people. I didn't purchase anything today, I was in a bit of a hurry. The employees were awesome, but I found that priced were higher than I expected. But arrangements for financing could be made. Made me feel welcome!!!!

Cameron was the gentleman who helped me today. It was Saturday, hot, and close to Firestone's closing time, but Cameron was extremely friendly with a cheerful attitude. I was having a difficult day with my tire, and Cameron made it extremely easy for me. He's an asset to that organization, and they should know it. Thank you, Cameron! Noticed a screw in my tire at 5 PM on a Friday and this was the only place open! The woman I spoke with on the phone was so friendly and told me to bring my on car in! I was out of there within an hour and it was very inexpensive.

I wont bore you with the details suffice to say i ran into a problem with aftermarket tires and sensors, gm dealership wanted $800 to fix it. The manager and staff at this firestone was able to fix the issue, it took a couple visits, but problem solved and it didnt cost me anything. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I thank all of you!

This is a very dependable and knowledgeable shop. Not really into chain store mechanic shops, but personal experience with these guys changed my mind, wouldn't go anywhere else! They have a firestone card that starts you off with a very generous limit too!

We had a flat tire on the interstate going back home. We were towed and this place was to the point and did awesome work. The manager was kind enough to speed things up so we could get back on the road. SC is a long ways from AL. Burger's Towing was awesome as well.

Some friends and I were on a road trip when my car started making a weird noise. This was the closest auto shop, and the two gentlemen who helped us took care of everything as quickly as they could while being honest and keeping the cost to a minimum. So grateful!

I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else.I'm currently working in Nashville. But was able to get home this weekend and Todd was able to squeeze me in for my oil change, wipers, tire rotation, balance, and check engine light. Next visit in 3 weeks, I'll be getting new tires.

Really the top notch service you expect with this brand. My family has counted on them for years and I am gladly continuing the tradition. Shopped what I needed through their online website, called to verify and make the appointment, and they were even able to get me in a little early. Tire prices were the best price for what I was looking for. Great C-19 procedures in place ensuring techs and customers were wearing masks, and providing them to those that didn t have them. Was in and out with in an hour and a half, and had a good understanding of what was done and what to expect out of my service. Would definitely recommend for all your car care needs. Todd does an excellent job at this location.

AMAZING service. Walked in on a Saturday morning. Manager helped me. Gave me the recommendations of tires for my truck. Actually recommended the lower priced tires. They were busy and still had me out of there in less than 2 hours. HIGHLY recommend this store specifically!!! Will always be my go to for Auto Service

Bought a car from Carvana that is partnered through firestone for repairs. Told them i was having issues with the clutch being too spongy, the front desk guy and Todd both told me that that's how the clutch is supposed to be after explaining i have to put the clutch to the floor before it disengages to shift and even then tries to grind. Told me newer clutches will do that saying they'll need the car for a week, sitting waiting to be helped for 30min listening to front desk guy complain about his work load and each customer leaving to the next customer. I was told the carvana claims department was closed on the weekends and would be better if i brought it back to carvana cause he knows how they are. I left called them, their claims department was open until 4 Saturday putting my fix even further behind. Left it Sunday and Monday, i had to call twice for them to even do a test drive then they finally agreed with that i was saying and they would need it for a week... I got fed up and took it to GM dealership, within 5min, test drove my car, ordered parts and will be fixed in 2 days. Firestone has horrible customer service and what seems like zero knowledge for being certified. The entire time they were trying to get me to just get somewhere else to do the job.
