The Service department is very courteous and professional. I came to have my car serviced and though I couldn't leave it for them to service it they managed to work me in and even though they were very busy they got right on top of it while I waited in the dealership lounge area where it was supplied with television and even phone charging stations for various types of devices which I had to use for I had left my phone charger and it was on its last bar so that came in to good use while I was waiting but besides that being said there was a beautiful lady I assume a service manager who had continously keep me updated on everything with my vehicle and even offered if I needed a ride to grab lunch she would have it arranged if I had needed. I got to say she definitely is a major asset to Carl Cannon and with her such great personality and customer service she alone will keep customers coming back. Thanks again

Service department slow. Been waiting over a hour for a oil change with a appointment

Got my oil changed. Was about 10 minutes early for my appointment. Was done and gone in about 25 minutes

Great In and out , oil change rotate tires total inspection 30 min.
