I have received the most courteous, respectful, and professional staff help me through a difficult situation. I felt respected and it's not something you find these days. I would recommend Anyone who has to have bodywork to choose this place.

The shop has taken one whole month to fix a fender bender to my vehicle. I will not use them again. I have had a vehicle with massive damage that took the same amount of time. No wonder insurance is high! I was told it would take 8 business days. Once they get your car they ignore what they said to you despite your many calls and reminders. I can t afford the rental and I need to get back to work. I was told on the second week that the paint was drying and I should be able to pick it up on Monday. The third week they said the same thing. Really Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just an incredible 5-star experience at Carl Cannon Body Shop. My 2019 Ram was hit by an unknown vehicle in the passenger back door. The whole experience from finding a door to the day I picked it up was top notch. They call you every couple days to update you on what step your vehicle is in the process. The paint blending was first rate. They even detail your vehicle before giving it back to you. DON'T HESITATE PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO CARL CANNON. I am very disappointed with my experience so far and have yet to receive my vehicle. My vehicle was delivered exactly 4 weeks ago to the day, 3 of those weeks was waiting on aftermarket parts which is not their fault. I called 3 days after the parts was suppose to arrive and they advised me the tech would be installing the parts so it could be aligned. 3 days later I called back and was informed the same thing due to the tech was sick. This is very poor business practice for the Carl Cannon name to let a customers vehicle sit for three days to have a wheel and tire installed.Service: Tires

Very poor service and very unprofessional service, My MNL was told her vehicle would take 2 weeks , 7 weeks later still not finished, was told tech had been out sick, finally told to just come get the truck because she had called several times asking about her truck due to not having transportation while truck was in shop. The man was very rude and did not put her door panel on correct and did not hook her tail lights and breaks lights up so she left there and got on interstate without working rear end lights she is a elderly lady needless to say do not recommend and Will never be using this place again for any of our family needs in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had brought my 2006 Toyota Avalon for driver door damage in a wreck. When I got my car back I was not happy about 4 things. First, The rear bumper is missing clips so it just flops in the wind while driving. Second, the door where it was repainted, there is buffing swirls from someone who didn t know what they were doing or didn t care ect. Third, my locks on my door click over and over due to my back door lock not being connected so I have to manually lock the door now. The fourth reason is my window visors, when they replaced the driver door it had a window visor, they took it off the old door and also broke it in the process and then continued to put it on my new door and glued the pieces back! Why in the world would anyone do that!? I would ve been happy if they would ve left it off to begin with. Definitely do not recommend. I will do business elsewhereService: Body & Trim

The estimator looks at your car/truck as if it were theirs and estimates parts, labor as if they were spending their own money. Just got estimate for $256.00 versus competitor $1,900.00.
