This place was great in finding the right car for me. My salesman Scott knew just what I needed and everything was ready for me when i arrived . I bought a 2017 Ford Escape. Nice car , I love it. Looks brand new. Not one scratch. Low miles.This dealership is top notch with a good selection to choose from. Very pleased. When you tire of getting the run around in other places go see Scott.

After finding the perfect truck at a great price we drove down from Nashville to check it out! Well we just left the dealership with an awesome new Sport Trac! This place is awesome!!!!!! The people are amazing they help in every way they can. We have bought our third vehicle from them today! Every vehicle we have got from them has been a great price and very dependable. If you want a new ride I highly recommend Boyles auto sales in Jasper!!!! Thank you Randy and Sandy! The 5 hour drive from South Carolina was absolutely worth it! I searched everywhere to find the car we wanted for our son and found it with you. It was easy doing the deal over the phone, no pressure or haggle, just straight forward fantastic customer service. We loved the balloons on the car to celebrate our sons birthday gift. He was so excited to get his 1st car and we are so happy we got to share this experience with you guys. Even after the paperwork was complete, Randy made sure that we were ready for our trip back home, topped off the antifreeze and checked the oil. Of course, the car was already in tip top shape, washed with extra shiny tires! Just cant express how much of wonderful experience we had...thanks again guys!

We bought a truck from Boyles Auto We absolutely love the truck. Scott was very friendly and accommodating. We drove from Knoxville TN on a Sat to pick the truck up and drove back home. 5 days and 700 miles later we have had lots of trouble. The truck was perfect for the first 5 days when i called the dealership i was advised it was my issue. I felt like they should have cared a little more. I have a truck to pay for that needs a new motor.

Took a little 3 hr drive to check out an '01 F250 Super Duty. Well worth the drive! The truck was in good shape and low miles just as advertised. Randy and his son were friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed doing business with them and we will definitely check with them when we buy anything else! Great people to work with!

The guys here are very sweet! They were so helpful in getting us into a vehicle! Super easy to do a trade. They have the best prices out of any place we looked at! If you are thinking about trading in your vehicle or anything, I would highly recommend going to them because they will get you taken care of! :)

Had a great experience. Scott took a lot of time with us & didn't seem to be in a hurry when my husband wanted to drive several trucks. He was very patient & very nice. Randy was also very nice & patient. He made sure we got the best price on the truck we bought & gave us a good deal on our trade in. They even stayed after hours making sure we were fully satisfied & helped us clean out the truck we traded in & never seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I would highly recommend BOYLES AUTO SALES IN JASPER TO ANYONE. VERY NICE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH.

If you are a single parent looking to purchase a dependable vehicle at a great price. Swing by and ask for Randy He is a very upstanding and honest person and that's hard to find when you are shopping for a used vehicle. He absolutely went above and beyond. When I buy all 3 of my girl's a vehicle this will be the only place that I will go.

They either don't thoroughly check vehicles that they get or they just don't care that somethings wrong with them and sell them anyway. My van drove great the first month I had it. Then 1 month and 2 days after I got it the transmission went in to limp mode and I've had it taken out of limp mode 5 times and every time it goes back into limp mode. It hasn't been right since. I've had the van 5 months and 2 weeks ago had to have it towed home and it's sitting in the yard inoperable.They definitely lost a customer.

Very friendly and outgoing staff. They were easy to deal with. 3 years later, the Tacoma that I bought from them is a rust bucket. They had used touch up paint on all of the chips and rusted areas. My roof is completely rusted , hundreds of small rust specks all over the body and a 4 inch hole rusted in the frame. This is the only vehicle that I didn t take to a mechanic first because I trusted the salesman. That was my fault and I will never do that again. Don t buy from them unless you have the vehicle inspected by a third party. I should of know !

Bought a car from here about a year or two so ago after a major car accident totaled my car. Was looking for something reliable and safe as I had severe ptsd from the car accident (was not at fault). Bought a 2014 Nissan Rogue and a month later had to put in a new transmission in it. Fast forward to right now, I have to change the transmission AGAIN! I no longer trust the car I bought from them and definitely has made me scared to drive on the road again with this car because I m afraid of it breaking down on the interstate.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Boyles Auto Sales and have been extremely satisfied with each vehicle we purchased, 2007 GMC Canyon and 2008 Nissan Altima. They go above and beyond customer expectations for complete customer satisfaction! They are the most friendly, reliable, honest and affordable dealership that we have ever known and we will definitely make our future vehicle purchases with them! Higher price for vehicles with 200.000 plus miles shop from individually owned vehicles you'll get a better price.

Bought our son a car from them Fall of 2018. He promised the tires were new. Well one stared leaking and my son took it to be patched and found out the tire had been plugged. He had to by a brand new tire. Seems shady to me. Not trustworthy.

Purchased a 2007 Lexus ES350 couple weeks ago/MANY ISSUES . Waiting to see how Randy Boyles handles the problem before going into details. I will post weekly good or bad. LM Buddy Bryant. ps: Only put one star because it required one to be able to post.I WILL CHANGE MY ONE STAR TO FIVE STARS. My issues were addressed by Randy Boyles & corrected.
