They do great work here. Make your car look like nothing ever happened to it but if there is anything that requires after care you are out of luck. Constant run around and excuses. They are super nice and friendly until they get your money (and a lot of it) but after that if anything is wrong with their work, you are on your own.After posting this review I did hear back from someone at the business and hope that we have worked out a suitable solution to the issue. I understand that parts were hard to get and believe that they were working to find an answer to the problem.

They did a wonderful job on my car a couple of weeks ago. In Fact they have did great jobs on repair of several of our cars. We recommend them highly , staff is friendly, they are quick and efficient

I am very pleased that they require mask and have a wrecker service. I've used other shops in the county but they are the best by far. They do quality work and in a timely manner, if they can get the parts you need during the COVID-19 transportation situation. They repaired three vehicles of mine where animals or other drivers caused damages. Each time when I picked them up, they looked like new.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Went there with my significant other to get a estimate on doing body work on our car. They are still wearing masks and offering curbside service to give their estimates. Staff very friendly and know what they are doing. The guy that did our estimate gave our car a good once over to see all of our cars damage , told us he would be right back with our estimate. Wasn't gone long till he was back with our estimate, answering any questions we might have . Next stop, our insurance company to drop off our estimate.

Took our car there for appraisal. Employees were super friendly. Waiting area was very clean and maintenance area looked very clean. Adjuster was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Absolutely the best from beginning to end. They are kind, caring, polite people. Mr. Blackwell is the best. The work they do is always 1st class. They go out of their way to make sure that you are satisfied. I highly recommend them.

My Family has used this company through the years!!! I hadn't seen the place or been there since I was a young girl. I walked in and said my last name and Mr. Blackwell remembered my father that had passed away 26 years ago. Now that's personal service. That meant so much to me. Mr. Blackwell and his staff is AWESOME & do outstanding work.

Not much parking, driveway sloped, difficult to back out, not a lot of turn around space, somewhat high towing and storage rates, my opinion only

Mr. M. Blackwell remembered my husband Jimmy Moreland from back in the day when they use to frequent Reese's Drive In, Jimmy so admired his Vet ( He still owns it )..Well, I had damage to the hood of my Tacoma and they replaced it . Did an amazing job , great service.

Contacted to get estimate or setup appointment for paint job and they said they do not offer paint jobs if not getting repaired in body shop due to demand. When asked if anyone in they could recommend anyone in area - they didn't know of anyone. Poor 'customer' service.

Towed my car in the middle of the night, but held it until Monday morning so they could charge a extra $120 for keeping it over the weekend. I would take my business elsewhere.

Took my car in for repairs from an accident. They did a quick and quality repair!
