Bill Penney Toyota was the perfect choice for me to find my new Corolla Hybrid. I was not expecting to need a new car right now, but life happens and these folks made it super easy to make the best choice. Luckily my friend, Eric Long, got me started before I even arrived by checking their lot for new and used cars that met my requests.My salesperson, Alicia Butler, reached out by text and assured me that we would find the right car. When I arrived, she walked me through some choices on the lot and explained in easy-to-understand terms the differences between different models. By the time I did the test drive, I knew it was the right vehicle for me. Alicia made it fun and easy.The financing options were explained in detail by Creighton Bloyd. He was very friendly and down-to-earth. The Penney Perks are amazing!! I feel like they are going to be taking care of my car's needs for the long-run. I'm so glad I chose Bill Penney Toyota!

Kathy is the absolute best! Second Camry I ve bought from her. She always treats me like family and made sure what I wanted happened. She genuinely cares about you as a person. Wish the financing could have went a little faster but I ll be back to see her.

My husband and I went to Bill Penny Toyota in Jasper looking to purchase a new car. We were greeted by Ryan who gave us exceptional service. He explained every question we had. The very first car he showed us and test drived, was the one we purchased. He went beyond and above to make sure we were happy. He said if we had any questions at all to call him, which I called him a few times and he walked me through how to set up my phone and was happy to help us. The entire staff and financing office were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a new car see Ryan at Jasper Toyota, he won't disappoint.

Very pleased with our purchase and service. Alicia was wonderful and truly on the ball getting things done. I had hit a deer and totaled my car in a super busy time of year at work. I had zero time to go to dealerships. Alicia was great at working with me and my busy schedule, and communicating through emails & texts to answer my questions. I was also looking for a specific vehicle & color that I could not find anywhere else in a 200 mile radius - but Bill Penney had it.

The staff was very good they knew our situation and worked with us almost all day to get us in a car we where comfortable with and could afford Brad was an awesome salesman stayed with us all day and treated us like family. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life and they never pressured us at all but helped us get what we needed

Ryan Mortimer was a great sales professional! He worked very hard to make sure that I was confident in the car I was leaving with as well as the price! After not having an experience with my first car, he made me feel comfortable and went to bat for us to get the best deal! 10/10 recommend :)

Alicia Butler was my sales person and went above and beyond to say the least, she worked patiently with me and never gave up on what I wanted. Customer service was spot on with friendliness, smiling, and communication via text and calls. I highly recommend her for anyone looking another vehicle new or used.The GM, Foster was a great supporter for his team and customers. It says a lot for a GM who already has a lot on his plate to put that to the side to interact with his customers and ensure we leave happily with what we want.Sarah has always been my sales person in the past, but in her absence due to promotions, and helping at other facilities, she made sure to have the best team to fill her shoes, and that I was taken care of start to finish.

The team was able to find me the car i wanted very quickly. Had it located and delivered to the dealership in just over a week. Jake Sanders was an excellent salesman to work with. He wasn t pushy, and working with him was easy. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I just helped my son purchase his first car from Kayden at Bill Penney Toyota in Jasper, AL. I wasn t looking forward to the car search due to being taken advantage of by previous car sales reps. However, Kayden showed me that it s possible to find a honest and helpful salesperson who really cares about giving his customers the best deal and not just making a sale. There are two Toyota dealerships within 20 minutes of my house but I found the vehicle I loved at Bill Penney Toyota.. From the second Jason Johnson answered the phone he gave me all The information and updates on my vehicle purchase..so I drove the hour and a half to Jasper.. If you need a vehicle you need to call Bill Penney Toyota and talk to Jason.

Just bought my new 2023 RAV4! Kathy was so sweet and helpful throughout the entire process! She has years of experience and was very knowledgeable in all aspects! Even my lender commended me on the deal I got! I had some minor issues when they were under PREVIOUS ownership but the NEW owners and staff have most definitely redeemed themselves for me and I will continue to recommend them and give them my business! I walked into the dealership to get my 2017 4Runner serviced - Samantha was absolutely the best service person I've dealt with at this dealership.While I was waiting for my car to be serviced, I walked around looking at the new cars, just out of curiosity and "kicking the tires", so to speak. With my car getting older and needing more maintenance, I'd thought about getting into something newer but I wasn't willing to take on a car payment. Jordan and Jason worked with me and got me into a new vehicle under terms that I found acceptable and Creighton did a great job of executing on these terms.I had no intention of buying a new car when I walked in, but I'm so happy that I walked out with one - a 2024 Rav4.

I had a wonderful experience at Bill Penney with Antwon. He promptly communicated with me for a week before I decided to come in to purchase. He was so friendly and personable that it eliminated the usual stress usually involved in big transactions like this. He was very thorough and explained every step of the process and was able to answer all my questions and concerns about the vehicle and buying process. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, professional. I drove 3.5 hours from Nashville because the big city dealers were not helpful, some were even downright unresponsive. I saw my truck on your website and received a response from my sales consultant, Antwon, within minutes. He followed up just like he said would. I found him nice, well mannered, and knowledgeable. I appreciated his laid back approach with no smooth talking, just the facts. I was given KBB fair market trade value for my old truck and all the negotiating was completed through text and phone in a timely manner. When we showed up, your staff were ready for us and gave consideration for finishing the deal quickly and getting us back on the road. There were no surprises with the final numbers and so far I couldn t be happier. Thanks for taking care of us!

Amanda was my service advisor and did great! After cold calling the dealership, Amanda quickly helped me find a specific tundra that I was looking for and put up with all my demands in a friendly manner. She kept me informed as she tracked down the truck I wanted and let me know updates about when it would arrive. Amanda was great. Once my truck arrived I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour, least amount of time I ve ever spent in a dealership before and while paperwork is never fun at least it was fast and painless. Would recommend jasper Toyota ask for Amanda.
