We went to several different car lots in search of a truck, and Bill Penney Ford delivered! Jacob was so helpful in getting us into our dream truck, and he worked hard to get our monthly payments where we needed them. We are so happy with our new truck and had a phenomenal experience buying a vehicle. We won't buy a vehicle anywhere else!

Let me start by saying WOW!!! My experience with Mr. Sean Price at Bill Penney Ford in Jasper, AL was - to say the least - Beyond Expectations!! Full disclosure- this is not the first vehicle purchase for me. Not even the 6th, 7th, or 8th So, I ve seen it all it seems when it comes to car sells and the routine that ensues. Let me start by saying how refreshing it was to not feel pressured, pushed, or manipulated. Mr. Sean Price LISTENED TO ME and found exactly what I needed and wanted. And he made everything so very easy. Really. This young man has a true service heart for his customers, it seems. That is very refreshing in an industry where you always feel like you may be getting done in the end (and you know what I mean!). He listened to all my questions and responded quickly as well. He sent me all information needed, and even did walk-through videos as well. Wow again! And they even gave me top dollar for my trade-in. Really? I thought that was a thing of the past! And then, when we had completed our business, he led me to Anthony who was the business manager (finance dude!) and the amazing experience continued. Tony insured I understood everything that I was signing and how important it was to think about different options and benefits of warranties. Again, no pressure, just the facts. I feel very proud of my purchase, and I feel like I made a true connection with a couple of new human beings that I feel like I can call my friends! The biggest thing was the fact that Sean actually listened to me. That means so much! May God richly bless this young man and if you re considering a new vehicle, especially a Ford, please take the effort to give Mr. Sean Price a call at Bill s Penney Ford in Jasper, Alabama and see if he can do for you, what he did for me!! 110% satisfied! Don t know that I will ever have to purchase another vehicle and hope this will be one of my last, but if I do, I can only hope Mr. Price (or someone just like him) is there for me in the future! He and Tony are the best!

Jacob Price is the man to see of you re in the market for a vehicle. He made buying my new truck simple and hassle free. He communicated effectively and didn t make me feel pressured. We were able to work out a deal over the phone and I only spent about 30 mins in the dealership doing paper work. All the other places I tried calling wanted me to come in before talking about anything more specific than what they may have on the lot. It s a sales tactic to get you in there so they can pressure you into buying something that isn t 100% what you want. Jacob, Ken and the whole Penney team were great start to finish. I will definitely go back when I get another vehicle. They still have that small town dealership feel but have the inventory of a corporate store. 100% recommend buying here.

Hayden Yerby is professional and very thorough on details of vehicles. He helped us tremendously. It was an easy purchase process with Hayden and Domino. Sean Price was helpful and efficient. We live 2.5 hours away and when we contacted them about a vehicle, he immediately responded back and got all our paperwork started and everything we needed. When we got to the dealership, he had the vehicle out and ready for a test drive. Highly recommended.

The service department is top notch. I took my wife s truck in and, as always, I was impressed with the time and effort put out by the team. Raquel checked me in and kept me updated on the work being performed as well as informed me of future work needed. Raquel, Ben and the entire staff are friendly and make sure the work is accomplished correctly.Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be returning, hopefully just for routine maintenance.

I am very pleased with my experience. I am from out of state and had some issues with my vehicle engine light on and struggling to accelerate. My dad and I originally took it elsewhere and they were not capable of fixing it and referred us to the dealership. We spoke with Raquel Edmondson at Ford and she gave us exceptional customer service with updates. Thank you for fixing my car insuch a timely manner.

Absolutely the worst service department I have ever experienced from a ford Dealership. I called To ask about ordering a new transmission and having it installed in my truck. After calling 5 times and pleading with the operator not to just send me through to the service rep.. That it just goes to voicemail and nobody answers. I'm not sure what she did but then that time Ben Foshee Answered, and gave me another number to text the information about the vehicle too. And said he would get back with me after waiting 4 days. I finally called him back. He said he had to get with the parts department to see what they found out. Waiting a whole other day. Still have not heard anything. So now, going on 5 days to try to find out whether they can service my vehicle.very very poor Customer service skills.will never use this company to purchase orservice. Anything ever?

NEVER AGAIN!!Don t know how they continue to stay in business. 1 star is too generous. Bought a vehicle from out of state that was said to have passed thorough inspections and in great shape. Worst decision ever. Beware of their glorified photography. It was delivered riddled with hail damage, deep scratches and dents, multiple check engine lights on, had 3 different tires that were just about square, radio barely worked, 4 wheel drive wouldn t work and multiple lights out on exterior. Had to meet the person who was delivering it and when we met him he stated to be safe that my wife should not drive it. The dealerships explanation was tough, you bought it. It now has been in the shop for a month and racked up over $7,700.00 and still not on the road.

Amanda Breakfield was way more professional and hard drivin than I have ever seen a sales person ever be. I explained to her my budget and what I was looking for. She easel above and beyond. The day I was supposed to pick up my car, it was in detail and Amanda was so amazing she jumped in and got her hands dirty just so I could make it back to be at work on time. She definitely deserves 10 stars but 5 is all that I am allowed to do.
