My husband and I were on a mission to buy a truck yesterday and at our final stop of the day we found the truck of my husband s dreams a 2017 Chevy Z71. We had the best salesman that we could have ever had Joe Keeton. He was honest from the beginning and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire process. He also went out of his way to help us get insurance when everyone I tried was closed. If you are looking to buy a car please go see Joe. He is the best!!

A few weeks ago my wife and I were driving through Jasper to pick up a ATV. As we drove past Bill Penney CDJR. We noticed their huge selection of Jeep Wranglers. We were planning on buying a Wrangler in the summer, but once we stopped and met Donald Dobbins, we began to rethink our plans. Donald was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep market. To make a long story short, we left that day with a new Jeep Wrangler for my wife. Donald was amazing, and he made our purchase enjoyable! Not only do we have a new jeep, but we also have a new friend in Donald Dobbins! Bill Penney and Donald Dobbins are terrific to do business with!!

Heading to Bill Penney Dodge in Jasper, AL, was an adventure I won't soon forget, and it was all worth it for the stunning '23 Charger Hellcat Widebody that's now sitting proudly in my driveway. Living near Nashville, TN, meant a 3-hour drive to get there, but let me tell you, it was a breeze thanks to the team at Bill Penney Dodge.Special shoutout to Joe Keeton who truly went above and beyond. His dedication to service, combined with a straightforward and genuine approach to car sales, has made me a fan for life.We had everything price, details, and paperwork negotiated and sorted out before I even hit the road. That level of preparation and transparency is rare, and it made all the difference. It meant that when I arrived, there were no surprises waiting for me, just a team of super friendly people ready to make my dream car a reality.And talk about efficiency I was in and out in just 45 minutes, which has got to be some sort of record, especially for buying a car! This efficiency allowed me to get the Hellcat back home in time to surprise my two boys before bedtime. The looks on their faces were priceless, and it's a memory I'll cherish forever.Thank you for making my car buying experience unforgettable. You've earned these five stars, and then some!

This dealership makes you feel at home right when you walk in. Everyone was friendly. We met Joe on the lot and he was very accommodating.He let us test drive multiple cars and was very knowledgeable.He also knew we were in a hurry that day and got us out quickly. His communication after we purchased the car has been great too. We highly recommend him and this dealership.

I purchased a 2018 Tahoe from Jake Sanders a week ago. I had been looking at a 2020 that I liked but we could never get together on price. He was diligent in putting me in a vehicle. He went as far as to bring the vehicle to Winfield for me to drive. This was a vehicle that had been traded in on the Saturday before and he wouldn t let me have it until it was checked out and detailed. I m well satisfied with the vehicle and very appreciative of Jake s professionalism.

Made the trip to Bill Penney to purchase a used vehicle from Cory. The drive was well worth it! Was able to work out a great deal before heading to the dealership that made delivery a breeze. Special thanks to Cory for answering all of our questions in advance and ensuring everything was ready to go once we arrived at the dealership. This made for one of the best car buying experiences I have had. Thanks, too, to Brandon in F&I, he made the paperwork process a breeze. Thanks to everyone at Bill Penney CDJR for making it a smooth transaction. 10/10 would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Pardon the name, Nathan A.I have to say Tony and Amanda made the most enjoyable and best car buying experience I have ever had and completely painless. They went above and beyond what they had to do for me and my wife. Didn t even have to step foot in the dealership for anything, other than forgetting something in my trade I have to retrieve Saturday. They delivered the vehicle to our house, people they are in Jasper and gladly drove it to Tuscaloosa and picked up my trade. What better experience could you really ask for? Made us feel like some high rollers with our experience. I will highly recommend this dealership and this team to everyone I know. Me and my wife are so happy with our new 2023 blue Jeep gladiator only thing to figure out now is what my wife is going to name it! Haha. Tony and Amanda we just can t say thank you enough for everything and when I say I will be back for future business, I mean it! Keep up the amazing work and integrity. There is such a stigmatism for car dealerships but I have to this is not one anyone has to worry about, stand up people, stand up quality and stand up service!

I had a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited that I was not happy with, and had just bought it May 12, 2023. I reached out to Jeep Deaerlships outside Huntsville. I spoke with RJ, but unfortunately he couldn't be there the day we purchased. He was absolutely phenomenal to work with over the phone. We drove down July 20, 2023, and I found a 2024 Jeep Rubicon that I absolutely fell in love with at first sight. Our salesman for that day was Cory Williamson. Cory and the managers worked with us with extreme professionalism after us being there all day. I was able to drive away with my beautiful Rubicon, and I absolutely adore it. So if you're in the market for a new vehicle please give Cory or RJ a call or just go see them in Jasper!!! I will most definitely use Bill Penny CDJR for any vehicles I purchase in the future. Exceptional staff: everyone I spoke to and dealt with was over the top genuinely kind. I feel like I have made a few new friends! Our salesman Randy Harlan, was of the utmost help. Honest and personable. I know this was NOT the easiest sale to work up, yet he made us feel like it was a breeze. He went above and beyond through the whole process. Randy Harlan did a fantastic job...He was very knowledgeable about the cars available and immediately helped me test drive the car I was interested in purchasing. Amanda Brakefield helped us get in the exact car we wanted. We had searched around for a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with the beige colored interior and couldn't find one that we didn't have to wait months to get. She found us the exact one we wanted and it came in a couple days later. Very easy to work with and was always willing to help in any way she could!

I went into Bill Penny to get a part for my 300, while waiting I was killing time checking out new vehicles for fun. Randy Harlan offered to open up a renegade for me to check out. I found it much more comfortable to get in and out of. I loved the comfort of it, but I did not want another payment. I thought about it for a week and went back, Randy gave me the keys and I went for a drive and loved it. Randy seemed to go out of his way to put me in a vehicle I loved and after a few discussions of terms, I walked out of the dealership with a big smile and a NEW vehicle. I want to thank Randy for making this process stress free! Maybe he can go train cell phone sales people

We haven t had the best experience with dealerships but we ve very much enjoyed our time at Bill Penny! A few months ago we were searching for a good truck for my boyfriend s growing business. In the process he test drove a few options before purchasing a 2016 Toyota Tundra. Fast forward to a few days ago, my boyfriend got a call that he was a finalist in the $5000 test drive program and he had a 1 in 3 chance of winning! Today he won that money and we are so thankful to the staff at Bill Penney for offering such a cool incentive for shopping with them! We will be forever customers!

We drove about 100 miles to look at a new Jeep Wrangler. Our salesman, Jake Sanders did a great job from the first phone call to me actually driving away in the Jeep, (which I absolutely love).He made sure we had all the information on the vehicle before we made the trip, and he worked very hard to make sure we got a good deal. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, helpful, and genuine. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership and Jake. Make sure to ask for him if you go!

I had the best car buying experience of all my 63 years. Donald Dobbins was so great. He was helpful and kind. We ended up with a wonderful 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Super happy with my purchase. Felt like Max Zinn and the other team members listened to me, valued what I wanted in my vehicle purchase, and did what they could to make it happen. Walked out of there that day with my clean and nice Fusion, comfortable and happy with my purchase. Prices were fair. Definitely recommend it!
