Great customer service & if they dont have the parts in stock they will order them for ya an they are cheaper than most auto parts

I could not ask for better assistance. Our daughter's alternator quit working they helped purchase the correct part. But the service did not stop there her car quit working. We left it overnight. Crystal did a great job working with us as parents of a college student. We live out of town. She was willing to assist us with the tow truck once the driver arrived. I can not say enough good things about Crystal and O'Reilly Auto Parts on Pelham Rd S. Jacksonville, AL.

The female that is working the register today doesn't need to be working with the public, she acts like you are there to serve her. I have been doing business with my local O'Reilly's ever since they opened up, but never again. NEVER!! A word of caution to the manager of the Jacksonville store, you need to not just hire any female off the street, they need to have a little bit of knowledge, customer relations experience and not think that they can treat customers like there is nowhere else in town to go because I can assure you there is.

I drive an extra 15 minutes to go to O'Reilly. The service has always been great and honest.

Great place to get parts. Normally fast counter service. Most locations are easy in and out as well as easy to find on traffic. Most stores carry a wide selection of parts and accessories.

Went in to buy a light bulb for a fog lamp and Justin the clerk, did it all. He looked up the part number, grabbed it from the shelf and then installed it on vehicle. Awesome!

I always come here first they help me out an look up more than I could ever do on the computer cause my husband can t remember his phone number he used to get our parts this is where you need to get your parts if local
