Owner is kind and genuine! It s hard to find someone who won t charge you and arm and a leg. He s reasonable in prices. I like how he explains to me what needs to be done. Not many mechanics do that! 5 stars would recommend. He was very patient with me and my Jeep that was falling apart.

This owner was sooo rude and hateful! I don t know how they stay in business! The owner was irate that my dad had dropped off his vehicle at night and blocked a bay where the owner had planned to do an alignment. Then, the owner talks about how much he likes my dad and his wife. My dad gets to the shop the next day and then the owner talked horrible to my dad and how he ruined his plans for that morning s alignment. This owner was despicable. I would never recommend him for anything. Disrespectful and hateful man. My daddy is 79 years old and was scolded like a child. Take your business elsewhere! I would drive to Anniston before I ever use this shop!! You should use anyone but Jacksonville Tire and Alignment. He has no respect for his customers.

Owner is VERY rude. Lacks customer service. I called the other day to ask about some tires & when asked the size I located them & was ready to read it off to him & he hung up in my face with some kind of smart remark. We ended up using Between City tires! Highly recommend. Very friendly & took their time. Had exactly what we needed

He is very rude I went a year ago and he was rude then I went back today thinking maybe he is not rude maybe he was having a bad day but I got the same vibe from him again today. I highly recommend not to go to him.

Owner seems to be always pushed for time, extremely rude, and probably works with a select clientele. I did not have enough time to even state my concerns any further than informing him of the size tire that I needed and his arrogant response was that "I am missing a number, call me back when you get it." Proceeds to hang up. Not my first time receiving terrible service here but I wasn't expecting much of a change. Prices may be good for some but the service is definitely not 1 star worth. I'd recommend ABR tires in Anniston. Better service, better quality, better prices.

Greg is old school. Very honest and very fair prices. Other reviewers say he is slow, well, he may not be as fast as the other guys but he does a fantastic job, for much less. I d rather have a slower honest mechanic than a fast crook.

Had a four wheel alignment done. It took a little longer than expected, but that was because he made sure it was perfectly done. I will gladly give him more business.

The guy who works there is friendly. They didn't have the tire I needed so there's that. He said it was a rare tire to find but I found it at three different other tire places around the area. GPS takes you to the wrong place. It's across the street from the apartments

Owner was rude tried to make me do half the work and pay full price. I shouldn't have to touch a tire paying that. Lol.

He had a used tire put it on the rim for $35. Was nice ! The other tire place was $5.00 cheaper
