Had an emergency brake job today; started searching online, sent a service request and Mr. Ron responded promptly. He gave me a reasonable price especially for such short notice, repaired brakes and have me back safely driving.Thanks A Bunch!!

I have had such a great experience at R and K. I have brought my Toyota Corolla and my GMC Sierra to them and they have done an above excellent job on both. Quality work. Straightforward pricing. Kind people. Very professional, honest, and reasonable.. I have had issues getting my car repaired in the past with ones who were quiet the reverse. Having to go back over and over for the same issue, repaired incorrectly, or no idea what the problem is your not getting a deal no matter what the cost! I found this shop very experienced, knowledgeable, courteous, and fair they diagnosed the issue, suggested the cure and resolved the problem. I was very satisfied with the work and the fairness. Yes auto repair can be expensive at times but when it's fixed the first time that in itself is valuable. I feel they provided an honest and fair price for the work performed. Would recommend them to my own mother! That's the truth!

This company doesn t even know what they are doing when it comes to replacing engines. We had them to replace a engine and the engine that was replaced they said it was bad and said that we needed another engine which they wanted to charge us more for the engine but we took it somewhere else and the company said that nothing was wrong with the engine that he replaced. And this company wanted to charge us for storage fees and did charge us diagnostic fees which he didn t state in the contract. The company that we took the vehicle to has the vehicle running good. I would not recommend this company.Service: Engine repair

Ron, Kameka, & Carrie were great to me, always happy to answer any of my questions and services were excellent I've had a little as an oil change to a transmission replacement and have never had any issues. If there is a ten star rating, this shop would get that score. Fantastic job for an 1999 mercury villager. If the shop can fix old car whose parts are rare, no doubt it can fix newer cars. Highly satisfied with the work done!

I bought a 2008 Grand Prix Pontiac from Ron $3,000 when I bought the car he told me nothing was wrong with the car it only needed some shocks I was okay with it after driving the car for day it started driving real bad I call the shop and was told he wasn't there so I decided to take him the car and I was told that he wasn't there left message for him to call no phone call so I took the car to a mechanic just to find out that he sold me a lemon the car needed motor mounts, struts , heater coil rotors struts other thing he lied to me about the car he finally called me back and refused to give me my money back on this junk I do not!!!!recommend him to anyone I am trying not to go Legal on him but I will that bad business I will contact the better business bureau.i have a lawyer it is such thing as a lemon law

This shop rescued my vacation. Driving to Mississippi from Maryland my truck broke down. I called several shops before finding this one. It was a lucky find! Fair price, friendly, honest service and a thorough job. Ron's worked past closing to get me back on the road. Furthermore I heard the fine tuning tests that were done to make sure the job was done right. Highly recommended.
