Randy and Michael were angels getting us back on the road for our emergency pit stop. We hit a semi trucks broken tire tread that slashed our passenger side tire. They got us back on the road Pronto. Also noticed cupping on the inside of three rear tires. It was a rental and they knew it and didn't have to say anything. But kept our safety front and center as part of their service. The ticket had everything in detail so we can work with the rental company on the factory defect. Thanks again!

The team at the Irondale location are on top of the game. Not many auto shops will guide their customers to their vehicle while it's lifted just to ensure the owner is notified of any and all issues observed during service. Shalen did, and his recommendations to address the issues were spot on and very reasonably priced. The only problem is the staffing shortage, which needs to be addressed asap. However, the few good men in the building did a fantastic job with maintaining great customer service with very low wait times. Shalen and his crew are my go-to for auto care.

I came today for a tire rotate and balance. I was able to easily make an appointment online and walked in to immediately have my car taken back! I was given a price for the service before and an explanation of what the services would be. I had misunderstood what rotation service was available because I had purchased my tires through Mavis and they not only clarified how the discount worked, they gave me the rotate and balance for free because they said it should have been better explained when I purchased the tires. I can t speak more highly for the customer service and kindness they offered a tired mom with her baby in tow! Thank y all, we will definitely be back in the future!

I came here for a basic service and my expectations were exceeded. Teddy was great! He even notified me about an oil issue I hadn t paid any attention to. All in all I would recommend but when you go ask for Teddy T !

The mechanic who helped me needs a raise. So friendly and explained to me why my tire pressure sensors came on. He inspected and filled all my tires for free.

I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service I received from Mavis Tire in Irondale, Al., when I found myself in a bind on the road.While traveling, I experienced a flat tire, and Mavis Tire came to my rescue. They don't deserve even a single star! This place had my wife pay almost a thousand dollars to have her brakes and rotors and calipers replaced! 60 days later another Maviis store did a check up because we heard scrapping sounds and we found out that they didn't replace ANYTHING! They will steal your money!! Take your car anyplace BUT HERE!

I took my car to Mavis for quite a bit of work, tires, front wheel alignment, starter, shocks, etc. We had a few hiccups along the way, but the manager Michael made sure I was satisfied with the service and the work done on my vehicle before I left. So overall Mavis showed good customer service and they have reasonable prices.

Got all the way to Alabama from Knoxville Tennessee and blew a tire. We searched for a good hour to find a tire that would fit our vehicle. My man JC over at mavis found me one and got me in and out in a flash! Great dude and great service! Yall won t go wrong stopping here!

Stopped in on a Sunday because I was having issues with my tires, and I know nothing about cars. Shalen got out in the cold and rain to check the tire pressure and corrected the issues for me. He was very kind and offered excellent service. Having no family in the area, it meant a lot to me!

I will NEVER come to this place ever again. They have constantly scammed me. They even ask customers to write 5 star reviews for a so called discount. They left off the bolts which made the car extremely unfit to drive! That was the last straw!

I was going to be late for my appointment to put on new tires, so I called to reschedule for another time. They told me to come on in anyway. The staff were great and took care of all my questions and were able to get my tires mounted and balanced as well as a front end alignment for me as well. Checked my brakes and pads as well, a good experience. I would recommend if you have auto needs you go and see these guys. They did a good job for me.

Nice people!!! Awesome service!! I usually do not give reviews but they did a good job! I had a tire that blew out today and got a new tire from them at a good price and they also let me know what else was going on with my vehicle. I truly I appreciated there service today! you can definitely count on them coming of the freeway looking for a tire shop

We had pulled off at the McDonald s next to Mavis and noticed something off about our transmission. Courtney and Dee were so kind as to help us out with tools to try to take apart the transfer case on our Dodge Ram 2500 (even though it s not their specialty). They were so helpful and patient with us and took a look at it themselves. We can t thank Courtney and Dee enough for helping us out on our cross country trip. Don t take your business anywhere else, these guys have hearts of gold!

I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appointment for that Friday to get new brakes and rotors. I was helped immediately by wonderful customer service. Being late for work, I did leave and they called me about an hour later for pick up. The price was reasonable considering the rotors needed replacing. But what really made me give them 5 stars was how I was treated. I had so many questions about what other type of maintenance should I consider in the future and without hesitation, I was told which warning signs I should look and listen out for without feeling like I was being forced into getting anything done at the moment. It was refreshing. I will be recommending them to EVERYONE and I will definitely be back for future services. Thanks again guys.

I don t know why they have 4 stars but this has to be the slowest tire shop in Birmingham. Sat for 30 minutes all I needed was a tired swap. Went right over to tjs and they got me in and out in 5 minutes
