This place has great reviews. Called to set appointment. He said none needed. Took my car to him for a quote on 11/06/2023. He said he would email it later on. I didn t hear from him. So I went back on 11/09/2023. Still no quote. I don t think he wants my business so I m moving forward with the quote I have elsewhere.

ICC is simply the best! They took my poor beat up Tundra and made her look brand new!If you have any body issues, please, do not hesitate to come in and see them!

I regret taking my car here. I hit a deer in December and it tore the car up pretty good with damage to my roof, hood, headlight, side door and mirror. Upon picking up my vehicle the roof looked like they had just tried to use a dent remover kit, the "new" headlight had moisture in it and the hood did not sit flush with the other panels around it. When I questioned about the hood "well you can only see it from a certain angle". When I asked about the headlight I was told my original one will eventually start to look that way. I cried on my way home in frustration and have considered selling it because all I see are the flaws now. I will never recommend this business for body work.Service: Body & Trim

Great, friendly folks with integrity. They do outstanding work. They kept me up to date with any developments with the car, any delay, as well as with any progress with insurance company. I absolutely will use them again if the need arises and I will strongly recommend to my friends and family for any body work they may need.

Robert and his crew at ICC are a well-kept secret in Birmingham. Fast quotes and excellent work. The only place to go for quality body work in Central Alabama. His work and prices are superior to the "big shops" and dealerships, and you don't have to drive down 280! Highly recommended friendly folks.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Looks are deceiving, as one reviewer said. in my case, I had backed down a steep driveway and knocked half of my Honda Civics passenger side bumper out of place. I called at 10 a.m. one day and let them know i needed a quote to fix it. They said come before 3 and I did. They came out into the parking lot and fixed it! Without paying for a replacement bumper i was so satisfied! It took 5 minutes and I was on my way. no cost to me!! Thanks for your service, Im grateful.

In a time where the we drive computers with wheels, it is difficult to know all that is wrong with our cars, which makes it tough to really trust the astronomic prices some garages quote. Here you are quoted a fair price from a polite face and scheduling on your time. Superior customer service!

I had some minor damage to the front of my car and needed it fixed immediately. Robert got me in immediately and was eager to help me and all for a price I couldn't beat. I recommend these guys for all of your auto body issues. I appreciate you guys!!!
