Yesterday, I had the PLEASURE of being waited on by Candy and Christina. These ladies were so KIND, THOROUGH and THOUGHTFUL. They really made me feel like they cared about helping me. Even the gentleman that brought my car back to me after it was serviced/took my payment was KIND. I wish I remembered his name. I LOVE this location! The environment is always WELCOMING and they work HARD! I will be back VERY soon!

I have been coming here for years and never have any complaints. Today however was the best experience I have had. Candace was behind on top of it. And went above and beyond. Techs like her is why I ( and all my company vehicles) will be a lifetime customer to this location.

Great group of people with friendly smiles and service. I needed help with my brake lights (lights out) and they changed them out as well as (free service) changed the stripped screws. I supplied the bulbs and I thanked them for all, the help!

I will not take my car anywhere else. Both the express oil side and the auto repair side are top notch. The staff never try to sell you on services that you do not need and are always up-front and honest.

So,I was here just to get a oil change & hit the road. Easy right? Well it would help if I didn t have an expired debit card and my new one that I hadn t activated yet. Plus I had no other ways of payment on me. What the hell right? Anyways this was the very first time I ve taken my van here and it went great besides the fact I had no way to pay the man I also feel bad because I didn t get the young man s name that serviced my vehicle but he has red/blonde hair and was very polite & understanding! so much that he told me & my husband to go up to a ATM and get my card activated! He took care of my van and trusted us to come back with his payment, which we did. He had all my stuff done in 30/45mins and told us everything looked good on my van.. These guys are so great!! The place was very cleaned and the vibe was good!! I feel so safe and comfortable knowing they worked on it.Thank you so much guys!!!!

Candy, Robbie, and Ben were all super helpful and wonderful. I absolutely enjoyed my experience, and talking with Candy was really lovely. I'll definitely be back to this shops location in the future

Came here before an impromptu roadtrip across the country and Candace was a lifesaver! She made sure my vehicle was in great shape before the 12 hour drive. Call it southern hospitality or above and beyond, either way I ll absolutely make this my go-to for oil changes and tires.

Sam and Keenan were superstars. They got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. They really seemed to enjoy their job, and I have not received service like this since before the COVID shutdown. I've been going to this location for years and have never been disappointed. The store manager Bobbie helped me today and was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Although they were VERY busy, he answered all of my questions and didn't seem bothered or annoyed. Everyone that I encountered were nice and genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. I've been to other locations, but I would highly recommend this location because they truly have amazing customer service.

I had someone named J.J. that serviced my car today. He was very professional and restored my opinion about Express Oil due to I had a bad experience at the one on 1st Ave. Also he made suggestions that were needed and didn't hurt my pockets. I'll be using this one from now on.

Just got an oil change at the 5101 Oporto Madrid location. Nathan took care of me predominantly but there were a few other gentlemen i interacted with, all of which were incredibly courteous, kind and helpful. Nathan did a great job. He was knowledgeable and quick. He offered suggestions for additional services without being pushy or making me feel like I was just another sale ; he was incredibly congenial and respectful and eager to help. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.Service: Oil change

Derek was very helpful when I came in with zero oil in my car. They took care of me in a very courteous and quick manner and I was on my way with oil and estimate for oil leak repair. I ll definitely use them in the future.

1st change on my new 23 Chevy Colorado. New gen truck. They had to look a few things up and remove a skid plate but they knew the oil type needed and goterdone. Nathan was my tech. Great communication. Felt like I was dealing with a buddy. Been going there for years. Never an issue.

Tire Engineers is absolutely the best. Jeff Green is one of my favorites. He always makes sure my car is fixed in a timely manner. He always offers good, sound advice on car repairs and whether a repair is worth spending the money. Jeff is honest, and I trust his opinion and his work implicitly.
