I took my Audi A3 in for a service update recall for the transmission and upon arrival I was greeted by Tammy Michelson, my service advisor, she was very professional and very nice. I had to take my car back two days later because a message appeared on my dash that a transmission malfunction had occurred. I was told to bring it back to be checked. Tammy advised me that I would have to leave the car there in order to complete the service that was needed to correct the problem. A loaner car was not available and she arranged for the shuttle to take me home. The shuttle driver was very nice and professional as well, he made the ride home so pleasant. Tammy called me as soon as a loaner was available and I was very impressed that she thought of me, because I know that the loaners are in high demand, when I arrived at the service center the car was waiting for me and I was able to pick it up and leave. She kept me updated on the service of the car so I always knew what and where the repair stages of the car was at all times . Four weeks later, all systems was go and I received a call that the repairs was complete and that I could pick up my car. The best news was that Audi covered all of the charges of the service and installation of a new transmission. Thank you Tammy, I will always request you as my advisor, I hope that the service center never lose you. Thank you to all of the service center members, it was a pleasure!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Audi Birmingham service taking care of some minor issues on my new vehicle. Kristen was very helpful, personable and very responsive. Matt from sales went out of his way literally to help me get my vehicle taken care of today. I continue to be amazed at this dealership experience so far. Thanks so much everybody.

We are new to the Audi family so this was our first experience at Birmingham Audi. To start with the scheduling was easy and I dropped my A5 off on a Friday night and By Saturday I had received a text with prices to everything I had asked to be serviced. I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED. Later that day I got a call from a service rep to let me know that one of the parts I needed wouldn't be in until Tuesday or Wednesday. In the same conversation the gentlemen stated they forgot to add the part to the price quote and he apologized and told me that he wouldn't charge for for that part. At this point I'm still HIGHLY IMPRESSED. After that phone call I got on Saturday that was the last time I ever heard from Birmingham Audi. On Wednesday I had not heard from the store so I called and was told that someone would call me back and let me know if the part came in or not (They didn't call) So on Friday I called again and was told that a truck was coming in and hopefully the part was on it (Still no call back) So on Tuesday of the next week I called again and found out the part had finally arrived and that the technician would have the car ready the next day. FINALLY I received a call from the dealership telling me the car was ready. My overall ratings. Everyone I ever spoke with 5* (Nice people) Quality of work 5* (Car runs great) Price 4* (Fair) Communication 2* (Needs some improvements). I own a business my self and Communication is #1 in my book. Not a terrible experience but could have been better. Ray

I had a smooth experience with my Audi service advisor Tammy. She is super friendly, on time service, and everything was top drawer start to finish. I will highly recommend Tammy for all my future SQ8 Audi service appointments. Every time I come here, my service is done to perfection and everyone is very professional. I went for a more 'convenient' option on alignment somewhere else and learned my lesson quickly. I had to come on an unscheduled visit and Justin. H was able to accommodate me and get everything corrected and get me back on the road the same day. Thanks!Service: Wheel alignment

Horrible experience, nothing was done to my car, I had to constantly call to try to get updates to no avail. They did not test drive my car to see what the issue. I had to instruct them to test drive in order to get an accurate report. Absolutely terrible experience. Came and got my car without and update and I still have the same problem. Something must be done with the service department as this is the second time I ve had a bad experience. If there were another Audi near, I would choose a different location for service. All that was offered to me was excuses.

I was very happy with my experience, I was greeted the moment I arrived, and the gentleman who helped me stop me squared away very quickly. The service was performed quickly, and I was on my way before I know it. I was very happy with this, as this is not always the case in my experience at other dealerships. Brought Audi A3 in for 2 recalls fixes. Had to arrange far ahead to get loaner, which was ok since no rush. Car was in for basic service, oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Service was preformed adequately but customer service level was far below what should be expected for a luxury vehicle. Had an early morning appointment so I drop the car off the afternoon before. While I arrived 45 minutes before closing there was no interest in discussing issues I was having with the car.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I brought my 2018 A3 eTron in for a safety recall. I was met at the service entrance by Joshua. He was friendly and confirmed my appointment. I asked how long would the work take, he said 4-6 hours and immediately asked if I needed a shuttle.Devin was my shuttle from and I did not get the name of the driver of the shuttle to. Both drivers were safe drivers.My car was also cleanedGreat service experience.

I am on my second Audi and this one has given me problems since I got it. The workers at Audi is horrible now. The sales side won't even try to sell you a car. They want you to know what you want and then they will sell it to you. They won't even call you back, and I have 3 pre approvals. I just needed a sales person. They don't want to work nor do they want money. If I'm saying I'm ready to buy,I'm ready but I'm still waiting. The service side isn't any better. They had my car a month. Why do I have to call you several times to get an update on what's wrong with my car, what's being done, and when it will be fixed? Then have a whole attitude about it. Why? I won't be going back to audi birmingham. Horrible service and they use to not be that way. Guess I'll try Huntsville Audi next time! Maybe they will appreciate my service!

I had a really potentially stressful situation; I was planning on driving my Q7 to Missouri (10 hour drive) this morning, and of course the engine warning light came on. In a bit of a panic I called to beg to have the car look at ASAP to see if I needed to scramble to get a rental. Mark was very understanding and helpful and in the end the problem was found and fixed. With a little delay I was able to safely drive to my destination all thanks to the service team. Very very thankful for their help today!

The Audi Birmingham team is fantastic! Steve Colter has taken care of me well beyond being my salesman and continues to make sure my Audi is always taken care of! Definitely great.//UPDATE//My first visit was my best visit. I will not return to Audi of Birmingham unless absolutely necessary. I ve found their service to be well below what an Audi owner should expect, and the shop is unreliable at best. IF you can get into the shop, good luck with quality service that isn t ridiculously over priced $600 for a tire alignment $70 for wiper blades that aren t even worn?!?!
