Rudest experience on a call I've had in my life. Went in to get an estimate on new part for an '02 volvo in one transaction, and a retimed engine in a seperate transaction for insurance purposes. When I mentioned the bumper first the desk lady started spelling out "engine only" to me on the phone after saying some unhelpful stuff about not doing body work. I don't know many mechanics that only do engine work and advertise as mechanics, but I have a feeling she's either lying or stupid. Save your time until they give a flying **** about customer service.

One of the most rude receptionists I've ever spoken to on the phone. She actually told me, "well I guess you just need to have Century [BMW] do the work for you", after I stated that Century had diagnosed the problem. Not sure of their quality of work and likely never will know. Good thing to have enough business these days to tell potential new customers how you really feel.

I used to take my Mercedes to them before it got totaled at a red light. Great customer service from great mechanics. Now I take my daughter's bug there. I have never had anything but great experiences. This aint a day-spa, its a car repair shop. Superior knowledge of the vehicles they service and a straightforward, honest assessment of what needs to be done is what I'm looking for and get there. The first time you take a car in, they do an all over inspection of it and give you a prioritized list of what it needs or will need soon. No pressure to do any of the items but you know what is on the horizon with your car and can plan accordingly. They will go over the list and tell you what you can put off and what you should not. And did I mention they are VERY good mechanics with superior knowledge?

This place takes the going to the dealership any day. Had an issue at dealership and politely decline service to my car. In my opinion when you know how you keep Maitence on your vehicle even if they think you don't know. Believe in honesty an ladies if in doubt because still in today's society Men think an will take advantage of the fact that we know little or nothing about our vehicles. Keep logs , receipt's and most of all put your trust in Yes Automotive. The shop That's dependable and makes you feel your concerns are in best of care. I know becauseThis is where I go for truth an satisfaction.We all look for Quality assurance when spending money. So let your worries be less at Yes Automotive.

I m sure the shop is great and does good work but I can t speak to that because the wait time to look at my 1968 MGB was SIX MONTHS.

I am absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated over the phone with these people. The first engagement I had was great, the lady's name was Renee. I called back and spoke to a different man who quoted me TWICE as much as the last shop i called. I told him that sounded high and was about to explain to him that I don't have the more expensive shocks on my car because I don't have that trim package on my car, but I couldn't! He said "Go do what you want because we don't price match. I don't have time for you" and hung up the phone. Never in my life have I been disrespected like this for no reason at an auto repair shop. I will make it an absolute POINT to tell everyone I know *NOT* to take their vehicle to them.

Y.E.S automotive is a decent European shop to take your car, however every time I call for a price quote no one can give one. They state the person who does it is out and will have to call me back. But I never get a call. This has happened to me on numerous occasions and I just got tired of the run around so I take my BMW else where. Not only that, their labor rates use to be a lot better than BMWs labor rates and now they are basically on par with BMWs. If I'm going to pay the same price, I will just take it to BMW where I know the work is guaranteed. The only reason why they got a 3 star rating is because if you can ever get a price quote, they actually do good work but their customer service needs to get a lot better.

Awesome experience from drop off to pick up. They go above and beyond to get the job done. If you have a foreign car, this is the place to take it to! If you're a woman, they'll respect you here and tell you the truth! Thanks Gary (and, son) and Renee.

Excellent service. There aren't many in Huntsville that can fix an Audi due to its special software. Gary at Yes Automotive has it. He takes the time to troubleshoot, then calls you with an accurate diagnosis. Terrible service. And terrible work. We were politely allowed to drop our Mini Cooper off before they opened, but after they did an oil change they damaged our vehicle and wouldn't claim responsibility for it. We were told by Mini of Birmingham that they definately had to remove this piece that was broken, to change the oil. I give any and everyone a chance. But this is unacceptable.

Good mechanics that you can trust are hard to find. I have used this group a lot for both simple jobs and complex work. They get to the root of the issue and can troubleshoot the most intricate of issues. They may be a little on the high end but you can trust what they say and it will be be truly fixed when it is done. I highly recommend these folks.

Horrible Customer Service. I scheduled an appointment to get my car worked on. They told me the next avail date was 3 weeks away so i have been waiting on the day to get car towed to the shop. Called the day of appointment at 12 oclock to get car towed in and they said they have already replaced me since they havent heard from me. They had my damn number and could have told me they needed it earlier. Dont make sense to me, waste of my damn time.

Same here can't get a quote then they want to charge a price to look at my car. Still waiting for someone to give me a quote the dealership is a ripoff to get my VW Jetta fixed.
