Bought a Focus RS from Woody Anderson last week. Being 6.5 hours away, it was a bit stressful working out all the details remotely without actually seeing the car. I am so thankful I was able to go through the process with Woody Anderson and my amazing sales person Ryan Black. Ryan made the whole process easy, comfortable and delivered on exactly what he described the car to be like. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend buying a car from Woody Anderson and Ryan!

I've purchased multiple vehicles over the years from Woody Anderson Ford. For the better part of fifteen years, Tony Turner has been my go-to salesman. I actually consider him more of a friend than a salesman. He's always honest, upfront, and low pressure. He's super attentive to the customers' needs and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Another employee that deserves recognition is Chris Waggett, the finance manager. I always know he's looking out for my best interest and goes the extra mile to make the process quick and easy.If you're looking for a new or high quality used vehicle, give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed!

Karina in service went above and beyond on my truck. She kept me informed on all the things my vehicle needed and was able to get everything handled within a reasonable time. I have worked on vehicles on my own in the past and realize how difficult it can be to install certain things and I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they were able to handle the things on my vehicle. They were not easy installs so I appreciate the hard work they did on my truck. I wish vehicles never needed service, but unfortunately that is not the reality. Things break. I am just glad I have Woody Anderson Ford and Karina to back me up when something goes wrong.

My husband and I decided it was time to upgrade, so we decided to go to Woody Anderson Ford, and we had the best experience! The atmosphere is wonderful, everyone who works there is so friendly and nice. Our salesperson, Jackie was amazing! He went over the top for us to make sure we received the best deal. Update- I previously posted a review about a terrible experience at Woody Anderson Ford in Madison. I got a text and a callback from a Mr John Frazier who was intent on making things right. He offered an ear and an apology as well as a suitable resolution to my issue. While the experience cannot be mitigated having enough integrity to fix the issue was admirable. Thank you John. I had been searching for a truck for months. Stopped by Woody Anderson to look with a friend. Spoke to Will and he was extremely helpful. With me being a woman, he did not make assumptions that my male friend was the one buying, like other dealerships had. He was very informative and helped us with a truck I ended up purchasing from them. Will and Glenn fulfilled every single promise made, even going above and beyond for me. Will came in on his day off twice to help me with my truck, and to help my friends look, who ended up purchasing as well. I can not say enough good things about Woody Anderson. They will take care of you, even after the purchase is complete

This dealership was very easy to deal with and customer friendly. Everyone was professional and helped the process of our purchase go smooth. Ryan was outstanding, he took the time to make sure we knew all the details of our new car even though it was late in the day and cold! If you have a choice, ask for Ryan! He is professional and friendly and truly cares about his customers and it shows. We will be buying from this dealership again.

Read through the reviews before purchasing a car from this dealer. Save your money and DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY if you plan on staying in the Huntsville area. You will notice the positive reviews for purchases and negative for service. Fords are decent vehicles but like any vehicle now, you will potentially have to deal with warranty or recall issues. This dealership cannot handle any service beyond regular maintenance. They have very poor management. They are always shorthanded or having issues scheduling. If its your only vehicle you will be in trouble as they cannot service anything in a timely fashion. Think MONTHS. It has been this way for years now so COVID is no longer an excuse. This is the second and LAST time I have tried to get warranty service from this dealer. They gave me an appointment even though there was a 2+ weeks wait and did not tell me that until it had been a week. I had to go get my vehicle and was told they would call me when I was next in line. Never heard from them. Called to get a status. Was told I would be called back. Called again that person said "things were crazy" and he would have to call me back. Never heard from them. I will never buy another Ford in the Huntsville area because of this dealership.

Big, big thanks and gratitude to Lee Carter and the Service Team at Woody Anderson Ford. I could not be happier with the excellent, last minute, unscheduled service I received. While traveling from Wisconsin, my car told me it had a crankcase ventilation disconnection. It is the weekend - yikes (!!), so I was not expecting such quick, service and complete resolution to the problem. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and professional, and I was on my way very quickly. I highly recommend them!

First experience at Woody Anderson Ford service department, and they nailed it. They greeted me at my truck and in-processed me immediately (other dealerships seem unable to handle this very simple customer experience element). They handled my minor issues, kept me statused along the way, and delivered the truck back to my home. Literally the best service experience I've ever had. Fist bump to service advisor Rodney Joiner.

Such a great place to work with. We drove from Decatur to Huntsville because of all the great things we have heard about Woody Anderson.The truck I wanted had been given out as a loaner and my salesman, Quenton Duncan, took it upon himself to get another vehicle and drive it to the gentleman and retrieve my truck. Everyone was extremely friendly and so easy to work with. No one was pushy or the typical aggressive salesman.We will definitely be returning here in the future for all of our needs.

I stopped in looking at a new F150. Tony Turner was my salesman and he was fantastic. This is a comfy place, not pushy and constant communication is ongoing. We ended up buying a brand new F150 and a brand new Explorer SRT. Thank you Woody Anderson!

10/10 if you re going to look at or buy a car front his dealership, you gotta ask for Chris Carter! He s extremely knowledgeable, courteous and kind! Me being a first time car buyer and this being my biggest purchase at 22 years old, Chris made the process such a breeze!(Aron Looney the finance manager wasn t the greatest. He wasn t very kind or approachable. Made me feel more like a bother than a client. If you have the opportunity to sit down with another finance associate I HIGHLY recommend doing so.)

I've always had an oil change here and waited for my car with amazing service. I had an appointment scheduled today for one and when I arrived was told a 2.5 to 3 hour wait if I were to stay...I decided not to stay. You'd think they would have a guarantee of under 2 or 1.5 hours for a basic oil change if you have an appointment?

I bought my first vehicle from Woody in 2007. Was always treated fairly. Even did a TV ad for them. Recently I purchased a 2020 with an extended warranty. Twice I have brought it in and both time's they refused to do the warranty work. The worst part was the way I was treated. Was told that I didn't know how to drive. And that was why the car was broke. Will never do business with this company again!!

I had Todd as my salesman and he really went above and beyond. I could tell he wasn t just trying to make a sale but that he was treating me like a family member trying to help me make the best choice for my kids with safety features and making sure I made a comfortable financial choice. Other salesman I ve had at other dealerships treated you like a dollar sign but Todd treats you like a friend and he genuinely cares which made me so comfortable in my purchase. Even after he finished up selling me my new car (that I LOVE) he still took the time to make sure I understood how everything worked (despite showing me during the sale as well) he just wanted to make sure I understood it all and it was an extra step he didn t have to do but he took the time to. The first vehicle my wife and I bought from Woody Anderson, we bought from Tony Turner many years ago. Since then, I have bought my last three trucks from Tony and I have never once regretted these purchases. I am not a people person and tend to not like salespeople, but Tony is a straight-shooting guy that provides the facts you need and answers whatever questions you have without being pushy, or trying to use high pressure tactics like most sales guys employ. Tony is legitimately a nice guy and very knowledgeable about the products he sells, and wants to do the right thing for the customer. I am not a trusting person by nature, and those that know me say the fact that Tony has become my go to guy for these large purchases of vehicles these days, says a huge amount about the awesome character and honesty of Tony. Let s be real, with the high cost of vehicles these days, you can take chances on getting hosed at other dealers, but if you are investing the amounts that nice vehicles cost these days, do your self a favor and invest in an honorable guy like Tony to get you the deal you need, the vehicle you want, and the peace of mind that you will not have buyer s remorse wondering if you got taken or not. Go see Tony for your next vehicle.

All I can say is "Wow! Wow! Wow!" I had a recall on my ford escape. The Ford franchise that I had purchased from would not even give us the time of day, Woody Anderson Ford of huntsville, stepped up to the plate and helped. Not only did they fix the issue associated with the recall, but when I mentioned another problem with the car, their mechanics researched the problem and found an update that made the problem go away.In addition to statusing us every day on the progress, we were given a like type loaner to ensure that I could continue with life without having my husband shuttle me around. (I hate driving his car.)My car is also used to tow during our travels and with a trip coming up, we needed a decent turn around on all of the fixes.Woody Anderson Ford (and in particular John Fraisier) not only addressed my problems, but made the car better than I could have imagined. They even washed it!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for showing me how a real auto service should be! I will not let anyone else other than Woody Anderson Ford touch my car in the future!

He was punctual and courteous. I had an inquiry about a specific vehicle part, and although he didn't have an immediate answer, he later followed up with a detailed description, information, and diagrams regarding the part.

I cannot say enough about the men Mrs. Cathy has working for her here! From Don and Brian helping me with all the stress of buying a new car, and getting that settled. To Philip and Jeff who made sure my car took to the new system update. Also the guys who do details and clean outs, made my car look new!!! Woody Anderson Ford is a well run dealership with some absolutely great sales representatives. My recent vehicle purchase from Woody Anderson was extremely quick with no games or protracted negotiations on price. My sales person, Jeff, made this purchase the best I have ever experienced. The absolute worst service anywhere. They can t get us in to fix our vehicles (both husband and I have Fords) that are under warranty in less than three months - even when the car is not drivable. Three days after purchasing a brand, new Ford lightning, it broke down in the middle of a road with our family inside blocking traffic. We had to get it towed. We were then repeatedly told parts are on back order with the estimated delivery date continuously slipping. They then kept the vehicle for about 40 days straight, never once returning a call. We had to call them every single day or every single week to try and find out what was going on. They always said someone would call us back, and then they never would. We had to pay over $1K out of pocket for a rental since they somehow never had a loaner that entire 40 days. We submitted the paperwork for lemon law and magically the next day the truck is now fixed. We went to pick it up and it is missing components. Had to go back to the dealership yet again. The saga continues. For my Mach-E I always make the longer trip to Decatur instead.
