6 Stars! I cannot say enough good things about this place and Darren and Jaz. After another shop in SE HSV worked on my Pacifica for 3+ weeks, off and on, changed numerous parts, broke and damaged others, I gave up on them and took my van to the Wicked Wrench. In 30 hours, parts were overnighted and everything was fixed! This is with no doubt, the best repair shop in Huntsville!

Had a EPC warning light on my 2009 Audi a5 coupe called my brother Greg s auto sales , he said call wicked wrench they took care of me quickly. Got my ride back to tiptop. I followed my favorite mechanic to this place - now Darren and Damien are both my favorite!! They keep my 05 Ford Explorer in the best shape to where it s still going strong at 220,000 miles!! They re honest and trustworthy. Gold in my books.

Lucked out by taking a chance on this place for my first mechanic in Huntsville. I don t think I ll need to look for another mechanic, Jazz and his crew took really good care of my older Tacoma. They are knowledgeable and friendly and do honest, transparent work.

I work at an extended warranty company and due to many unscrupulous aftermarket warranties, sometimes getting shops to work with us can be difficult, but Jazz and Darren from Wicked Wench are amazing! They understand the process and have great communication. Honest people who do great work. They definitely helped take care of our mutual customers' repairs and got them back on the road in a timely manner. Thanks guys! Look forward to working with you again! Darren is the best mechanic in the south! He will not try to make it the most expensive experience if he can help it by any means. He has worked on our vehicles for years now and was recommended by a friend through word of mouth. Stop in and see him tell him Majesti and Jason sent you!

My son has taken his car to these folks several times and always gotten good service at a fair price. When the air conditioner in my car stopped cooling, I went to them. They were not able to find a leak in the system, but added fluid with a dye in it, so they can find the leak in the future if there is one. They did not charge me a penny for this, and my air conditioner now works. I will definitely return for further work in the future.Service: Air conditioning

Darren has been so patient and helpful in making sure I understood what the problem was and and the cost. My van is not a new one and actually has a lot of rust, but Darren is always willing to fix whatever needs to be fixed and doesn t charge outrageous prices. So here I am buying a project car that was worked on by the shop about 2 years ago and it has changed hands several times since then. Still, I decided to call them to see what they've done to it but honestly didnd't expect call back since it's been a long time. Still I left a message.Not only has Darren (the owner) called me back , but he also took time to explain what they've done and the history of the car. If I lived locally to the shop they would certainly get my bussiness.

Billy was so helpful, walking us through the issues and breaking down the costs for us. His shop did fantastic work, and we've become a repeat customer. Every time we've been there, they've been professional, friendly, and great at what they do. We won't take our cars anywhere else.

Took my 08 Lincoln MKX, Great service. Darren, the mechanic was honest professional and very quick. Needed new plugs, coil packs, and replaced throttle body. Thanks fellas
