A company sent me the wrong color wheels and long story short I didn t want to do business with them anymore. Wheelfixit was polite, professional and fast. They color matched to the silver as best they could and did a great job. Can t recommend them enough!

I recently had an unfortunate experience with "Wheel-Fix-It" that left me dissatisfied with their services. From the very beginning, my encounter with the company was less than welcoming.Upon my first visit, I inquired about the possibility of repairing a damaged wheel. The receptionist confidently assured me that they could fix it, quoting a timeframe of 3-5 days for the repair. Despite the quick turnaround, my optimism was short-lived.After paying the initial $150 as per their policy, I received a call just a couple of days later claiming that the wheel was fixed. Eager to retrieve my tire, I went to pick it up and paid the remaining $150. However, my joy was short-lived as, within 20 minutes of leaving the shop, the wheel started leaking.Upon returning to the shop, I discovered a lack of transparency in their handling of the situation. The lady who runs the shop admitted that they usually don't accept wheels in such conditions and even questioned the receptionist why my wheel was accepted when they don't fix tires with that issue/in that condition. The subsequent attempt to fix the issue was subpar, as they merely applied grease from my knowledge and told me that they were going to attempt a patch to fix the leak on the side of the wheel.Communication breakdowns added to my frustration. I was told by the receptionist that the more experienced owner would inspect the wheel the next day, only to find out on Monday that he had been ill and hadn't been able to assess it. Subsequent assurances of a fix proved unreliable, as the tire continued to leak after each attempt.Finally, after a third visit, I decided to seek a refund, and the owner handled the situation professionally. However, my overall experience was marred by the lack of expertise in assessing and fixing the wheel from the start.In conclusion, I would advise "Wheel-Fix-It" to prioritize honest evaluations of the repairability of wheels, ensuring that customers are not misled and their time is not wasted. As a customer, I appreciate the effort they put in, but a more transparent and knowledgeable approach would greatly enhance their service.

Great people to deal with. My wheel wasn't quite done when I showed up (unannounced) to check on it 15 minutes before closing. Thankfully, they did not rush to get me out the door, and when they did a final quality check they found a small, pinhole air leak. After hearing that I lived 2 1/2 hours away, they stayed late - after closing time - to make sure that I could leave with a fully repaired wheel, ready for tires. This is the kind of customer service that is getting harder and harder to find. I will definitely do business with them again in the future, and will recommend them to others.

Came through for me when I needed them. Was in Hsv visiting family for Christmas. Developed a crack in the inner bead/lip of my rim, wouldn't hold air. Had to be back for work on Monday, but the skinny spare wouldn't make the 440 miles back to NOLA, and ordering a new rim would take too long (not to mention the expense). For a reasonable expediting fee my repaired rim was remounted on my vehicle in 24 hrs as promised. That was Dec 2021 (sorry for the delayed review) and the rim still holds air perfectly with no balance issues. Well done guys.

I'll never go anywhere else again for tire or wheel repair. I got new rims and tires and they were not balanced properly. 3 different tire shops and 3 weeks later, it still wasn't balanced properly. Frustrated and disappointed by every shop's attempt to balance the tires, I finally was referred to Wheel Fix It by a friend. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful and Luke was accommodating of my busy schedule. They got my tires balanced correctly on the first shot! I can't say enough good about these guys, especially after frequenting several similar businesses in town over the last 3 weeks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Was going to charge me $275 and hold my car for 8 to 10 days to fix a rim. That makes no sense so I called another place in town and they fix my room the same day for $75 cheaper not 8 to 10 days. I was also able to drive my car on a spare for the few hours they worked on my rim. Call Alloy Wheel Repair instead!

Our Chrysler Pacifica had a slow leak that AAA could not find even spraying with water. I took the wheel and tire to Wheel Fix It, who took the time to check it for leaks. Following properly safety protocols they brought me out to their tire machine and showed me via water spray where the wheel (not tire) had a hairline crack in it. Turns out it was not the tire. They repaired the wheel, and returned it a day before promised.

Great place and people. I had two wheels fixed from where I hit a concrete island. Still had a bad vibration. The guys worked with me. Turned out be a different wheel was bad out of balance. Running smoothly again. The two wheels they fixed look like new wheels.

Called to make sure they could weld my wheel that had a crack and she said yes. I got their hours of operation and went the next day because I live in Albertville which is over an hour away. When I got there she asked if I had a spare because they had to keep the wheel for a week. My Cadillac doesn t come with a spare. I said I wished I d been told that yesterday when I called. She replied, I answered the questions you asked. Seems to me that important piece of information should have been volunteered. There goes 2.5hrs out of my day and all the gas to get there.

Not only did I have a problem with my rim witch they fixed as I was getting ready to drive off I noticed the tire was low I asked for some air and he found a nail and fixed it too free

I had a set of tires installed on my "performance" car. They were very careful with the car and I appreciated that. This isn't a shop that has several bays and work to get cars in and out in a hurry. Made an appointment, brought in the car, and they had me out in just over an hour as they said they would. I was able to watch and talk with the folks working on the car too. Very open. Tires are well balanced. If your looking for a place where your not 1 out of 20 for the day, this is a place for you.

Do not use this place. They have awful customer service. I dropped two wheels off for them to fix while waiting I saw an older gentleman getting into verbal argument with two customers. They then told me that both of my rims were bent which would be an additional $100 to fix. I know the rims weren't bent because I just scraped them on a curb . Then they sprayed the inside of my wheel making a rough and dull, when I brought it to their attention they tried to tell me I had to pay an additional $50 to fix something that they did. They overlap black paint on Where the Red was on my wheels refuse to fix that as well. I spoke to the older gentleman and got into a heated argument about the issues that I had. He told me it would be $50 for him to fix it. I kept saying I don't understand why I have to pay for something that you guys did. He said that he would get the painter and he walked inside. I then spoke with a young lady that was walking in and asked if she work there. She said yes and I asked if I could speak to an owner or manager. She said that they were not in. I asked if I could have his number or some way of contacting him. She said that she did not feel comfortable giving out his number. ask to speak to the owner the young lady said the owner wasn't there. They did not fix any issues. I would not recommend using this place

I was told I had a bent wheel on my F-250 when I bought new tires and was referred to this company to have it straightened. I dropped it off and was told it would be $125 plus $15 for mount and a balance. Luke, the owner, was so honest he called me two days later and said they were able to fix the wheel with minimal effort and that he would only be charging me for the mount and balance($15)!!! I asked him why he didn t just charge me the price he had quoted like almost any other business would do and he said, I like to sleep at night. I will be bringing any future business and spreading the word on this place every chance I get from now on.Thanks Luke!Matt

First time customer and have nothing but good things to say. I bought a set of aftermarket wheels online and heard this was the place favored by tuners and car enthusiasts. They checked the trueness of each wheels prior to mounting the tires and even bolted the bar wheels to the car so I could see if I liked them on the car and to make sure there was no interference issues. I called one afternoon and had an appointment the very next day and was in and out in about an hour. Everyone was very nice.

Ordered tires from tirerack.com. Had them shipped directly to store. Set appointment. Mounted and balanced in under an hour for under $100. Why do it any other way? A+++Service: TiresService: Tires

I tried to refinish a set of wheels myself and became frustrated during the process. I called wheel fix it and spoke with Luke. He gave me advice on how to do them myself and was very nice about it. Patience ran short on the DIY project so I brought them to Wheel fix it. They looked better than new when I received them back. I'm very pleased with the service and results.

I hit a small stump and really messed up my front wheel on my Kubota 4X4 and these guys fixed it right at a fraction of the cost of replacing the wheel. Second time I have used this shop and got excellent service. If you have a wheel scratched up or in need of repair, these folks can fix it up like new. Check them out.

I'm not going to give them a 1 star because I did not use them. Asked them for an estimate which for 15" rims to polish them was $225 per rim. I can buy these rims for half that price. The service and price they offered for my needs was not worth it.

Fixed the rim as promised good people I would recommend if a rim is bent, cracked or broken they can fix it!
