I took my jeep to the Walmart on Sparkman Drive to have a Basic oil change when I got home I parked it on my driveway a paved driveway the next morning I woke up. My driveway is covered in oil. I ll take it back to Walmart manager reply was I don t see it leaking, but I ll put a new filter on it and if it leaks again, bring it back the next day my driveway is covered in oil in a new spot and continue to call Walmart, but no answer and no answer I m getting the runaround I guess this is going to lead to a lawsuit so simple voile change has turned into Manjit pouring oil out all over my favorite driveway. Walmart manager response was just check before you drive it every time and put oil in it every time

They got us right in and got our oil changed and got us back on the road on our trip from Florida to Alaska!

I ve bought a few tires from here and had them installed. The service is usually pretty good except this place is usually busy so you might have an hour or two wait. Overall I haven t had any issues. They re willing to help and point you in the right direction and the staff are helpful and friendly. I ordered tires online and one of the staff spent 30 mins helping me look for it. Thank you.

Purchased a brand new tire it went flat literally less than 12 hours on my car and the technician blamed me and said i had to hit something and i had to purchase a new tire. Last time buying tires here

I came in here THREE times for tires and the older lady Ms.Sherry who works at the desk is very rude. Did not put my appointment in after i came in there personally to make the appointment and she had a attitude the whole time. Do better or get workers who are willing to work and do their job respectfully.

I've been coming to this location for 7 years for oil changes and tires. Staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Arrive early to avoid a long wait. They've never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, but when I'm ready for tires they always have great selection and prices. Today Jamari went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a tire pressure light (Woody Anderson Ford couldn't fit me in for 2 weeks!). Thank you Jamari for being so good at what you do and even more for being so kind and helpful. Blessings!!

Wasted a whole day all for nothing, they couldn't even get my wheel off. Got there at 9am, was told it'd be 45 minutes. After that time, they said "my bad we have appointments so it's going to be hours." Made an appointment for 3:00pm, came back and they couldn't even get the wheel off. Didn't have any other tools or PB blaster I guess. Do everything you can to avoid this place.

I called to get my service done in my car the gentleman told me to come in an hour and a half I got there an hour and a half and he said oops I'm sorry there's four cars ahead of you now we waited a little bit longer and as soon as we called again we were actually in front of the building he kept saying oh I'm sorry it is more cars ahead of you we just said forget it and took our car tonight

They are VERY friendly and HELPFUL! The guys who do the actual WORK were LATE, but since I WASN'T in a HURRY (8am) I shopped and handled other business. Alicia the manager KNOWS and DOES her job WELL! One thing that is GOOD to know.....buy your tires ONLINE and "pick them up" at the store because it's CHEAPER!! Then you go to the pick up area (old photo area) and the employee will bring them to the Auto center for you. Pay for balance and rotation and you get FREE balance and rotation for the LIFE of your tires!! I also paid for road assist that covers tire damage!! Lol Good service to have on these raggedy roads.

I only come here for oil changes, every time I leave and go home, wake up the next day and one of my tires is flat. I don t want to point fingers but it seems very suspicious. This time the tire that went flat was my newest one.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Cashier in auto was very rude to each customer, including the person who she was on the phone with as I was waiting in line. I understand the job can be stressful but it s still not right to treat the customers, who are being kind, so rudely. I hope I just caught her on a bad day & that she doesn t usually treat each customer this way. As for the technicians, they were fast and did a good job that s why i gave them 3 Stars.Services: Tires, Oil change

Luckily I showed up when there was only one customer and my car service was taken care of really fast. But shortly the line got really long and you could tell there was a shortage of employees. It seems to be a big issue across all the tire and lube centers that I've been into at walmart. Never enough technicians. All my times going to Walmart I've never seen a lack of customers But I consistently see a lacking coverage.

They were very nice....my roommate had a blowout and needed 2 tires. I brought the rims in, and we got her 2 brand new tires at a great deal! The shop guys worked with us and told me how to change the tires off the car with one jack, and a jack stand! They also loaded the tires into my car for me, so that when I got them home, we just put them on, and had my roommate and the kids rollin in no time!

While Midas couldn t seem to figure how much oil my car needed, Walmart made up for it. Quick and easy with friendly staff. Honest service. This is the third time I ve had my oil changed at a Walmart and it has always been good.

Went to buy 2 new tires I was there at 2:15 lady told me they couldn t put tires on until next day they didn t have not one car in bay and the employee was sitting on phone and other 2 where outside smoking at picnic table bad services and also complained that the tech got off at 4 and he didn t like to stay over could ve gotten me in and out but didn t way before 4pmService: Tires

Unfortunately come in here to get my battery changed was a great inconvenience to me. When people come to your place of establishment looking for assistants it's sad when they cause more harm than good. Thank goodness for integrity and going to a third party source to fix the issue with me and my vehicle. The store manager was blatantly rude I had to call the Home corporate office on him several times to get the issues work out with my vehicle. Long story short stop playing with people cuz everybody ain't playing.

Pretty decent man. Apparently 6 years ago it sucked, based on these reviews. I just had a tire replaced here and everyone was nice enough and everything went smoothly. The workers communicated fine, explained options, and I got zero attitude from anyone. But then again, I'm comfortable with black people, so trumpy-townies might have a come-apart because their black cashier has a gold necklace. lol.

I arrived well before closing and found the line for oil changes to be empty. I walked over to a huddle where a group of employees were talking and asked to be written in but was told that it would at least an hour and a half before they could get to my vehicle. I was willing to wait, but the employee refused to write me in. He told me, though, that for a "tip", I could move to the front of the invisible queue. I left and filed a complaint with Walmart but never received a response. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any service center, Walmart or elsewhere.

The people are so nice here and they do great work. I trust them. However...my appointment was at 10:00 am...only had two tires replaced; was finished at 12:10 pm.

Went to purchase a new battery and have it installed, the technician installed it backwards and blew the main fuse. After quite a bit of hassle, arguing about who was at fault, and technical work (on my behalf), they replaced the fuse, no charge (which they sent someone to O'Reilly's for), and gave me the more expensive battery at a lesser cost.

While I appreciate them patching up my tire as fix, I did not appreciate the lack of warmth or personability by any staff in this department as I am used to in other places. There shall always be a sense of warmth and personability in any setting.

Great service; they were out of Quaker State oil though - which means $35 vs $25. Still a good deal though!

Seriously can't find a better deal on a set of tires properly installed and balanced. I have been to this Walmart's tire center for several things over the years, all of which were done right, in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price...plus it's Walmart.

Old man cussing fellow employees under his breath and complaining about the fact that I need a tire. Then goes inside and complains to other people about having to do his job.He reminds me of the guy in Office Space saying "that's my stapler" the bigger fella was helpful and resolved my issue as soon as he saw what was going on.Good place, aside from the angry ole white man

I bought four new tires from Walmart tire shop sparkman , when I bought them I talk to them I want to put my new tire it was 6pm I have been told the can t do it they got 1 hour to close ,I left I came today to install them time 4pm I have been told the same thing they can t do it , Rude Worker .I will never go back to this place again.....

I went to get a tire and was very satisfied with the Speedy service I did my shopping while they fix it will recommend anyone if you need a tire to go to Walmart the mechanics was friendly
