The Valvoline location on Winchester Road has an awesome crew especially George and Noah! The crew was very attentive and very customer friendly to where they appreciate a customer at them location. George went beyond the Call of Duty on answering numerous questions that I had about my other vehicles. I was there for less than 15 minutes for them to do the job but spent 30 asking questions LOL.Two thumbs up on where I will continue to get my oil change service

Showed up around noon on a Sunday and had zero wait. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly and the service was extremely efficient! I wasn t pressured to buy any extras or add-ons which is a huge plus!

My first time trying Valvoline's Instant service was a complete waste of time. Their signs say no waiting, but apparently thats not the case. I was at the new Winchester Rd. Store on Sunday in Huntsville, Al. and sat in line with 2 bays open and 1 car inside. The workers looked out several times, but never addressed my presence. I sat there for 20 minutes with only one car in the bay and still noone motioned to me or anything. I left and went to a parts store to give them time, shopped and came back but still they looked out but didn't attempt to say anything to me. After sitting there another 10 minutes, I backed out, but as I was pulling off, another SUV pulled up and was immediately ushered into the bay. Maybe this location discriminates who they decide to provide service to. I won't be back for certain and wouldn't trust them with my vehicle if thats the kind of service that they provide. The 1 star was the lowest that I could provide since I wasn't able to get service at all. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere...there are too many other good options in the area.
