This is the best place for service! They are super fast. They offer roadside assistance and are the most honest people that I have ever dealt with. They went out of their way and dropped what the were doing to come to my home tohelp me this morning! Prices are also great! Great place and people to do business with!!!

Came in with out a phone call and they took me in right there, was bringing them wheels and tires to mount and he worked with me on the price since they weren't mounting them on my car. Great people, been coming here for a few years now and I've always been taken care of

Did tire rotation and I was so disappointed that the following day one of the bolts was loose. I ended up doing it at home. Please pay attention. Having loose bolts is very serious. The owner was nice he provided water and asked me to sit inside ( 2 start for that)

I have been coming to this shop for years and I must say Don and the boys never cease to amaze me! They are always so eager to help and if they can't do it they try to figure a way to do it. Although I couldn't get my original tire fixed due to rim issues Don did not hesitate to find me a tire that would work for my car and get me set up. Tommy was awesome at fixing everything quickly and efficiently even double checked his own work! These men definitely get the job done right! I really want to thank you guys for such an awesome job, you are truly efficient and effective. Everyone at the shop is a team player and they work with customers as best they can. Kudos! You guys did not disappoint! Thank you again!

Had a nail in my tire, got it plugged and was in and out in less than 30 min. Everyone was nice and professional. Highly recommend this place for any convenience.

They had some decent tires if you find yourself (or your daughter ) with a flat and need a used one real quick before you replace all 4.

I had a blowout on interstate 565 5 days ago due to a procrastinated issue that has eaten up my tires. They're slick!! My spare was full size so I thought if I had just 1 more replaced I'd buy some time. The guys here looked at my tires and told me I desperately needed 3. Io was unsafe. I only had the money for 2. The owner gave me an awesome deal on three used tires to ensure safe traveling. Great looking out for your customer sir! I will be a repeat customer

Best tire place in town. Been going here for years and they never disappoint.Got 2 used tires today for a great price and the tech did it in 20 minutes flat. He was polite and did exactly what he said he would do in the time he said, no games. The owner and his son make you feel like family, they have snacks and drinks and are always cheerful.Good family, good shop, great people!

Can I give 10 stars out of 5? These guys were amazing. About as friendly as you can be. They were beyond fair with pricing to the point where I insisted on paying more, but they insisted harder on cutting the total cost by 20%.When I caught a shard of metal in the street, I was fully expecting to have to wait 2 hours at a tire place just so I could get home, but they had me out of there in less than 10 minutes. They gave me some water and snacks for my kids and were so friendly. I could go on and on, but I'll stop here and just say that I'll be a customer for as long as they are in business.

I needed a single tire because of a flat from a nail that was leaking air again after fix a flat. I called to make sure they had the tire I needed and they were able to immediately work on it. When they looked at my tire they explained they could fix it instead of replace it since my tire is still good and it would save me money. It was such an honest and helpful response when I thought the tire was dead. All the employees were incredibly nice and it was a very good environment. This will be my go to place in town from now on!

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT! Lamar got my tires on in less than10 minutes. I love a family owned business. Their service is 10/10 and nothing but smiles on all the guys. Donald great crew for sure! I'll let everyone know where to go!!

Best place in Huntsville to get tires! I ve been going here for my tires for the past 8 years, and won t get my tires any where else! They have the best customer service and they are so very accommodating and genuine! I always appreciate their sincerity and kindness!

Don is the MAN! Always a great experience. I had a lower profile harder to find tire size and Don let me pick from a couple he had. Changed it out and I was on my way!

Dropped by today to have them look at a worn tire, they didn't end up having what I needed, but WOWSA -- the level of service I got was fantastic. When I'm finally able to source the tire I need, I'm taking it straight here for them to mount. If I get so much as a nail in my tire, I'm taking it here. I pulled in and they offered me something to drink while I waited (for less than a minute!), and the staff, including the owner, were fantastic to talk to. I never felt any pressure to buy, never any feeling they were just trying to sell me something. The kind of hometown, hidden gem you pray to find, and once you do find you stick with for life. My go-to place for all things tires now, and I've yet to do any actual business with them! That says a lot.

What I thought would be a long ordeal turned into a sweet hospitable experience by Don, owner, and his 2 boys and Uncle Tommy . All 4 helped me in some way or another getting my daughters tire fixed and helping me out with another issue. Not only did I feel like I was in their living room at their home but our business interaction ended with a hug and bless you . Today made me feel like baking them cupcakes and just dropping them off to show my appreciation. 5 stars squared.

I ve been in Huntsville for 11 years and never knew this place existed. They replaced my tires within 30 mins I was in and out while they were simultaneously taking care of about 5 other cars . They even let me know of another issue I may see in the future. Any tire place new or used does not operate as efficiently as this establishment in Huntsville period. You can tell the family that owns this place takes pride in the work they do and understands how important it is things get done in a timely manner. This place is truely a hidden gem.

Had a leak in the valve stem I had already checked the tire out completely..told them exactly all I needed well after about 30 minutes for a 10-15 minute job they said well it had to be throughly scrub at the bead which it never leaked or had any problems before they wanted to charge me 25.00 dollars for made up work I told them I wasn't happy with their way of doing business so I paid 20.00 dollars for a dollar part and made up stuff I too have worked in a tire store years ago plus I used to race cars too so I know tires. Anyway big ripoff stay away is my recommendation

Don and his son are awesome. My coworker recommended them to me several years ago. I always go there for anything I need for our cars. My husband is taking his there this morning. Love Used Tire World.
