After researching the camper we wanted we found it at triple H. The buy process was pretty smooth and the walk through was smooth as well. The issue with this place is when it comes to the secondary items. I asked the salesman specifically if the camper came with a battery and was told yes only to find out that it didn t come with a battery and they would not honor what the sales man said. My second question was around the the hitch for my truck. I was told that I didn t need anything special only to get there and be told that I really needed a weight distribution hitch. A $500 dollar item that we could have talked about and worked in to the price of the unit. Third was the accessory needed to actually use camper. We bought a camper with two grey water tanks therefore we need two hoses and a Y to hook everything up. This is another important detail that should have been talked about on the front end. As a first time camper buyer the details matter more than anything else and triple H was very poor when it comes to the details. If we had it to do over again or when it s time to upgrade we will not be returning to triple H. $1000 dollars out of pocket was unexpected and completely avoidable. If your reading this triple H you should do better

I stopped in without an appointment to get my RV furnace bench tested. Larry, the service manager, is truly amazing. He put the furnace on the bench tester and even showed me how to troubleshoot. He quickly identified the problem and saved me a lot of money because I was ready to buy a new furnace.

Got a really nice camper for the price. David was very helpful very personable guy. Thank you again!!He Set up having our camper delivered was very easy. We should get it any moment now. Paperwork everything went smoothly. Great guy to work with.

I will never do business with this place again.The RV wasn t hooked up and inspected at all..my electric hot water heater isn t working, toilet seal is leaking. Gas tanks seem to be empty just after a small shower.I had requested the blinds to my slider to be fixed not weighted enough..never done.I purchased an extended warranty and was told by the dealership to use that..which is not the case..manufacturer warranty is primary..and I d have to go to their dealerships in SC, I m in NC..mind u, I d have to move it at my expense, never to be reimbursed.Called numerous times..even the manager of all of them returned my call had to threaten an attorney..still no call back.This should have been handled differently, these problems should have been fixed b4 I ever moved it..After the sale, u r on your own..Never again..

This Triple H is the bomb. Read my review on other place. Wasn't sure which place I was reviewing so grouped them together. One more point on my experience with the 2 stores: The salesman in Haleyville either ignored my questions or his mind was elsewhere and I felt as though I was in a marathon. We walked in a huge circle, him way ahead, to come all the way back where we started from to see one of the RV's. I understand I may need to get in better shape, but I didn't hire him as a trainer. Huntsville stayed close and answered all questions. Get this: they followed up with me. I hate that it didn't work out for them because they were awesome.

Hands down the best dealer we have EVER done business with! Completely honest and straightforward with no hidden mystery fees . We literally bought the new camper over the phone sight unseen after talking to Jerry.

I literally saved 1,000's on a new camper from these guys. Im a used vehicle dealer and these guys gave their best price up front which was the lowest I'd found. (Believe me, i shop around) Start to finish, no hassles. The GM was great also. Anthony was good to work with. Called me after hours to see if my driver made it back safely and to see if i was satisfied. We talked for an hour. Mr Reed did a great walk thru. Don't pay attention to the negative reviews. (Most of the time you wouldn't want them as customers anyway) Trust these folks.

Had a great experience with Jon. Only issue was with the camper. Warranty issue, not dealer. Jon is on top it and is being taken care as I write this.

Awesome experience. Called looking for a camper that was already sold, but Jon knew exactly what I needed. Found the PERFECT camper for my family within minutes of speaking with Jon. Jon made the price right for my family and even had it delivered next day by 1pm. I live seven hours away, so this was no easy task. Jon was sending pictures and paperwork up until everything was settled around 10pm. Very pleasant and smooth sailing experience.

By far the best place to buy a camper or and RV. The only place that treats you like family. We had amazing service with Murray. He opened so many campers just for our six year old to look at them. Any problems we had with something he handled it and made sure that we were covered. The owner Mr. Mark thank you for your service in the military. He made a promise and made sure that he stood behind his word. Would recommend this place over competitors hands down. Need and camper or RV go to this place on highway 53 Huntsville Alabama.

Initially, I was expecting the typical "used car" sales pitch. Instead, I met a great man striving to be the best at what he does at McElroy RV in Huntsville, Alabama. I was just blown away by the gentlemans knowledge and charm. I will be back up there when I am ready to purchase. These guys are very well spoken and treat you like family. I highly recommend the guys at McElroy. Look for the salesman that looks like a rockstar, my viking friend named Murray.

People are friendly and helpful, the office is clean and inviting, and cold beverages are available at no cost to customers. The lot is overly crowded, making inventory difficult to browse and access. Anthony is very knowledgeable and gave my wife and me a personal tour of candidate campers for our needs, which we really appreciated though he knew we were not purchasing anytime soon. I recommend a larger lot with improved inventory placement. Power each unit to enable AC as needed when touring units on hot days.

First time customer but our second camper. Dealt with Jon and he was awesome. Great communication (even after hours). The rest of the crew really went out of their way to help out and get me on the road. Heck . I even forgot a small piece to my hitch and they hooked me up. They didn t try to nickel and dime me and were honest and up front the entire transaction. Thanks guys, I will gladly recommend y all.

I recently purchased my 5th wheel from Marc at McElroy RVs. Everyone that I delt with were extremely nice and helpful. The walk through on the camper was detailed and any issues that I found were repaired immediately. Marc was awesome to work with and the his sales team is great as well. Will be sending more business his way.

We stopped in to ask a question and Andrew was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the campers. We told him what we were interested in and he explained the difference in the campers. If it had not been for him taking the time to explain things to us we would have potentially bought a camper that was not what we needed. Andrew and the others explained all our options if we decided to buy. They were willing to work with us, regardless of time. They all stayed late, after closing, to help us purchase our first TT. The owner went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with our purchase. Customer service at its finest!!!

We purchased our second Travel Trailer from McElroys. They were more than attentive to our needs as we had many questions. They even held the Camper we wanted to purchase for a week as we had to travel 3hrs to get to McElroys. Unbeknownst to me I had the privilege of speaking directly to Mr. McElroy and he made a point to come by and meet us.Thank you for a pleasant buying experience.I gave this establishment 4 stars only because nobody can be perfect, but when it comes to purchasing a Camper I highly recommend McElroys RVs.

We had the best experience buying our camper at McElroys!!! Brandon did an amazing job helping us find a camper that checked all the boxes on our wish list. Larry was super informative walking us through everything as first time buyers. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. They made the buying process a breeze! If you re looking for a family friendly place to buy a camper, McElroys is the place. Bring your kids with you. They ll enjoy the unlimited popsicles and coloring books while you look around and fill out paperwork!

My wife and I were in the market for a different floor plan in a camper from our current one. I had researched and found the particular model that I wanted to purchase on line. After months of looking at dealer websites and not being satisfied with options given on my trade, I had sent an inquiry into McElroy RV on a new model posted on their website. John Stewart reached out and informed me that that model wasn't on site yet, but offered me a like new used model in its place that was the same as we were looking for. I am not one for buying anything used, let alone from a different state and site unseen, but thought I would hear him out. The process of purchasing this particular model was one of the easiest I have gone through and I appreciate all of John's patience with me, as I know I am not the easiest to deal with. I live in Virginia and John even went above and beyond and had the the unit delivered to me so that I didn't have to worry about finding the time to pick it up myself. I have told many of my friends and family, that if they are in the market for a camper, it is well worth the time to give John and McElroy RV an opportunity to supply them with the camper of their dreams. Thank you for going above and beyond and easing my worries of buying something of this magnitude site unseen, we couldn't be happier!!!!!Brian Collins

First time buying camper from McElroy RVs. It was a great experience, No issues at all. They worked after hours answering questions we had. My wife and I looked at multiple campers at different locations and by far Mark and Jon were the most helpful in every aspect of us getting our new camper. If I were looking at buying another camper tomorrow I would reach out to these guys first. Thanks guys

These folks are great to do business with. He was up at 9pm sending pictures and answering questions and was so helpful picking out the perfect camper. Did have a very simple small problem and they fixed it on the spot next day. When you need them they answer the phone in person no computers to put you on hold. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will continue to do business with them.

We visited here to purchase an rv last Saturday. After telling the finance guy John we did not want our credit pulled and submitted to three places, he did just that. We agreed to put a good amount of money down and asked that our payments not be over a certain amount. He agreed and said that shouldn't be a problem. Over an hour + later he says we need more money down to get our payments to where we wanted them. We have good credit and should not have been a problem. I feel he just wanted to make more money, I know who wouldn't right? Well he agreed from the beginning, before pulling anything that he was a "straight shooter". I'm here to tell you he was Not! We still have not heard from anyone about the rv financing and its been 2 days. I would not agree to having your credit pulled because "they do what they can for you". If you don't meet their terms there is no negotiating after the fact. What you are left with is a lower credit score because they pulled it and sent it 3 times. I know this because I get alerts when its pulled. The salesman Kyle was pleasant. Although he hasn't reached out to my husband in 2 days to let us know whats going on, I can only assume he was told not to. Again, money down + good credit=complete waste of time.In response to your post, my husband told me he had received an email. We chose not to waste our as well as your time. And as far as lenders go. I am well aware of the process. When two had asked for more information it should have stopped there. (Which we provided) I have recieved letters from two of the lenders not declining the loan but asking for the information we provided your employees. So that wasn't an issue as you nicely broadcasted my personal information online. We wanted to walk out with an rv. Perhaps you need to re-evaluate your customer service. Like I said before, no one reached out to us except for you because of this review.

My husband and I had been looking for a camper for a few weeks now. I found a used one that I just couldn t let go of. My husband called around and found a brand new one at McElroy s. Jon was the best, from the first phone call yesterday until we pulled out with the trailer today. They answered all questions, gave good pointers and were very detailed with any answers. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends!!

Very good experience with Kyle, John, Mark and Larry. We have dealt with Triple H for yrs and this time we decided to deal with the new company they have now. We got an awesome price on our trade in and good price on new camper. Any issues we had with new camper was quickly addressed and repaired or replaced. Thanks alot for everything guys. We will definitely send y'all more business.

Came from Birmingham to purchase our very first camper. We found exactly what we had wanted at Reeds. Very friendly customer service and very knowledgeable salesmen. They were very honest about the conditions of the camper we purchased and they thoroughly went through and repaired the few minor problems it had and was priced at a price we couldn t pass up! We love our camper and will definitely be doing more business with them in the future! Very highly recommend!!

We have been looking for a destination camper and found one online that we really liked. We live in TN and was able to most of the deal over the phone including trading in our used camper. We drove to Huntsville on a Thursday and they had our brand new camper delivered on Saturday as promised. Thanks to Jon our salesman, Marc our finance guy and John for the delivery. I hope our new camper lasts for many years but if we need another one will come back to McElroy's.
