Called and scheduled a appointment with them. They give you any updates on your vehicle if you need anything done like new tires or brakes. They also look at possible warranty issues and even body damage.

Dropped our car off early for a 10am appointment for a recall and when I returned at 6pm they hadn't looked at it yet. They gave us a loaner car. Came back the end of the next day and it's $3000+. Also we can't have our car back because it can't be driven now.Naturally the warranty on the $3000 (known issue/recall with Prius) expired last summer. This is like a bad movie.

"Well," for me and some may think I'm bias.Working with Billpenney for some years now. I have to say that the service is great. Working closely with good hearted co-workers I understand sometimes even I get impatient at times, but that doesn't mean I'm right. The service have/has always been great and with me, other coworkers it will always be. So stop by you will get smile, good service and might even a good laughter.

They had to order my part, but once it came they called me and it only took 45 minutes. I feel like some of the staff could be a bit friendlier and more understanding, but I do consider that they are busy and they went into the mechanics business, not customer service. Its a little awkward if its your first time because youre not really sure where to go from start to finish. Overall, it was a decent experience.

After several missed diagnoses I took my Camry to Toyota's service center because I was confident the maker of the vehicle could get it correct. I dropped my car off and was told it would be 64.99 for the inspection. They texted and said it was a tire noise. I asked for a second opinion by another tech and they came back with the same answer. I was charged $84.95 when I arrived to get my car. I questioned the service center manager about the difference in cost and received no response. I purchased $500 new tires, the noise is still there and I've been told it's a damaged CV joint.

The people should be nicer that are serving the customers and they should offer free car washes they have that service in Cincinnati Ohio.
