The staff here were wonderful! Andrew was welcoming as soon as I came into the facility. I had all 4 tires changed, front brakes replaced, oil changed, and a car alignment. I didn t make an appointment, but the staff was so kind and helpful and was able to do all of this for me the day I walked in. Thank you so much! I appreciate it! Mike checked me out and he made the process sweet and easy! Thank you so much for such amazing service.

Wonderful help. Right before coming to them, I popped two tires and tried to fix it on my own and broke my car more. They were very helpful and quick! I don't know anything about cars, so I had lots of questions. They were patient and answered my questions to the fullest. Highly recommend.

Moved here two years ago and took a chance on these folks when my Jeep needed a lot of work. From oil changes to major work, these are my go-to people. Pricing is always fair and below what I find when researching average costs (and there's always additional discounts they add). Their custom service is exceptional. Never interacted with a team member who was having a bad day (or showed it to customers if they were). They won't hesitate to explain things to you and show you exactly what's happening with your vehicle and help you prioritize what services/parts are most important if you need to space them out. And they're no strangers to working late to get the job done as fast as possible without sacrificing work quality. Big supporters of military vets too.

I am so thankful for the great customer service shown by Ian and Andrew tonight! I travel a lot and you can tell by the wear and tear on my tires! I didn t get off work until 5:25 which means I showed up at their shop right before closing; these young men stayed over to ensure that I could travel safely for the holidays! I most definitely appreciate the customer service because they could have easily told me no! Ian and Andrew explained to me in great depth all the things going on with my tires! I highly recommend TireDiscounters

The whole crew is wonderful from the Experienced Techs' Austin & Kevin to the Front Desk Tom, Ian & Andrew. I have been taking my infiniti here since I bought it over a year ago & have had nothing but great service! I appreciate the techs & staff explaining repairs & making sure my vehicle is well maintained. They go the extra mile checking on any concerns I have. My recent visit was for my car bouncing badly while driving. Plus horrible squeaky brakes. They went over tire options & made sure my brake line was taken care of after it was having issues. My infiniti drives smooth again with no more squeaky brakes! I live close to downtown huntsville & the drive is well worth it to me. Thank you for everything you guys do!

Tire Discounters does almost all work on my vehicles BECAUSE they're that good. I trust 'em & always have a pleasant experience when needing their services.Most recent work they did for me was replace an alternator in my daughter's Rav-4.Great job & "Thx" guys!

Very good experience. Counter personnel were very knowledgeable and polite. However, there was a lack of tire techs to create a fast service. A simple tire repair/replace tool over 3 hours. Quality work, though!

Needed to get some new tires. They worked to help me find a good set of tires within my budget. Didn't Upsell me. And had it done fast. Will definitely use this TD again.

Booked an appointment online for advertised special (29.99) regarding conventional oil change and tire rotation. Received call next day confirming services and appointment time. Arrived for appointment and paperwork drawn up totaled $80.00! Asked why and was told that they do not have any conventional oil...all synthetic. So I must ask, is this an issue regarding poor inventory management or just some shady advertising gimmick to get you in the door?Went across the street to Firestone and they performed those same services for the same discounted price (29.99).

Told me be here at 11:30 I got here at 11 it s after 2 and they are still not done I get it things happen just give me a true time so I can plan accordingly.. I get that things happen but counter help should be more transparent and the guys in the back shouldn t be standing around smiling and laughing. Get to work!

Terrible experience, brought 2 vehicles in on separate occasions and had to wait 30 minutes past one of my appointment times just for the store to open and on another occasion they drove my vehicle from the shop out in to the parking lot and who knows where with the oil pressure gauge reading zero.

Great place very nice man named Mr. Ian helped check my tire pressure and he didn't charge me and he was very nice and i had a massive road trip ahead of me and they are blessed people thank God for Mr Ian.

I highly recommend Tire Discounters! We had a flat tire on way home from vacation. We are from out of State which made things difficult. They got us right in and fixed our tire and we were back on the road. Very friendly staff and went above and beyond. Their generosity was a blessing.

Had a nail in two of my tires. They had them replaced in a few hours. I was shocked because how busy they were. Every bag had a car inside of it. Staff was very helpful. Will be back

We went to this locations s we have many times in June for just oil and a rotation. Turned into brakes, rotors, calipers.. not the problem. When I came to pick it up I noticed the tires did not look rotated based on tread wear. Went in and the J employee said it had been done. Took his word but remembered I plugged 2 tires the week before that were both in the back. Went and looked and there the plugs were in the back. Calmly told him the weren t rotated. He responds how would you know explained plugs then show me . Showed him plugs and then say give me the keys and I ll pull it around . Like legit mad. Does the rotation while I wait. Pulls the car into the handicap spot, leaves the keys on the desk and never says a word to me. Own when a mistake is made, that would of kept my business on my other three vehicles.

If I could put 0 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE- THEY ARE IN IT FOR MONEY ONLY. My experience with this location of Tire Discounters was AWFUL. I went in with my air conditioner working but not cooling off as much as it should. It wasn't a big deal, but in August in Alabama it would be nice to have the full capacity of my AC. I was told that it would be $115 at baseline to evac the system and see what was wrong. When they figured out what was wrong, they called me from a worker's personal cell phone and did not leave a message. When I finally called them after several hours, they told me I had a leak in the system and It would be $1,000 to fix ($377 for the part, $145/hr for labor, freeon at $5/oz, and the original $115 for the EVAC). Absolutely not. I was told that if I could not afford it at this time, whenever I bring the car back, I would have to pay the $115 EVAC fee AGAIN. When I went and picked up the car, he then started making price negotiations like he was afraid he lost a sale- I could probably buy the part on my own for cheaper or if I come back within 30 days he wouldn't charge the 2nd EVAC fee because "it's August in Alabama and I guarantee you're going to want AC." I paid the $115 and left with no AC at all. I went to Phoenix Motors instead. They treated me with kindness and worked with me. In the end, I DID NOT HAVE A LEAK. They charged my AC for $140 and it is as good as new. Absolutely unacceptable service. Were they even going to buy the new part or just pocket the money and assume I'd never know? I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. I still had to pay the $115 EVAC fee for them to misdiagnose the problem, treat me like dirt, leave me with absolutely no AC, and try to run away with my $1,000.

The oil plug didn't leak before they changed the oil and it did afterwards. I took it back and they said they couldn't find the leak. Yet it leaked just fine in my garage floor. When I took it back, I also scheduled them to change the rear differential seal. After driving 90 min to get there and leaving it all day, they said they couldn't replace the rear differential seal even though I brought the gasket, oil and rtv. The only trained/certified mechanic who works there didn't seem like he wanted to do it when I dropped it off. He was busy fixing an axle for another truck. I picked up the truck without anything fixed and they kept all my oil, gasket and rtv. I called to get it back and said id come back the next day. When i arrived, they couldn't find it and left it at that. I had to demand i wasnt leaving without it. Then they found it. Took it to another shop and they said the oil is leaking from the plug and it's stripped out. They'd have to pull the entire pan to fix. I won't ever go to Madison tire discounter again. I bought a 5 year alignment so I'll find another shop of theirs, hopefully it's better.

I ve used this location for years because of the great customer service. 6 months ago I took a tubeless golf cart tire to be inflated. It took the guy 2 minutes and he didn t even charge me. Took another golf cart tire in today and the guy tells me that he doesn t have the equipment to do it. Tell me your too busy, or company policy prohibits it, but don t lie to my face and tell me you can t do something that another employee did in less than 2 min. Luckily, your competition down the street was happy to help me and will have my business going forward.

I have been a customer of this location since opening day and I m appalled by my most recent experience with them. We took our vehicle in by tow and told them the issue. After spending almost a grand to correct the issue, we brought it home to find that we still had the same issue. They ignored us when we told them the issue and we had to spend an additional $300 to correct the issue. They left our vehicle open with the hood open over the weekend with our personal information and belongings exposed. The manager took 0 accountability and was rude. I have never had a business that I have entrusted with my regular business for years to treat my property and personal information as trash. I requested a call back from someone higher than the store level and have yet to receive a call back. Do not bring your vehicles here. They are more concerned about their bottom line than your safety.

Very dishonest place! Claimed I only had 1-2 mm of brake pads left on my rear brakes and that my rotors were "cracked"... Pads actually had 50% life remaining and rotors were fine! Do not trust their assessments of anything without inspecting yourself or with a qualified mechanic.

If I could give less than one star I would. If you are a woman, beware! I used this company 3 - 4 times for my routine maintenance. I started to suspect that they weren't doing the work they were charging me for.I used two different locations and had the same issue. So, I know this is just how they do business.The first time was when I requested they replace my front windshield wipers. They charged me for it. However, when I got my car back the wiper blades were still dull. It was only fixed when I took it in for my next scheduled maintenance and paid for them to be changed again.The last straw was when I took my car in for the last scheduled maintenance. They had my car for most of the day then called to tell me it was ready. When I brought my car in, the low tire pressure light was on, and when I picked it up, it was still on. I had paid and everything, after I got home I realized, they had not even put the little sticker on that tells you when your next service is due. I had to go back the next day for them to put it on. They didn't even apologize or explain to my why my tire pressure light was still on.I had enough and took my car to the Bill Penny Mitsubishi dealership to get serviced. I told them that my tire pressure light was on from before my last service. They fixed everything. They even added air to my tires which solved the tire pressure light issue. This is when it was confirmed for me that Tire Discounters was taking my car, letting it sit, then calling me to pick up and pay, knowing that they NEVER performed any work.It's disgusting. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. I've heard stories about companies taking advantage of women. This is one of those companies. If you are a woman, STAY FAR AWAY from this company.

Came home to a flat tire & took it to Tire Discounters the next morning. In & out within :30 & priced set of tires for my husband's truck. Have used this location several times. Always professional & courteous.

This team did a great job. I had an oil change,tire rotation and coolant flush. Came in at 8:00 am and back on the road at 9:20 am. This is my shop of choice.
