Thank you, in town three days, brakes go out on my truck, Lacey and crew had it fixed in a week. Very fair price, good service, highly recommend TAG auto, I will go back.

Lacey and the team were incredibly helpful and saved me nearly $700 vs. what another car repair shop that rhymes with Schmistian Mothers quoted me for what seemed like a straight-forward, non-mechanical repair. Furthermore, they were quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. Customer for life!

Excellent mechanic, knowledgeable, truthful,Patient , explains everything clearly, plainly.Imagine getting all that in one package !!!I m new to the area. So thankful I ran across them. As long as I am in Huntsville, I will NEVER, go anyplace else for Auto Repair !!!

If there is a hometown service business left, this is it. They will tell you what they can and can't do; then they will complete the work and make you happy. All this at an hourly rate half the dealers' and many other shops in town.If you are not using this shop, you should be. Excellent experience

Highly recommended from the ASE certified mechanics on the arsenal at Auto Skills, so my organization has been taking our company vehicles there. Excellent service. Lacy is direct with what the vehicles need and items are fixed correctly. Definitely highly recommend!

This place is a one of a kind in the automotive service industry. When it comes to customer service Lacey wins the race, and kept me updated through the whole process. Tj is the mechanic that worked on my Honda and he also did a fantastic job! When it comes to finishing fast and doing HONEST work this is the place. tag has worked on several of my vehicles and has made sure that i was taken care of, and back on the road again in a timely manner.i would and have recommend them to anyone i know that needs automotive repair work done.the mechanics are very knowledgeable and have been working on vehicles for years with lots of experience. i trust them when they tell me what they find wrong and what they need to do to repair my vehicles.

So they charge 2.5 hours to change a part that other shops charge .8 hours. And refused to out a rebuilt part on an older car,even with new part only one year warranty. They claim o Reilly will only give them one year warranty I called o Reilly and that's not true. Just feel taken advantage of by someone that knows I am from out of town and have no option.

Fast, friendly service. The folks at TAG quickly diagnosed the issues on my truck and it is running like new. When I picked up my truck the mechanic came and talked to me about the work he did, and some things to keep an eye out for in the future. I will be using them again if needed. Thanks TAG

I have used Tag Automotive for over 10 years with various vehicles. The consideration and care given to my autos is fantastic. TAG AUTO REPAIR will not add unnecessary repairs to drive the price up and they will look for the most efficient and BEST parts available on the market.They have become great friends over the years ! Apparently they dont work on all cars after all. They told me the mechanic wont fix my chevys or my sebring bc he dosent do those kind of cars. Or any sporty car...oh well.

I've been using TAG since 1994 and have been very satisfied. Trust, respect and quality of work is what I value most from TAG. I will not let any other shop work on my cars. LJ

Decades ago, I was recommended to go to TAG by a neighbor who said that even as a single woman she always felt that they were honest with her. Time moves on. There is now a woman in charge. And after all this time, they are still awesome. Highly recommend.

My husband purchased me a 2009 Cadillac cts fulky loaded. I've had it for one month. I needed a wheel bearing assembly. I took my car to Lacey and within 2 hours my car was fixed not only that it was my bday.

I believe that I found one of the most honest mechanics in huntsville,please share this as this is so rare.I am totally satisfied with their work and knowledge.Gave me his honest opinion and stated they wouldn't fix it if it doesn't need to be fixed.People are friendly and courteous.Prices are right too!!!

I ve gone here for vehicle inspections in the past. Called and tried to schedule another vehicle inspection for the same car about six months later. Was then told they don t do that and they have never done that. Not knowledgeable of services offered. Incredibly rude on the phone. Claimed to spend more time on my car then others when he just raised it and looked at it and he said he can t fix it, very rude pressured me to take my car (while my drive axle and control arm is broken I can t drive it) saying if I don t take it he will leave it on the side of the road to impound it do not recommend very rude and impatient

Dropped off my van to be diagnosed because of a sound it was making. They called later with sad news. I might have to put it out in the pasture. I plan to return with another van to get air conditioning fixed.

Every time I have any issues with my car, TAG Auto gets me back on the road in no time. I can't recommend them enough.
