Good Morning,I would like to thank Brandon and Jeremy who helped me out a what could have been a bad situation. I was a previous customer of Storeease, the management company has since changed to Storage Express . Do to me damaging my phone i was unable to close out my acct ( thou several calls to storeease were had between us).After countless calls to a number that now just rang I finally got thru to Jeremy @ storeage express who gave the some info to help, after a couple of calls my issue was resolved (Brandon) and my faith was restored in the matter.Thank you so much Brandon and Jeremy. I encourage support for the orginazation.P. Walls

Greg did a fantastic job getting us into a unit that suited our needs two months ago, and Trey provided excellent troubleshooting care with blip in the main gate s function! Both were super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We ve had a fantastic experience so far and hope to continue using our same unit until we are able to finally get into a larger home to better fit our growing family!

Today s experience at StoreEase was very interesting! It was nice to have all the different sizes available to see what kind of space you d be working with. The offsite assistant Mia was great, explained everything very well and walked me through all the steps in a breeze when some technical complications came about. 10/10 experience

We were recommended to StorEase by a relative. When we arrived we were greeted by Courtney. Wow, she was awesome! She is very professional, answering all our questions & was so friendly & caring in helping us. With her help we now are renting with StorEase. A really great facility.

There are issues with the security. I noticed the fence on the back of the property was damaged and anyone could walk onto the property. It defeats the purpose of a fence. When I place work orders via the app I never get a response. I also noticed that the side sliding doors to access the indoor were unlocked. There is no one on site and the virtual attendant has to call maintenance for any issues which may not be resolved the same day. I also learned that the electronic locks only have a 2-3 hour backup so if the power goes out you could be locked out your unit.

When it comes to the storage game these people got it figured out. The ease of use and customer service are top notch. Courtney is very helpful in getting everything setup. The units are very clean and they take good care of their customers.

We are so impressed with this StoreEase facility. The entire process from start to finish has been so easy. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They make it easy to work with them and every time I need to deal with them I walk away with a smile. We are hoping to move all of our business to StoreEase facilities in the other cities we do business in. I would highly recommend them.

I am Sooo impressed. My agent Trey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She made my decision to lease easy and experience even better! The Facilities are Amazing Please stop by the location and see how wonderful the experience will be with Store Ease. Trey has been the best and will certainly make your experience perfect as well!

Anna was my virtual management team member and she was super helpful. I would highly recommend this storage place. It s definitely a step above all other storage facilities.

The man I talked to to rent out a storage unit was extremely kind, and was very helpful in answering all my questions. Also when I asked him to give me a second to ask my husband a question regarding the unit I mentioned my son was asleep next to him so I had to be quite going in-He started telling me some other info over the phone as I walked in and then realized he was whispering and we were both able to laugh as he has children himself and he knows the importance of not wanting to wake them

Setting the unit up online was pretty smooth. The agent walked me through it and everything on the set up worked! Now I need to go by and see if the phone app works as seamlessly as the set up

I spoke with their customer service reps Several time each time issue resolved immediately the facilities were very clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend.
