We love this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and when I make an appointment I spend very little time waiting. The lady in the waiting area is phenomenal. I forget her name but she has blonde curly hair and offers coffee or tea to anyone waiting, she s a sweetheart. Their prices are also very affordable for an oil change! Better than other quotes I ve gotten. I d highly recommend them

They have started charging a 3% surcharge if you pay with a credit or debit card. Usually a great place to get service for vehicle. I ve used them for servicing 3 of my Hondas over the years. They try to make sure things are done right whether it s tires, fluid changes, or oil changes. However with this surcharge I will likely take my business elsewhere.

So disappointed to pick up my car today and learn that they are now charging a 3% credit card fee in addition to the parts and labor. It stinks that companies pass along credit card fees with no warning. Also disappointed in the service I received. I felt like I got a run around.

After 3 HORRIBLE experiences at the Madison location, I decided to give this location a shot before I resorted to driving all the way to Decatur. When I tell you the people here actually know what they re doing and they tell you what s going on and how long it s going to take - I was in and out for a service stop off in under 2 minutes and the service rep knew his stuff. I will never go to Madison again. I definitely trust these guys to do a good job off of Bob Wallace!

I am no longer a fan of this Honda service center. It has really gone down over the years. I used to get my vehicle serviced at Honda years ago, back in the Jerry Damson days, however, I noticed the service kept getting longer and longer. I remember sitting there for 1hr 45m for an oil change at one point, and decided it was time to move on. However, recently I started having issues with my vehicle electrical system and I decided I needed to get it checked out. Dropped off my vehicle on one early Thursday morning and was told that they would not be able to look at it until Friday. They said that some of their staff was out sick, understandable, however, they never looked at it on Friday, and never called either. I called and found out that couldn t look at it till Monday. Well, that is fine, however, call and let me know, I needed my vehicle for the weekend, and I could bring it back Monday. Same thing Monday. If I didn t call Monday, I doubt they would have even looked at it. Second, I was charged for the diagnostic $176, which I was never made aware of until I came to pick up my vehicle. The service advisor George Terry specifically told me when I brought my vehicle in, that if I ended up having repairs covered under my warranty that I would simply pay a deductible, but never was I told that I would pay a diagnostic fee. That said, and the other issues I mentioned before with just service, I am done with this place.

Great service! My husband always gets his Honda Civic serviced here. He had a Honda Accord that he drove for 30 years that they serviced for him. He bought a new Civic from the Jerry Damson, now Shottenkirk in 2020, he loves it. They always offer great service!

NEVER had anyone scar up my alloy wheels in all the years I have had service work, until today. I have taken meticulous care of my car since 2009 and just discovered this jack leg damage to all 4 wheels when I got home.I was told that the manager would call me today.No phone call.This place isn't Jerry Damson service anymore. It's another typical sketchy car joint.I won't be back.

We're from out-of-state ..... way out-of-state, and had some brake issues. I made a convenient appointment and was put on lift as soon as I got there; described the issue and went to lounge (free topshelf coffee & teas, free snacks), service tech consulted with me within 20 minutes and gave cost &time estimate. Right on the money. Very clean & courteous and VERY reasonable prices. You never know when going to a dealer service center but these guys get an A+

I have always gotten good service at this dealership. I've never purchased a car from them, but it's the only place I carry my Civic for service. They have a very comfortable customer lounge with complimentary water and snacks. They offer a shuttle service if you'd like to be dropped off and picked up in town. Best of all their prices usually beat independent shops whenever I price compare.

Great place to visit. Easy entry and exit. Employees were friendly and helpful. Service was prompt and finished quicker that stated. Only issue is I explicitly requested that my spare tire be checked. On the survey sheet there was no indication it was ever examined. Possibly since I drives Ridgeline, they may not have known where to look. Look forward to my next visit in 5000 miles.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been working with David Terry for 23 years!! He's honest and easy to work with!! I absolutely trust him with my car and he doesn't try to sell you things you don't need like some places do. And the prices are reasonable. An oil change at Express Oil change is around $80. An oil change at Shottenkirk is around $55. At least it is for my Civic SI. I've had 2 Honda Civics in 23 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do work on them! I only use the one on Bob Wallace to service my cars!!!

Ever since jerry damson sold the dealership it hasn t been the 5 stars it used to be. I m hoping this is just a learning curve. But when going in to get service you wait a long time just to have someone get someone to check you in.

Had a great experience at my recent service appointment. Everyone was very helpful, they took great care of my car and it was ready when they said it would be. I really enjoy having this location still open to service my Honda, and would hate to see it go away. I m not sure where I would go if they closed this one, but I am sure that I don t want to have to drive all the way over to the west end of 72 to get my oil changed.

Service department manager David Terry and Team did an excellent diagnosis of the cause of my 2017 CRV dashboard sensor lights always coming on and staying on. They fixed the problem that afternoon! No problems whatsoever! Great work Honda service team. Glad to have the Bob Wallace Service Center able to serve the Huntsville Honda owners, especially those who live in South Huntsville! Driving to the Highway 72/University Drive/Madison Honda location is not helpful to the many thousands who live in Huntsville. Please keep the Bob Wallace location open. I will not return. I brought my Honda ridgeline here due to needing mechanical work done. I had an appointment on Tuesday morning to drop my truck off for inspection. It was not inspected until Thursday evening. No one called to inform me of anything concerning my vehicle, I placed multiple calls to the office with run around and even left a voice mail without any call back. Then once my truck is repaired on Friday I arrive to pick up the vehicle and there is no inspection sheet or any type of information regarding what was performed. Just a payment sheet. I couldn t leave without paying and there was no way of finding out any more information. Highly dissatisfied and will not even returning.

Just superb service top to bottom here at the Bob Wallace location. So thankful they kept this on the south side of town for those that grew up when this was the only Honda location in town. Glad I had the warranty. They replaced my battery and washed the car. They try to vacuum if it's not too much of a mess. But it's awesome they got it fixed. It was almost 2 hours to get it all done.Update, got new tires and it did take almost 2 hours. Service was friendly at least and they had snacks.

service ok..not spectacular..they have wasted my time.before telling me they had a car on the lot when it was actually 45 minutes away. also some of the car salesman seem very uninterested in test drive or selling cars. im.nit impressed at all.

I am so thankful that we have the Bob Wallace location for the people that live downtown or Hampton Cove area or Southeast Huntsville! I am so glad they kept this open as our service area. The TECHS and the service is always so top notch!! I REALLY APPRECIATE ALL THE GOOD SERVICE THAT YOU OFFER US!!! Thank you SHOTTENKIRK FOR KEEPING THIS LOCATION FOR US!!

I've had my car serviced with Brian Schafer twice now and he is just great! (Hes at the Acura location now) Doesn't try to get me to repair more than I ask for, fast and accurate diagnosis, reasonable prices, friendly, very fast turn around time. Car broke down at 630pm yesterday and it was ready to drive at 930am the next morning! The service ladies at the Honda center were just as sweet as always. Way overpriced. Trying to charge me 300$ for a 40$ part, 2 hours labor to change a hose (30mins). 300$ labor for changing a hose. Do not waste your time or money. Said it would be 80$ for a diagnostic then charge me 160$ after the fact. Crooks. Stay clear of this place.

I will take my Honda van here when I need service . They were super fast and didn't charge me an arm and a leg!!! They listened to my husband and I and was very respectful. I can't remember the guys name that assisted us but I would definitely recommend him! Maybe RT or RJ? Anyways, I give them 5 stars and I would recommend anyone who reads my review to go there when you need some kind of service. Oh and it was very clean inside and out !!! I felt safe being there with all the germs and viruses that are going around right now!

Good experience. My Ridgeline was in for routine service. I waited in the lounge while the work was done. Reasonable wait time. Reasonable cost for service. I also received a list of additional maintenance items I should consider. No pressure. I'll go back.

Yesterday I took my Mother( a woman of a certain age) for service on her Honda. Mark Thompson was so helpful, kind, and patient with her. Not to mention resolving the issue. I had to have a transponder key made for my early model Accord. All staff I came into contact with were friendly and professional. The waiting area was very impressive - free snacks and beverages. There is even a quiet room for reading or studying - no cell phone conversations. The price of the key was naturally higher because it is a dealership, but that fact also insured quality and reliability. I was in and out in less than an hour, a big plus! Recommended for this service.

Just one day after getting new tires, I picked up a screw in one of them and they repaired it in 30 minutes and washed my car. The lady that runs the shuttle was super sweet and made my wait very pleasant!Service: TiresService: Tires
