Mike V is the man you wanna see for all your new and used car needs! He sold me a 2019 genesis g70 and it was even better than expected! He made making my purchase so easy with no pressure at all. Awesome experience 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Thank you shottenkirk Honda!

Jackson was my Sales Associate and Bernette was my Finance Manager and I cannot say enough good things about either of them. They were so kind and really took great care of me throughout the entire process. Jackson kept me updated every step of the way and really took his time to fully understand what vehicle would really meet my needs and, actually, my purchase exceeded my expectations. And everything was handled in a VERY timely manner, not an all-day kind of process like past experiences I've had at other dealerships. I would recommend Jackson and Bernette a million times over and I definitely appreciate their time and honesty.

Peyton was a GEM! I had the easiest car purchase experience with her as my sales consultant. She had all the answers, if she didn t know something, she quickly got to the bottom of it. Thorough, informative & personable. I would recommend her to anyone needing a vehicle!

I came in for a service check and dropped my car off over the weekend. Unfortunately I was charged a significant amount just for nothing to be fixed. However, when it was time for the shuttle to come pick me up, the driver Keith was amazing. He was very helpful and made for great conversation.

I had to visit this dealership for a recall on my car I wasn't sure what to expect because I have had terrible experiences with other dealerships, however, this one was fabulous! I just can't say enough. They were all so kind and courteous and Scott Rocket in service was incredible! They didn't do anything that wasn't asked and they offered a service instead of just doing it. They were prompt, they were efficient and it was really just such a pleasant experience highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car this weekend at Shottenkirk Honda in Huntsville. Cheyenne took fabulous care of us. She was knowledgeable, patient and I never felt pressured. The building is clean, and comfortable. The manager came over and spoke to me personally about the used car I was purchasing. He was also very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cheyenne and the rest of the team.

Tim was great to work with. He was hands off on the test drives and worked with us to get the right trim level we wanted. He gave us a few options of trims to test drive and was honest about what the dealership had and what Honda could offer. Tony the finance manager was also great to work with. He got us a better than expected rate and numbers we were very satisfied with. This probably one of the best buying experiences at a dealership I ve had.

Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. I ve bought a few vehicles in my 67 years but never met anyone like Mike Villalobos. He literally answered every question I had. Very knowledgeable of anything one would want to know about a vehicle. Very polite and professional. I will definitely be back as a customer for future purchases.

Great place to get look for a new vehicle! I recommend asking for JP, he is a true professional who looks to take the time to really see what makes the most sense for his clients. Whether it is finding something their budget can handle while also marking all the boxes in what when need a vehicle to accomplish for them, JP is going to go above and behind to find the best fit.

Matt Kunzeli was a fabulous salesman! Antonio, the business manager, was also great. So was the sales manager but I forgot his name. My only complaint was my car was nowhere near as clean as it should be.

My experience here is limited to a test drive. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. Dominique was very helpful, and even the sales manager came out and visited. The best thing was NO PRESSURE. we didn't buy a car that day because we decided not to purchase one at this time. I didn't give a five because I didn't go through the actual buying experience, but when I do decide to trade, I will be back.

We just bought a Honda Odyssey from Shottenkirk. It was a great experience from start to finish. Tim R is very knowledgeable of the autos plus he helped us take care of as much paperwork from home as possible. We highly recommend Shottenkirk and Tim if you are thinking about changing vehicles.

Not sure how these scam artists have a 4.7-star review unless they have a lot of fake reviewers. Might as well tack on 5K to every car price because they force you to take a maintenance package for every used car. We thought we had wriggled our way out of it but they still tacked it on after we left the dealership. Then, when we go to use the damned maintenance package, there is a 45-day wait to schedule service. I will never buy a car from these people again.

Took my 2022 Honda Accord here after hitting some debris on the road. I've been to many Honda dealers and Shottenkirk is head and shoulders above the rest. Kevin Duffy was my service advisor and he was diligent, empathetic, and a strong communicator. I plan on moving to Huntsville soon and I have found the place I will be giving my business.

I was in a minor accident a few weeks ago (the other guy s car looks way worse than mine). I went to Shottenkirk Honda to see what they could do for me. The man that does dent repairs and my Service Advisor Justin Gibbs told me up front that it may not look perfect (they were being very modest) because when I picked up my car I was BLOWN AWAY at how incredible of a job that was done!! The gap that was just inside the trim above my tire is hardly even noticeable now, the dents was pulled out so well that it looks like nothing ever happened and the buffing and paint touch up they did looks great!!**The rest of this review is going to be me bragging on my service advisors**Justin has always told it to me straight, no BS ever, from the very first day he helped me to present day and I couldn t be more appreciative. The first day I visited Shottenkirk for service I met Justin and Mike. I am a person that won t let anyone play me like a fool so I told them up front to not try to pull a fast one on me just by me being a woman in an auto service center. I let them know that I would definitely be vocal if I noticed if something wasn t right with what I was having serviced or if the price doesn t match what I was told initially or not updated about a change in the price before I get to the counter to pay. Those 2 guys took me very seriously when I said that and since then I can say definitively that I do trust them to do right by me! Since then, I have been able to establish a professional relationship with them as well as be able to crack jokes/laugh with them whenever I come in.I know I already stated how I appreciative I am above but I seriously couldn t be more in awe or any more satisfied with the work that they did to repair my front fender!!

Walked in and was not greeted by staff or asked if I needed any help, that should ve been my first red flag . I picked out a car, took it for a test drive, once I started signing documents to close the deal on the car but when Zac Biddle and Terrance Pride saw that I was already approved with check in hand, they up my price from $18k to $22k.Then they tried to offer me their financing package.I would find another dealership if you ve been pre-approved and already have a check in hand.
