Bought this beautiful car at Shottenkirk Acura in Huntsville.Best experience ever buying a new car. Travis Vincent was the salesman and he did a awesome job. We got what we were wanting and even more. The staff was awesome . Mr. Petty that handled getting the final sale completed did a great job. Loved getting to meet Mr Cornelison that will actually be the person that I will deal with when getting maintenance done on my car.If you are wanting to get a New Car I would definitely advise you to go see Travis Vincent at Shottenkirk Acura in Huntsville.Thank you guys at Scottenkirk Acura for making this purchase a pleasant one.Vickie Lacy

Most people will not believe this review but it is all true. Back in November, I purchased a brand new 2023 Acura RDX. I have never purchased a new car before and this was going to be the first and last time. Tommy Calhoun was my salesman and he was incredibly knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I was dreading the whole Dealer Experience but working with Tommy was anything but. Normally, this is where my review would end. But, two months after I purchased my brand new car, I was hit by another vehicle who had ran a red light and my car was totaled. So I found myself back at Shottenkirk Acura once again. Tommy was able to find a 2024 Acura RDX that was the same color and had all of the same features as my 2023 model. Tommy and the Sales Manager Andrew really worked with me on the price and took good care of me. This has been a very difficult time in my life because of the trauma of the accident and the injuries that I am recovering from. Thankfully, Tommy and Andrew were able to take all of the stress out of buying a new vehicle and treated me much better than my insurance company did. Also and this is not an overstatement the safety features of the Acura RDX are truly life-saving. I hate to think of what might have happened if I was in my old car when I was hit by that other vehicle. So thank you Tommy and thank you Shottenkirk Acura. I have now bought two cars in less than two months and the service has been exceptional both times.

I had the best experience here! I had been looking around at other places but no one compares to the service we received here. Randy did everything needed to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted; I was able to drive off with it too! While waiting on paperwork to be done, the staff took a special interest in my 3 boys setting them up with some cartoons to watch and snacks so they could be comfortable while we talked. I will absolutely recommend anyone to come here! Glad I listened to the good reviews from others! Thank you!

Worked with Peyton on vehicle for my mom, great dealership! Literally have been looking at vehicles there for me so I can go back and work with Peyton again- and I live out of town. Truly above and beyond service both for myself and Mom.They replaced a part before they sold the vehicle to us, and could've used any middle of the road or generic replacement, but instead went ahead and instantly put on the highest quality item/brand on the market. They did not have to do that but they chose to. Shottenkirk/Peyton both embody my view of a top tier dealership and agent; great brand ambassador for a mfg (Acura) with class, and I couldn't recommend them more highly professionally, and personally.

Kudos to my salesman Tommy Calhoun! He is very laid back and made my buying experience at Shottenkirk Acura a pleasant one instead of stressful as I was expecting. He answered all my questions and took up time with me to show how the features of my new Acura RDX work. Drove from Birmingham to take a look at a specific previously owned car. It was exactly as described. Peyton, our sales rep, was waiting for us and did everything needed to meet our needs and make this such an extremely efficient process. I had a fantastic experience here, and would 100% recommend a visit to Shottenkirk Acura to anybody who's in the market for a vehicle. I worked with Peyton (sales) & Andrew (sales manager) on finding a car, both of whom went above and beyond helping me out. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find an option that would work for me. When it was time to do the finance part of the deal, I worked with Jason who did a fantastic job and made the entire process super painless and easy. I look forward to working with them again when it's time to get another car! 10/10 experience.

Allen in the service department, Tommy my salesman and Andrew were all fabulous! Tommy was very helpful and patient teaching me all the features in my new MDX. He went above and beyond during the whole process of getting a new car! Andrew was so nice and made the experience very clear and comfortable from start to finish! Peyton is great to work with. I never felt pressured, and she was patient with all my car shopping. I would definitely recommend her to others.I did not like the way the finance manager tried to sell an extended warranty on a car that was almost new with most of the factory warranty and additional certified warranty. He trashed the Acura warranty to try to sell an extended warranty. It was ridiculous.

Tommy Calhoun is the man! I ve never been interested in Acura until I saw a 2024 Acura Integra driving down the street. It s a visually impressively vehicle and I knew that I needed one. I called Shottenkirk Acura and Tommy was a wealth of knowledge. He was super easy to work with and I purchased my 2024 Acura Integra A-Spec in blue with orchid interior from him. From technical questions to purchase and then delivery, Tommy was excellent to deal with. Most importantly, I love the car and hope to have manyof enjoyment driving it. I previously only drove German luxury cars but they were allplagued with electronics issues. I switched to Acura with hopes that a Japanese luxury vehicle will be more reliable and it s also much less common on the road. Julie in the Finance Department was great to work with too! A+++++. Keep up the great work and my wife and I will be return customers!

What a phenomenal experience to purchase an exceptional 2023 Acura MDX TYPE S on Valentine's Day, 2023! Randy, Kenny, Julie and Al took great care of me every step of the way.This is my 3rd brand new vehicle, and I drove from Florence to Huntsville with my friend Missy to go car shopping the day before in my FIRST BRAND NEW CAR- a1997 Honda EXL Coupe, 5 speed manual transmission (which always starts and never leaks) to find a replacement for my SECOND BRAND NEW CAR, a 2009 Mercedes E320 Diesel BLUETECH, which was rear ended and totaled January 8th. I refused to buy a car I didn't absolutely love, and I drove the gorgeous MDX TYPE S home on a very special day.THANK YOU from Jayne Kimbrough Page!

These are just some of the pictures I took today right after getting my vehicle. It has been an absolute nightmare! We traded our van in over a week ago and while we are getting our credit scores checked and going through financing, Jerry Damson Acura said they would detail it and have it ready when we were ready to leave. It was disgusting. It was sent off to detail but still brought back in the same condition it was in when it was sent. They sent us home in it and promised we could bring it back for it to be detailed. There were a few cosmetic damages in the interior that I wanted fixed and I was willing to pay for so I asked them to just do everything when I brought it back. My husband and I also discovered that the window motor on the front passenger side was out, (before we bought the vehicle I checked all the windows except that one because that was the one that had the papers taped to it and I didn't want to roll it down for that reason; since the other windows worked I just assumed that one was fine as well). When we brought the car in, we asked to speak to the manager- Scott-to see if anything could be done- he refused to see us or talk to us. He told the saleswoman to remind us that we bought an "as is" car and that he wanted her to take care of everything, that he was busy. So, since we were such an inconvenience, we went to his manager-the GM. The GM said he would take care of it and gave us a loaner car. We took that one home while we left ours with the dealership. About 3 days later they wanted that loaner car back and gave us another one. Grant it- we have 2 babies, so it is a headache moving 2 car seats in and out of vehicles! My original car that I bought was with the dealership for a little over a week. I was finally told that it was ready and could be picked up anytime today. I let them know I would be there at 10:45 am this morning. They said it would be ready and waiting out front. I get there a little late- 11 am. They said it was still in detail (over the course of all this it had supposedly been detailed twice already), and that it would be 30 min. I wait an HOUR and they come back and say it will be another 45 min. I go back to the GM and tell him I want my car now, he calls the detail people and it is there in 15 min. I swap everything from the loaner vehicle to mine and go to leave and my car will NOT start. One of the salesman had to go get jumper cables and jump my car off before I could even leave the parking lot! So, after buying a car over a week ago and going through all we have with it AND being treated like such an inconvenience from the sales manager, what do we have to show for it? A car that we are going to have to take to a mechanic and find out what's going on with it, pay for that ourselves, and clean it ourselves as well because (as the pictures prove), it is still dirty!

Let s be honest. Car buying is often associated with a stressful and time consuming experience. That is NOT the case with Shottenkirk Acura in Huntsville. Hands down the best car buying experience you could have. Please considering using them for your car buying needs. And when you go, ask for Peyton because she will take great care of you!

Do you want customer service? Would you like a service advisor to call you back? I hope your experience is better than I ve received. I had to go another dealership for service because this one can t handle simple tasks. Spent 2,085.34 on our 17 Acura MDX. Good luck!

My husband and I had a very positive experience this week as we bought our Acura TLX from JJ at Shottenkirk Acura. JJ was awesome! He was extremely friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. We highly recommend JJ! He was very pleasant and easy to work with and made the whole process fast and simple. Andrew in the finance department was also very helpful.
