Never coming back to Sam s for tires. Asked the techs to be cautious with my rims since they re painted from the factory and scratch easily, but they seem to think it was too much of a chore. On top of that they left my lugs looser than spec and left the old weights adhesive on all of my wheels. Now I have to take it to the dealer to get them balanced again, cause I d rather not deal with them again.

Tires and service were actually a good price. Tires were shipped and I was able to get them scheduled for install very quickly. Unfortunately the service tech was smug in answering my wife's questions when getting the tires installed.

Great place to get your tires changed. Respectable employees that know their stuff. Friendly and quick. Plus discounts on tires if one gives out before it should with tread ratio. Come here for tires every time. Would recommend to anyone.

I had an appointment and was in and out in an hour, even with them starting to put on the wrong tire. It did cost an additional $70, which I was not too happy about, but they seem to bee good tires.

Bought my tires here a year ago....kept getting the "low" tire signal for a couple of days. One of my back tires had a nail...they repaired it in record time at no charge! Thank you, Sam's Club!!

Yes, it's a great deal on tires. But if you order online, they will offer you deals that you will not get when you go to pick up the tires. Just be advised, some deals will have expired.

I have not had very good luck with the Sam's Tire Center at this location. I purchased my tires at a different store, but since moving to Huntsville, I have had all of my balancing done here. Sadly, most of the employees here are not very skilled when it comes to balancing, but that doesn't stop them. If you have wheels that you would like to keep in good condition, don't go to Sam's. These guys use conventional weights that wreak havoc on allow wheels when mounted externally, which they do. The last time I was here, the shop tech that was helping me replaced one of my wheels without its center cap. I walked back into the shop and asked that he find the missing cap. He did find it, but had I not inspected his work in the parking lot, I'm sure that it would have been thrown away, and I'd be driving around without one. Lazy!

Good battery good price. The reason for 4 stars is a mix-up with the core charge. They are usually very good though.
