Great service. Honest and dependable.One shop in town told me I needed almost $3,000.00 in repairs, but Roper s diagnosed the real problem and gave me a fair price. They didn t take advantage of me being a woman.By the way, if I had spent the money at the other shop, the problem would have still existed as they did not correctly diagnose the problem.

I have personally had many cars repairs over the past 30 years and have always had superior service and treated kind and respectful. I highly recommend them for all of your auto repairs.

I went to Roper's last Wednesday very upset after leaving straight from Clem's Tires off University because of how they treated me and tried to cheat me out of money. Mike and Mr. Roper took very good care of my 97 Toyota 4Runner. They told me exactly what I needed done, they gave me a fair price on a tune-up! They didn't treat me different because I was a woman like Clem's did. They are very trust worthy and very good at what they do. If you need any work done to your vehicle take it to Roper's and get an estimate and they will give you the truth on everything you need and a fair price!

My car s rear left tire and brake system had locked up on me and I went straight for Roper s Automotive to get a new brake drum, brake hardware and the brake shoes replaced.I went to Roper s because they have decades of experience and I ve heard great things about this thoughtful & honest place.You ll get taken care of by very hardworking, professional, and caring mechanics!When they see you need a little something that can easily be adjusted, they ll just do it for you!They ll let you know if they see other issues about your vehicle but don t try to push it on ya if it s not even close to necessary.Very honest people!100% satisfied with their work!If you re looking for your new trustworthy mechanic(s), then give them a call today!-JoceylinServices: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes

I had a great experience using this shop. They are honest and fixed my car and changed my oil very quickly. They did it for a few hundred dollars less than my other 4 estimates. They guarantee their work and only fixed what was needed even though they could have made more money. Do not recommend at all. Did not do proper testing before saying what needed to be done. Did something that was not needed and then lied about vehicle driving prefect before coming to pick in up. My dad drove my truck back home and as soon as he got out he said that it wasn t right. Luckily we paid with a check because he didn t tell us his credit card machine was down until on the way to pick up our vehicle. Did a stop payment on check and my husband told him that we did and why we did. He wanted us to bring our truck back up there for him to probably fix more things that weren t wrong with the truck. We ended up paying for a pressure test ourselves and turns out we needed a new engine not a tune up which he would of known if he had done the pressure test with the tune up like he was supposed to. After he got the stop payment on our check he called and threatened us numerous times stating the he was going to press criminal charges on us but unfortunately he doesn t know the law. He figured out that criminal charges can t be pressed for a stop payment and then sent a text message threatening to take us to small claims court. My husband agreed to pay for parts even though the engine is in a junk yard somewhere since it had to be replaced. Horrible customer service. We should of read these other reviews before taking our truck to him. Dishonest. If i could give zero stars i would. Please take your vehicle elsewhere.

Did work on my car then told me they didn't know how to fix my model of car or have parts. Made my catr worse than it was. Charged me 500 for messing up my car. Told.me they were waiting for parts then left angery messages to come pick up my car. I am pretty sure they don't have real mechanics or customer service people. I think they are hiring their cousins and drunk uncle that can't find jobs elsewhere. Told me they close at 5 and had to get off work early and they close early at before 3pm then tried to charge me for my car being there. If you get scammed here it's your fault because I am telling now. They are not real machenics. The review are fake.

Jeff at Roper Automotive has done a great job on the truck we brought in. It needed a new engine computer and a new starter but now she runs like a dream.Can be hard to get in touch with sometimes but he's very friendly and does great work! Would highly recommend!

He was paid to do the work. But he did is so poorly that I had to have another mechanic fix his work and buy new parts.
