The folks at Rod s Custom on S Parkway were absolutely fantastic to work with! I had a minor fender bender and needed a rear bumper replacement. I discussed the option to upgrade to an aftermarket bumper and the team at Rod s had no problem helping me make the substitution and it saved me a little bit of $. The day I was supposed to drop the truck off was the day the town shut down due to an ice storm that kept shops closed for about a week. Unfortunately I was unable to drop my truck off but the team made sure to get me in the first chance they made it back to the office. They were very communicative leading to the initial appointment, during the storm, and through the time they had my vehicle. The day I picked it up they informed me that they went through a few extra steps to wire the additional lights in the new bumper so that I did not have to go through the hassle of removing the bumper and wiring it in the future. This additional foresight helped me significantly and allowed for a smooth look and feel to the final product. I m glad I didn t have to find the time in the future to complete that task. There was a bit of a hiccup after I left the shop as my fuel pump was pressed up against the body of the truck. I took it back immediately and the team ensured I was taken care of as it was caused during reassembly. I was pressed for time and had an appointment to get to without any other options for a ride so Kane put me in a rental car for the day. Within a few hours they had the issue remedied and I was able to get my truck back. Kane took very good care of me and the technicians did a phenomenal job on the truck. My truck went in dirty on the inside and out and when I got it back they did a fantastic job cleaning the outside and I was shocked to see that they had cleaned the inside as well. The cleaning wasn t just typical throwing out garbage and spraying a freshener and a splash of windex, I mean my gauges, dash, console, seats, everything was VERY clean. Rod s custom on S Parkway has more than earned my business.

Very professional and great work. My wife's car got hit by a deer and sustained significant body damage. Kane was able to get the repairs scheduled started as soon as the insurance approved the repairs and sent initial payment. Additionally, Rod's filed a supplemental insurance claim for us directly with the insurance company when additional damage was found. Jeni provided regular updates on the status of the repairs and very helpful answering all our questions. We're very happy with our experience with Rod's and the car looks great!

I was very impressed with Rod s Body Shop! Kane was extremely patient in answering my many questions and helping accommodate my scheduling needs. Most impressively, he was honest and thorough in evaluating the damage on my car. I do not have enough good things to say - definitely an extremely positive and comfortable experience!

I had a great experience. I needed a rear view side mirror replaced. I paid for the part and left town. When I returned it was ready with exactly matched paint (They come unpainted). It was installed while I waited. The mirror adjusts from the driver's seat and still let's me know a car is especially me..Great people who know what they're doing. I am so glad I didn't have the dealer handle it.

Rod's is always great. I've honestly had to use them way too much with the amount accidents I've had. But this last one wasn't my fault. They did a great job as usual. Tyler Gallagher at the south parkway location is great. I probably called too much to ask questions and such. but he made sure everything was done correctly. Even did some stuff for my car that didn't have to be done. I always recommend Rod's to anyone that is in need of body work. They did a great job matching the pearl white paint (which is a hard color to match on a car) on my last car that I had. And they did a pretty good job matching the paint on my silver 2011 Honda that I have now. There's definitely a difference between the new paint on the new fender and the old paint on the hood but otherwise they did a great job and whoever they use to detail the car when you pick it up does a great job too. I swear I could have taken my car to the Honda dealership and gotten what I owe on the car or more than I owe. It looked that good. even my friend that drove me to pick up the car said how good of a job they did.

Rods is a great place to go for body repairs! I had to get my car repaired because a fallen branch put a creased dent in the roof. They did an awesome job doing the repair and painting it! I'm really happy with how it turned out.They kept me in the loop with what was going on with my car, as well as what was happening with my insurer. The communication was great, and every interaction was friendly and helpful!All in all it is a fantastic shop to go to!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a review before but it must have gotten deleted. Braden, Tyler, and Chelsea are the best. I am very particular about my cars and Tyler and Braden understand completely. I ve had them work on several of my cars always did a great job. They matched my pearl white paint on my 2013 Ford Focus perfectly. And when I hit a deer in my 2011 Honda Accord they even went the extra mile and fixed things they didn t have to like some overspray on my left doors of my Honda. They wet sanded it and made it look like new. I swear I could have taken the honda to the dealer I bought it at and could have gotten close to what I paid for it. Actually when I traded it in the Kia dealer kept commenting on how great it looked. I just had them repair some stuff on my grandma s car and it looked great. It was so clean and shiny and the paint matched perfectly. It was so clean you could see all the little chips in the paint from being a grocery getter and Tyler went around the car and was touching up every little thing on spots they didn t even work on. We kept telling him that he didn t have to. The work they had done on the front and rear bumper looked perfect. My family jokes that I m their number one customer. But I hope to never have to take my brand new car to them, but if something does happen to my new car I will be taking it to Rod s. A few years before I even knew about Rod s I took my car to Joe Hudson across the street from them and it took them about a day to just repaint my rear bumper from getting rear ended and they didnt even blend the the paint. And when I had taken my car to Joe Hudson it was done in about a day. But Rod s they take a few days to a week and you can tell a difference in the work. I know I m rambling but I cannot brag on them enough. They even invited me to just come up and have a cup of coffee at the shop. They treat you like family. I m so glad a coworker sent me to them. I will always refer people to them. I can t wait to see how good of a job they do on my significant other s daughter s car. Their prices are reasonable too.

Was originally told my car would take 1.5-2 weeks for repair...they were done in 2.5 days. UNREAL. Car looked brand new. They took the time to wash and detail the vehicle as well (which believe me, mine needed it). Boyfriend had his car in before mine and had the same experience. Couldn t ask for a better service. They made everything so easy.

I can t speak highly enough about the work done at Rod s SE Huntsville location. The communication around the status of every detail was amazing. The body work completed was perfect! The estimates for cost and time to complete the job were spot on. I literally can t say enough positives. The Manager/Tyler and his whole team are first class!

David has been in business since about 1975 or 1976 and have used him for every accident I had or my girlfriend has and she had a few. The work is great and I have known David since he opened and I expected good work but his work was always great.
