I could not be more pleased with their service and value. I called them late in the afternoon looking for new 35 tires for my Jeep. They had them in stock and mounted/balanced them within 90 minutes. These folks know how to win and keep customers.

AWFUL customer service & WASTED my time and money.Call ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I was told to shoot for lunch time Wednesday. I arrived at 11:50 as I walk in and Dan told me we were going to lunch and you have to wait until after because they all take lunch together.(Because this makes sense running a mechanic shop)so I patiently wait a HOUR AND A HALF in the parking lot. They arrive back and take my truck to the back. I waited into the lobby for 3 minutes & they come back and tell me they think I ll need various parts. I asked for a print out and pricing and the elder man says I guess So none the less I felt as if my business did not matter at.I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Rocket City Off Road did excellent work on my Jeep and took great care of it. A new suspension lift, tires, rock slides, bumper, and a winch was installed cleanly in no time. Transparent pricing and a very friendly, professional staff. Couldn t recommend them more to work on your rig.

They have a great staff and are always helpful. I've been using them for over 10 years now. The last several sets of Toyo ats 3 I bought there. Unless something very bad happens I plan to keep using them.

I dropped my 97 suburban off expecting them to fix the passenger door handle and window motor, flush the radiator, tighten a hose clamp, and give me a quote for repairing the front end suspension and steering stabilizer.I rented a car for 4 days and dropped it off. They were supposed to call me with an estimate by the end of the first day. They didn't, so I called them at 5:15. They said they would call me the next day. They didn't. I repeated that process every day until the last day. When I went to pick it up, the doors were shut early (supposed to close at 5:30). I went in through the back and thankfully I found someone who would give me my keys, otherwise I would have been stranded.I would have given 1 star, but they let me in to get my keys and drive off without charging me anything. Maybe they felt bad that they caused me to waste $400 on a rental car.Long story short, don't expect these people to work on anyone's timeline but their own, nor keep their word like real men. These are a bunch of boys who like to play with toys.

What a pleasant surprise! New in area and was thrilled to find top notched mechanics to work on my jeep! Extremely clean inside out, and knew exactly what needed to be done! The wait time literally was non existent, unbelievable! No waiting at all! Extremely pleased and will certainly be back! Highly recommended for Truck and Jeep services!

Took my daughter s 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sport to them for a clutch problem. Took a week to get it in to get it checked out after having it towed in but I already knew what it needed so I was patient. Took a few days after that to get it fixed and back on the road. I really appreciate the professionalism and support of my needs from this shop. If anything comes up again I will definitely bring my vehicle to Rocket City. They went ahead with repairs the way I would expect and beyond. My faith and trust is gained from this shop. Could not be more happy with the work they provided to me.

Great group of folks that know their stuff. Had a Wrangler that nobody could get dialed in. Jessie solved the issue in one afternoon and I was driving it the next day. Nobody else could figure out the problem, but he did. Price was reasonable and they didn't try to up sell me on 'other' issues that I really didn't need. Good communication and polite throughout the repair.

Everyone I interacted with here was nice and helpful. They diagnosed my truck as having bad UCAs even though the SPC UCAs on it were only a year and a half old. I sent the old UCAs back to SPC, SPC inspected them and agreed they were bad, and covered them under warranty. The other off road shop in town just kept trying to do an alignment on my truck and never did identify the bad UCAs. These guys were helpful and spot on with their diagnosis and repair of the problem.

RCO was very helpful when I needed advice for my 2008 RAM 2500 s front end maintenance. I made sure they knew I had trouble in the past with MOOG ball joints and towing my 40 TT, and they assured me not to worry. I am happy to report that after test towing the TT today the truck did fine and felt very solid. I will be going back to RCO for additional maintenance on my vehicle when the time comes.

They were the only one that had my part. Rocket City was even cheaper than any other place that needed to order it. I recommend this place for your truck needs.

Took my truck in giving them only a vague description of the problem and asked if they could just inspect my suspension and make sure everything was "right".They found a couple problems, game me a quote, and I authorized the work. They came in a few $100 under the quote and fixed the issues!Very satisfied.

We have solely used Rocket City Off-road for our sons truck....to the tune of around $12,000 for various repairs. We have disregarded the terrible customer service at checkout, because the truck was fixed and that was the bottom line.Today, we called for work to be done and was told they do not work on his model truck. For the past year (and $12,000ish), they have absolutely worked on his model truck. I should also mention that we have previously gotten an estimate for this work (about $4000) from Rocket City, and we were basically ready to schedule the work today.Today s interaction was directly in line with the customer service we receive each and every time we use Rocket City. They are rude and dismissive. We have been a loyal customer and had every intention to continue to be a loyal customer, but since they don t work on his model truck I guess we have to move on. Will no longer recommend.

Just had an alignment done on my jeep. They fixed my garage work right up without complaint, and did quality work with a turnaround the same day. They went the extra mile to help me get a receipt that would satisfy the DMV in my home state for my registration. Very good experience, I'll be back when the jeep needs something else.

Had them install 5.29 gears in my 2019 Tundra. Their communication was good, nice & clean facility. They had the best price for my job over any other shop I had called. Would recommend them.

I got Rocket City to get my truck out of 4wd a few months prior to my past visit. My transfer case was stuck in 4 Low and they did a great job of fixing it. However, on the phone when I was explaining the problem, I told them that I had removed my front axle actuator and I needed a new one installed. (I was trying to get it out of 4wd manually when I took it out). They just said that that s not why it wouldn t come out but I told them that I still needed a new one. When I went to go off-roading, I got stuck because my front wheels wouldn t spin when I was in 4wd. They did not put the actuator in. When I went back to rocket city a few months later, to get the actuator put in, they charged $250. It turns out the actuator was not the only problem and they got my truck stuck in 4wd. I had to leave it over the weekend. When I called the following Monday, they told me that the problem was with the shift motor on the transfer case, and it would cost somewhere between $200-$300. They did not contact me at all after this. When I called them back on the Wednesday of that week. They said that they had installed a front axle actuator solenoid and it works great now. The main reason I am writing this review, is because it is a poor business practice to do work without permission from the customer prior to doing the work. They said it was going to be $453.20 and I could pick it up whenever. It s not that $150 is a big deal, it s the fact that this place does work and doesn t even let the customer know first. If you get work done here, make sure that they don t do random work then make you pay to get your vehicle back for said random work. Quite displeased.

Their work is outstanding and thorough. I took my Jeep to them for routine work and for unique modifications. While they don't have the fastest turn around time, they put a lot of effort into making sure the job is done right the first time. Good quality work, and good customer service. I highly recommend them.

I would give a 0 if possible! They are a bunch of crooks who don't honor their warranties!! My part broke after 10 months. They gave me a year warranty on it but still charged me 500 to fix it. Also after they initially fixed it I have several problems and leaks because they did a bad job. Never go here! It'll cost you more money in the long run. Because now I have to sue. I have to afford to this review because it won't let me add another review. I've read all of your reviews. Yall never take responsibility for what yall did wrong. I just need to know who's name to put on the law suit please. Also I love how yall won't return my phone calls. . Also my remaster case keaked when I got back last year and yall had to fix it once already and. No reason it should have went dry less than a year. I never used 4 wheel drive. Yall are just terrible at your job. And guess what guys my transfer case is still leaking. Last time yall said you forgot a seal. What did yall forget this ti.e. yall are joke and will be sued unless I get my money back .

Staff is reasonably friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a bumper for my 4Runner and they didn t have one, but they pointed me in the general right direction for where to get one. I m guessing they don t work on 4Runners as often as they do Wranglers etc, so I m not surprised or offended that they don t know a ton about it.

For the record I'm not a "disgruntled" customer, just disappointed...Took my truck in for alignment because if the hi reviews on lifted trucks. It certainly came out the same way it went in, just turned my steering wheel cover which is funny tbh... . I knew it wasn't touched esp after I took it to another place the next day(because it was close to closing that day).. and they not only told + showed me it wasn't aligned but was told I had a bad ball joint.. I don't like to leave bad reviews but if I didn't feel like I was bothering them the whole time with it I wouldn't have even said anything, ate the 100$, then moved on but here I am...Hope the guys are in a better mood than that day also.. we all have our daysThank you for whatever was done and if it was then maybe the machine needs re-registered and let me know a ball joint is bad..

Rebuttal: To start off, grammatical errors on a review response are not a good look and should probably be addressed, but that's your business not mine. While we are on the topic of professionalism, criticizing a customer's monetary value is usually not a good business practice either. But I guess that's all you see when somebody walks through your door. As a student, it is tough enough to make a truck look good AND pay for parts and labor that weren't even authorized. When I was given a ride home, although there is no way to prove that either side is right, the agreement was that you would look at it on the following Monday, inform me of the problem, then go from there. Instead, you just went ahead and did the work without telling me, then kept my truck until I could pay the money. Even more displeased and quite disgruntled.

Great Service. They installed a 6" lift on my wife's new 2016 truck and I can't say enough about them. They built the truck exactly like I asked them to but after a few days I took it back as I had a shake in the front end. Ended up being the tires that I picked out. They recommended some different tires and all was great! Went from a mud to an A/T tire. Couldn't be happier...II would definetly recommend them to anybody needing work done.

They place itself seems at first glance to be a bit unorganized. The staff though we're friendly and professional. Had a 7.5 in lift kit installed on my 2013 GMC 2500hd. Install was great with no issues after 4 months. The work was finished when they said it would be done.

I recently bought a leveling kit for my F150 from Rocket City. They were great! They didn t try to push products on me that I didn t need. It was very easy to install and I got a great price on it as well. I highly recommended them!

BEWARE! This place destroyed my F150 driveability! After getting a lift installed and alignment my truck pulls HARD to the right and the ride feels terrible as if the rear-end is loose and tracking is off. I took it back and they told me, in a defensive tone that I did not like, that they aligned it to the best of their ability...what a joke! Now I have to take it elsewhere to have the lift reinstalled! Paying for something that should have been done right the 1st time. I was warned not to go to Rocket City Off road and I should have listened!!!

Took a lifted Wrangler in for severe wobble. Took it to one place first--$2600 and basically told me I needed to replace everything, almost felt like they were going to say I needed a new flux capacitor (maybe because I'm female?). I took it to another place and the guy told me my best bet was Rocket City Off Road. Took a few days but it rides like it should. Final cost? $650. And no flux capacitor needed. Only down side: remind them to call you before they do the work. Extremely happy with the work.

RCOR is the best place in this region for anything wanted, needed, required or desired for Jeep enthusiasts when personalizing it's looks and performance, hands down. I own a 2005 TJ Wrangler. RCOR made this Jeep junkie drool with three separate lifts over the past 13 years starting with a 4 inch and ending with 11 inches to date. They are the only ones I trust with my baby and are the only ones to have ever turned a wrench on it other than me. I do the easy work and leave the rest that requires technical experience and knowledge to these pros. If you have a problem with these guys I would venture a guess that probably you are the problem yourself. These pros work with you, give you options and advice based on your needs and expectations for the performance of your vehicle. They have never pushed any products on me and have been very fair with there pricing. They helped me take my Jeep from stock to rock, and I'm still drooling!

Went out of their way to help solve a driveshaft vibration. They didn t stop until the issue was fully solved. Great service!
