Just bought a 2024 Nautilus. David Chapman was wonderful to work with he found me exactly what I wanted. I m extremely happy with my purchase. Everyone made the process easy. Thank you!!! Update in less than two weeks we decided to buy a new 2023 Nautilus we again went to David Chapman and as always was very helpful. Tommy made the process super easy too!

My experience with Ray Pearman Lincoln was nothing short of amazing. I had my previous car for 14 years so when it was time for a new one I wanted a Lincoln. I'm an out of state buyer and was specifically looking for a certain color . My sales agent David Chapman was very professional, responsive from the beginning and answered every question I had, he even took the to face time the vehicle witg me so that i can have a " hands own experience ". My sales process was painless and even had my vehicle delivered to me and they also drove my trade in back to Huntsville! Again I would recommend Ray Pearman Lincoln to anyone who is in the market for a Lincoln. You will not be disappointed!

Adam was absolutely amazing! From the initial inquiry to the final deal. He responded quickly, met me at the door, & kept me informed throughout the process. Even stayed within the payment range that I wanted to be. His professionalism was the icing on the cake.

I waited 10 months for a special order Lincoln Navigator BL SE L. The vehicle has been in service 3 times and still isn t fixed. The first two times, Ray Pearman Lincoln pushed off service to a local dealer. The third time, they serviced the vehicle and returned it after 3.5 weeks with the same problems. They have put in writing that the vehicle can t be fixed due to known issues and refuse to buy back a faulty vehicle. To make matters worse, we needed rush our child to the hospital Friday night, only to have the trunk refuse to close (again.) Ray Pearman supposedly fixed this issue. Imagine having a child with a visibly broken bone and you can t leave your driveway due to a faulty trunk? It just kept beeping and not responding to the buttons on the trunk or key. We had to have grown men hang on the trunk to force it closed so we can seek emergency medical attention. We will be seeking legal advise at this point as they refuse to fix a $125,000 vehicle.

One of the best Lincoln dealers that I ve been to. Really nice dealership, friendly staff, and helpful. I was visiting from out of town and called last minute for a service. They helped me out, got me in quickly, and looked out for me by explaining Lincoln rewards on my account and using them for the service. Really pleased and I will definitely make this one of my regular dealers. Way better than some of the other dealers out there. Thank you!

I have been a Lincoln owner for over 20 years. I can always trust Ray Pearman to give me a fair price and honest service work. I ve also been a Toyota owner, Chevrolet owner over the last 60 years and have never gotten the kind of honest, fair service as I have with Ray Pearman.

We enjoyed the relaxed buying experience at Ray Pearman Lincoln. Mr. Pearman, himself, was very involved in the process, and he made sure that everything was acceptable to us before the purchase. There was no pressure from the sales staff, and they were very friendly and helpful. This was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had.

I had an appointment for a recall issue they said it would take about an hour. They finished in about an hour snd then took 25 minutes for a courtesy car wash. I couldn t have asked for more!

Booked service appointment last week for this week, and after arranging schedule and taking off work I was called and told they gave my appointment to someone else. They could reschedule me, but not immediately, and that it would be after Christmas (when I m out of town).

I had a very poor experience including but not limited to, having a used truck delivered for my son s 16th birthday and the truck was filthy, with literally mulch and trash in the truck bed, battery issues, scratched rims, etc. It appears from other reviews that I am the anomaly but that was my experience.

Refreshingly personal experience at Ray Pearman Lincoln. Large enough to find your next vehicle and small enough to be greeted with a smile by Mr. Pearman himself. I love that he cares about his customers and his business in such a manner. I would highly recommend and I would go back again. And I drove past many dealers just to get here. That pretty much says it all! Thanks again guys, you earned my business.

I purchased a vehicle from Ray Pearman Lincoln and less than 3 months /4k miles later, my vehicle is having issues and needs service. Unfortunately - I scheduled service for my vehicle for Oct 5th @7am with RPL, adjusted my schedule from work and dropped my vehicle off at RPL. When I arrived, Service told me the technician they needed to look at my vehicle was on vacation and thought it would be better to reschedule with them for the following Monday at 7am. Thank you for wasting my day- RPL. I did so willingly and dropped my truck off on Monday 10/9 @ 7am, again taking time away from work and having wife pick me up. I followed up with my truck after lunch and they had not even looked at my truck. RPL Service scheduled the technician that was suppose to look at my truck away from the service department the entire day. The service department told me they did not know if they would get to it today. SO WHY HAVE ME DROP OFF MY VEHICLE AT 7AM? After they told me this, I decided to get my vehicle and leave. Thank you for wasting another day and my wife's fall break - day off. I thought this was a good dealership to buy from and that RPL stands behind what they sell and takes care of their customers. I was proven wrong and will never buy or try to service a vehicle at Ray Pearman Lincoln again. I do not recommend buying from Ray Pearman Lincoln. I would give RPL a negative rating if I could.

*** Update 9/23 ***Absolutely loved our 22 Aviator but our needs had changed since we bought it a year ago so we decided to trade it for a 23 Navigator and of course we ONLY buy Lincolns and ONLY buy them from Ray Pearman. We ve now sold them 3 vehicles and purchased 2 from them and amazingly they manage to exceed our expectations even more with each transaction. I lost count how many car dealers I ve done business with over the years but this is the only one where I m now on a first name basis with its employees. Nick the new car manager and Adam our salesperson and Jack the finance manager and Paige the general manager are all consummate professionals and warm and sincere and honest. We re so fond of them I stopped at our favorite bakery on our way to make this trade and bought them each a box of cookies as a gesture to thank them for making the whole experience so pleasant.Previous Review:I ve purchased and traded MANY vehicles over the last 40 years with dealers in probably half a dozen states, but I ve never had an experience as pleasant as my recent one at Ray Pearman. There are a lot of dishonest people in the car business who act like they care if you re happy just until they get your $, but this dealership is unique different. How many times have you purchased a new vehicle where you remained on a first name basis with your salesperson and the New Car Manager? Well we are. My partner and I shopped 5 different Lincoln dealers and decided the only one we would trade with was Ray Pearman. Mr Pearman himself came out to meet us when we went back to deliver our trade and pick up our new Aviator (which we are absolutely thrilled with by the way but that s a different review). When I made my initial online inquiry it was Paige herself the GM who responded. She made it very clear up front that they would do whatever it took to see to it that we chose them over the other 4 dealers. Once we told her we settled on them and what we wanted she let her new car manager Nick take over. Nick is one of those rare people in the car business that is completely genuine - he talks to you like you ve been friends for years and the sincerity is obvious. He had a death in his family and had one of his salespeople Adam step in during his absence. He s awesome too - friendly and full of energy. At one point we settled on a car on their showroom floor. We wanted to drive it so Adam grabbed anyone who was close by and they moved several cars that had it blocked in outdoors so we could. And I can t say enough about their integrity - they discovered something was wrong with the first vehicle we selected and Nick stopped us on our way to pick it up. Most dealers would ve let it go out the door but they gave us the option to let their master mechanic diagnose it 2 days later when he returned to work or switch to another vehicle. Most importantly they gave us additional $ off for our inconvenience either way. We even had a pleasant experience with the often dreaded finance manager - Jack was different than all the others I ve encountered: he wasn t pushy nor did he rush us through the signing process. We dealt with Nick and Adam the most so got to know them better than everyone else at the business, so it comes as no surprise that we now consider them friends. We still exchange texts with them after the sale and undoubtedly will continue to do so. All I can say is if you re in the market for a new or previously owned Lincoln and if you live ANYWHERE within driving distance of Huntsville (we drove an hour and a half to do business with them) Alabama and want your purchase experience to be pleasant and stress free and the dealership do everything they promise and all aspects of the transaction to go smoothly choose Ray Pearman. We did and couldn t be happier. And since Lincolns are the only vehicles we choose to drive, we are now going to be their customers for life.

After recently purchasing my 3rd vehicle from Ray Pearman, I will now add them as my service provider for my vehicles. From the moment I called to schedule my service until the time I picked up my vehicle I was provide outstanding customer service. Both Gentlemen in the service bay were outstanding and I would highly recommend you give them a call for your service needs.

Service was easily scheduled and drop off was quick and smooth. I had asked for a 30K mile service on our 2019 Nautilus which my maintenance chart says calls for a transmission fluid change. The tech called me and told me the fluid change wasn't required because Lincoln uses premium fluid good for 100,000-150,000 miles. I didn't expect to hear that. Many dealerships would have changed the fluid anyway. I really appreciated the honesty and will definitely be returning to Ray Pearson for future services.

Had a had a great experience with thus dealer! I went into it knowing what I wanted and I was not pressured in any way. I dealt with MR. Tucker buying a used car from them. He was very professional and not pushy at all. We both had our expectations and we we're both clear about them from the beginning! Mr. Pearmen was there today dealing with everyone and was very kind. I got the chance to speak with him and was impressed on how down to earth he was. Thank you to everyone at Ray Pearmen Lincoln for making the whole experience very pleasant. High recommend this dealer!

Service on my Lincoln Corsair at the dealership was completed efficiently and correctly, and car was available ahead of estimate. Loaner vehicle was appreciated. Personnel were friendly, well informed and customer oriented. Recently a software update was quickly performed by the dealers' mobile service in my driveway. Super convenient!

Just took my Lincoln by Ray Pearman to have them check my tire pressure because my tire pressure light had begun to come on. I did not have an appointment, but was going out of town and felt that it needed to be checked. The Service Department got right on it with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. Shout out to Ray Pearman Service Department. Keep up your great customer service!

A couple of knocks - one, and this is a biggie, the service department are no longer open on Saturdays. They previously were only open 7-12 but now not at all. This is unacceptable and I promise you their competitors are open on Saturdays! Second, the vehicle loaner program is a complete sham - doesn't work at all. If you have a Lincoln under warranty and bring it in for service, unless you schedule that loaner vehicle WEEKS in advance and reserve it, no loaner vehicle for you. Think about that, some problem comes up, the dreaded Check Engine light comes on or Service Car Now, and you take it in. This is your only vehicle, and you need another to get to work and get around.Well, you're SOL! No loaner vehicle for you! Tell your vehicle to be sure and let you know when it's going to break several weeks in advance so you can reserve a loaner vehicle!
