I haven't had my first service appt. on my vehicle yet (it's used), but I scheduled it today. I've been a customer for a while, but wanted to come here to personally commend Larry for being so thorough, professional, and kind on the telephone. It is sometimes a first impression someone gets of your dealership, and he's doing it right the way he treats customers. Thank you! This kind of thing is rare today and does not go unnoticed.

Didn't notice one my lights was out or that I didn't have windshield washer fluid in the front. Didn't change the motor oil. My car stated stalling today and giving warning lights. Lucky I had this happen to another car of mine years ago and knew it was long overdue for oil. Somebody else might think it was an engine issue and go run back to the dealership to spent more money. Not having oil in your car can be bad for the engine. Wander if that was done on purpose to get more money on me coming back with a messed up engine? Now I wonder if they did anything to my car at all. Have to go somewhere else and pay more money to make sure, but the mechanics in this town are so scummy. Especially if you are a woman customer. Won't be coming back and won't be buying a car from here again.

The overall service was ok. They do not communicate well but they did appear to correct our issues.
