Could not get original equipment manufacturer lug nuts for my car and van but that is understandable being a custom shop. Nice staff, the lady at the counter was very helpful and informative.

Said I was pre-approved. Paid the 20 dollars at check out. Gave them my info, and they said I wasn't approved but I can't get my deposit back?

I was looking to pay no more than $50 a week for rims and tires. But I was told it was going to be about $110 a week after taxes and fees. That pretty expensive for Rims and Tires. The young was very sweet and tried to find other wheels for my car but she just couldn t work with my weekly budget. Completely understandable and I just want to thank the young lady for at least trying.

Latoya is amazing. I don t know anything about putting wheels on cars all I knew was I wanted some wheels. She went over and beyond to help me make a decision. She went outside looked at my car and gave me her option on why she would go with a chrome wheel vs a black and machine wheel if it was her car but she also let me knew it s up to me and what I like. It s crazy I m a man having to listen to a woman for advice about a car lol. But she knew what she was talking about and helped me make a great decision. Thanks Latoya I ve gotten nothing but great compliments.

I stopped by just to see if they carried Forgiatos and Rucci like the new RimTyme does because I was looking for a particular style. Latoya did her best to help me but I didn t see anything close to what I was looking for or the brand I was looking for. So unfortunately I ended up going with RimTyme. But Latoya was very helpful and went over and beyond at looking at other wheels they carried online for my vehicle. I m giving this 5 stars because of her attitude, willingness to help and being very knowledgeable. Thanks Latoya Ill keep you in mind next time.

They don't even balance and rotate tires for customers once they are paid off... Every other tire store does it . But not this company.. I want be using rent a wheel anymore. After being a repeat customer 4 times... I spend my money where it's valued at... Do yourself a favor but ur merchandise where u get what u pay for.. not at rent a wheel... Also I seen a high turn over in employee. They seem rude and don't care unless u pay them for a product. And when it's installed u get the run around....

I was throughly impressed with the way they do business, from start to finish. I got a fair deal and an amazing warranty. I drive for work and need good tires and this was a great option for me. The new manager David is a man of his word and is training his employees to do business like him . If you need tire or/and wheels don t sleep on this place 5 stars . Thanks for all you help Dave-O

The staff at Rent-A-Wheel is awesome! The customer service I received was excellent. The prices were reasonable. The Manager Mr. Redix and his installers were very helpful with making sure I had the best look for my truck and within my budget. Huge selection of rims in various sizes and colors and tires.

Man these folks sold me rims. Lied like the center pieces would be in a couple days..its been a month and finally I called to be told that they can't get the center pieces. Had to buy my own lugs that the key was missing out of..

I'm giving a zero star. To be honest stay away from this place unless you want to be ripped off.very unprofessional. The worst experience for my money ever. I almost recommend getting a title loan. I paid a down payment, made all my payments on time even paid more everytime. Pay out dates come I go to the store and speak with a rep, I had some issues with my payout balance, was told that the manager would be contacting me. I never heard anything, payments continued to be paid in excess of a 1000 dollars. I call in to find out that my payout was more than the previous contract. I would have ended the contract at that time, I was told that the contract rolled over I'm basically buying the rims all over again. I'm furious,communication is the pipeline to the success of all businesses unfortunately there's major issues with this company. My attorney is on speed dail. Shop there at ur own risk.

Not remotely impressed. Rather livid actually... My boyfriend put down a down payment on a set of rims and tires over A MONTH AGO that he was told had to be ordered in and has since called regarding his order numerous times, is told each time he will get a call back once they check their inventory, and then never receives a call back - that's providing you get them to even answer the phone in the first place. We will be expecting a refund on the deposit and taking our business elsewhere. Absolutely unbelievable.

Absolutely worst rent a wheel I ve dealt with across the USA! If a person asks if you have something do your job and go look for it don t just instantly reply nope cause you are worried about a set of wheels and tires being returned that you haven t even started a return order on yet .

We made it there at 10:00. And she played on her phone. The wheels I wanted I could not get because they did not have a tag or price for them. We we're going to get some other wheels but. They were slow about everything they did. We left there after we went to eat came back and they still we're not able to help us today. We have to go back Monday. Not sure if I'm going to go back. Left there at 2:00 in the afternoon. Not cool at all. But they were nice people

Very sad I applied for a/r position here was given the impression I would be hired but when the following week came, no one bothered to return my call or email and worst yet, I was told during the interview to whisper as they did not want the lady next door to Know that I would be taking her spot. Who whispers during am interview. That let me know, really, you could do better Shirley

Paid my tires off more than a month ago. And an automatic payment still came out. After I had already spoken to them in person. They also said they would take care of it. That was a bunch of bs and I still have not received my refund after they had said 1-2 days and it will be in my bank account it s almost been a week. Do not bother going there it s a bunch of bs. I m to the point where I want to sue. I want a free set of tires along with my refund. That way they will make sure this never happens again

I've had multiple sets of rims from this place. The only downside is that they tell you if anything happens to the rims or tires, you can bring them back and they'll fix or replace them. This is a lie. If anything happens to them, they will close that contract and open a new contract for a different set that of course requires you to have a new down payment for. However, the rims are nice. Selection is a bit scarce but nevertheless, if you're looking to get a set without forking over thousands of dollars and would like some semblance of a warranty, these are your guys. Even if the "catch" on the warranty is a bit of an annoyance, you still are better off doing this than buying a set and ruining them only to be stuck having to buy a whole new set.

Would give a 0 i ordered rims and put 500 cash down on them and told him when they come and i get them put on ill pay the remaining balance a week goes buy i hear nothing so i call them to see. I get told sorry they dont make that rim anymore so i said i would come up there and get my money back for now and i get told he would have to give me some today and tomorrow and then maybe a third day not all at once .I dont think so thats not how buisness works i gave you 500 cash to order somthing and you couldnt ok no big deal but if i gave you 500 at once i should recieve mine at once done talked to my lawyer

I paid cash for a set of rims for 600.00 and one of the rims can't hold air in the tire I've been complaining about this issues for months and I even bought new tires with the rims from rent a wheel. Ever since I purchased the rims it always been the one rim that continue to go flat and they have tried several times to fix it so I gave up and park my car. So now I need to find a rim like the one I purchased so I can start back driving my car. If you read this next time before u sell cash rims make sure there no issues with the rims. I'm a returning customer and this what I had to deal with

Decent tires. Kind of pricey but gets the job done if you are in a bind. They tried to force one of those super expensive bogus additional insurance plans on me. Contract clearly stated OPTIONAL. Today would make 1 week I've had tires and they've already called harrasing me 3 times, my job twice and my mom for a payment. Would highly reccommend u find somewhere else to buy tires. 2 out 5 of the following reviews are by employees. Honest opinion- IT'S A SCAM!

I was just at rent -A-Wheel in Huntsville to get tires on my 20" rims and the store manager Matt is awesome nice to work with him ,so if u need rims on a budget go and see Matt he will fix u right up.

I would not suggest this place to anyone. Cheaper to just go buy tires somewhere. Less hassle too. They took a payment off my card a week early. Then took them a week to get them money back on the card.

Started out over the phone being 50.00 then went to 150.00. Monthly for 6 month. Plus unless you call out to CA you call local store you will not get the friendly help you need

The technicians are awesome!!! For the second time in 2 months they have fixed my tire in record time They are personable and courteous I highly recommend them for your tire and wheel needs.

I had a tire pop only a couple miles away. I had made it back to the place in time, before the tire was all the way flat, to get a new one and they gave me a different tire. When I went back to get it changed to one that matched, they didn t change it out. So now I have one tire that doesn t match! I am not happy with my service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they are rude, and disrespectful, They will definitely harass you and call from different numbers. These people are very unprofessional and the prices are unreasonable. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE CROOKS
