I do all my vehicle repairs with Joanie and Joe at Performance Tire! Buy my tires here too! I recommend them to everyone that asks. They are top notch and so great work! I never ever feel like I am being overcharged for their services. They are super nice folks too!

Quickest and best tire shop in Huntsville area!I called up there to see if they could get me in for an emergency tire replacement. my lady s tire was sitting at 4psi and had absolutely no tread left, so i asked if they were booked for the day. they assured me they could fit me in so i limped the car over there and they told me it would take about an hour. to my surprise i was called up to the desk 25 minutes later and told i was good to go. great price on the tire and labor was competitively priced.all in all great experience and speedy service. Thank you all again so much for taking care of us today!

Joanie was excellent in explaining every service that was being done on my Mercedes. The pricing was much better than the dealership could offer. And I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at performance and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car service or tire sales.

Started bringing my Prius here a couple years ago after some bad experiences with the dealership service and I couldnt be happier! Originally went due to Costco discount, and kept coming back due to the excellent service by Jo and Joanie and the great work from all their service techs! Repairs are done in a timely manner and they have a spacious, climate controlled waiting area. Even brought my neighbor in for brakes for his handicap accessible van and you guys were half the price of the brake shop next to you! Thank you Jo, Joanie, and all of your technicians! You guys are awesome!

Came by for a new tire since I had a puncture too close to the sidewall. Friendly service and had the tire I needed in stock. Rolled it right up to me to let me look at it too. Had the tire mounted, balanced, and installed in under 30 minutes. Great price too. Even pulled my car right up to the front door for me and gave me the keys. Couldn't ask for better service.

First time I ever used them was referred to them and they done Awesome work got me in and out took my 4Runner to Toyota 3 times for alignment issues never could get it right took it to them and they made it ride like new again will continue to do business with them

Couldn t be less satisfied with the service provided here. Brought my car here for AC service after a couple weeks of no air. After not hearing anything all day I called to check on the status of the repair and was told everything worked fine and there was no issue. Before the car even made it out of the parking lot the air was not blowing. We called the tech out to the parking lot to show him it was not working and they said we would have to bring the car back the next day. After rearranging schedules to get the car there two days in a row we were quoted for a $470 repair. After googling the parts I was able to order everything needed for $52 and completed the repair myself in half an hour. Performance tire has no regards for their customers time and apparently thinks their labor is worth about $800/hour

Performance Tire & Service Center are the best. I began using this company at the recommendation of GEICO. I had a GEICO claim with my vehicle and picked Ford to service my vehicle. After days of waiting on Ford's lot for service, GEICO recommended I use Performance Tire & Service Center due to their great service. I had my vehicle towed from Ford to Performance Tire & Service Center. Wow, was GEICO correct. Starting from the service representatives to the technicians you will get great service. Joanie is the best and has always been helpful, the other guy that works up front is too (sorry, I forgot his name, maybe Joe?). They keep my 2007 Ford Fusion in peak condition and running strong at its old age!! Recently my windows would not let down, they fixed this electrical problem with ease. They fixed numerous other issues... This company is very cost effective and will not try to rip you off and recommend services your vehicle does not need (like Ford has done in the past). I trust Performance Tire & Service Center over Ford. You can't go wrong with this company. I will continue to take my vehicle to Performance Tire & Service Center. A++++ service.

I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED! I came from out of town with grinding brakes. I called Joanie - on a Friday, no less - and she told me to come straight away. They had my car up on the lift in no time at all, gave me an honest and fair estimate and told me that it would take no more than an hour. Shane finished the work, took a trial drive and handed me the key. While I waited, I watched their customers come in and Joanie and Joe knew most of them by name and asked about their families. The place was absolutely fabulous. I spent about 15' talking with Joe about how much he and Joanie do their best to serve their customers. I DEFINITELY recommend Performance Tire and Service in Huntsville, AL.

I love this garage. I have been coming here for 15 years. This is one of the only car shops in Huntsville I trust to touch my car. They are happy to let me in the garage with them when my car goes in. This is especially nice since I like to carefully dial in my alignment specs. Joe and Joney run an honest business and it shows. Buy your tires here and you won't regret it!They spent an entire day diagnosing an issue on my Mom's Camry, and when they couldn't figure it out, they didn't charge us a penny. They have repaired my Nissans many times, big and small issues. I am very picky about my tires, and they are more than happy to oblige. Once, we had a miscommunication about the tires I asked for (my fault), and I didn't notice until after they were installed. They didn't charge me a penny to uninstall the incorrect tires and reinstall the correct ones. I had a friend bring their Missouri car here before their state inspection. They charged us only for the things that needed fixed, no charge for the inspection (a few suspension parts plus an alignment). The car went back to Missouri, where a crooked inspection shop replaced other suspension parts and didn't re-align the car. We limped it back from Missouri and they gave us a second alignment for free.

Performance Tire rocks! Used them to install my leveling kit and helped me troubleshoot an oil leak. Outstanding customer service and super courteous staff along with extremely reasonable prices have made a me a repeat customer. Would highly recommend them to anyone for tire, suspension or service needs.

Both of my kids who go to UAH have used the tire center . honest people and prices have always been very fair! Hard to find a good shop like this these days. Being eight and a half hours away from the kids it's nice to know there's somewhere they can take their vehicles and not get taken advantage of.

Nice customer reps. They were very helpful when I needed four new tires for my jeep and they were competitive price wise. I like getting a good deal and good service. In no time they had my new tires balanced and mounted, almost like Nascar.

I was involved in a single vehicle accident, in which I fell asleep driving. They were so courteous, professional, and mannerable regarding my particular situation in which it was--unfortunately--presented to them; Particularly the nice blonde haired lady at the front desk. She suggested she speak with my family member or friend about the current situation with my car over the phone which resulted in my bill being paid! They seemed almost too good to be true. I thank God for them all.

Couple days ago I went to performance tire and service for fixing alignment problem of my car. But there was a problem in an attachment which is located in between two wheels (shaft). Without fixing that attachment it wasn t possible to fix the alignment. But the cost to fix whole thing was huge amount, which was impossible for me as a student. But the store manager, Ms. Joanie Upton offered me a very good student discount and at last I fixed my alignment issue. I really appreciate her nice and friendly behavior. Thanks a lot Ms. Joanie and staff. :)

Went in a few years ago not knowing what was wrong with car. It was $35. I've been going and recommending them since. Best prices on tires. They work on everything but transmissions. Nice folks, every single time.

I've used this shop for many years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I trust them with my vehicles. They are a bit more expensive than some smaller shops, but it's hard to put a price on quality work.

HONEST PEOPLE! The biggest challenge I found in mechanics is finding an honest shop. They have been capable and honest about what needs fixing and more importantly what DOESNT. Fair prices. Come here with all my car needs and so far no isssues

The people are nice but at this time they took a person that came in way after me car back and when asked about it I was told they were putting it on the rack but that was not true because I heard them taking the tires off the car to put the new ones on. I also notice that the paper they put in the cars on the floor that person car was given one but when they took my car no paper just hopped in and took it to the back. I guess that must have felt like that person's car was more important than my car.

Horrible!I brought my car to Performance Tire to get the front driver side tirereplaced. A few minutes later Joanie Upton came to get me and show mea leak. (There was no oil puddle in the parking lot where I wasparked, nor was there an oil puddle in my garage.) When I arrived inthe back to view the leak the front tire was off on the passenger sideand there was an obvious oil puddle on the ground. Please know that Idid not request anything to be done to the front passenger side tire.My reason for coming in was to simply get the front driver-side tireonly replaced. She and the mechanic technician explained to me that Ihad a tire strut leaking oil. When I inquired about why the tire waseven off of my car, I didn't get a reasonable logical answer, I wastold "I just wanted to see".I want to be sure to follow the proper chain of command in getting intouch with you and resolving this matter. I have left a message foryou at the office requesting a call back, and I have sent you apersonal letter. My intentions were to bring my car in for the nextthree weeks to get new tires with the tire today being the first. Itotally understand as a fellow business owner that sometimes "things"happen; however unfortunately sometimes we also have to deal withnegligence as well. I would like to continue our relationship withyour business, and get this matter resolved at this level. I apologizefor bringing this matter to you, as it could have easily been handledin the store with the proper acceptance of responsibility. InsteadJoanie Upton nonchalantly shrugged the matter off by saying "Ithappens". After seeing she and I could not resolve this matter, Iasked to speak with the manager or owner, she casually shrugged thisoff as well by saying "I'm the owner, this is it".

Excellent, excellent staff and service. Joanie and Joe are top notch managers, explain procedures thoroughly, and discourage unecessary work, even though it would put extra money in their pocket. Superb work, always. Highly recommended.
