Very questionable. Some employees are extremely resourceful and helpful. One in particular is a total BUST. All in all, just another parts store that WILL KNOWINGLY sell you the wrong parts. I'm a witness. Good luck my fellow diy's.

Nice ppl. Courteous service. They worked as fast as they could to wrap things up with a customer, so they can move on to help the next person. I saw an older white lady interrupt one of the fellas that worked there. You could tell he didn't appreciate it but, he kept his cool, and kindly answered her question b4 continuing helping the lady he was helping, first.There were several customers, in and out during our visit, there. So apparently, I'm not the only one who appreciates their courteous service. If you need a part, I am sure they will be happy to assist.

They are very friendly, helpful and quick. When I had to return parts I didn t need they refunded my money no questions asked.

They make up delivery dates when ordered parts will arrive, because parts have arrived a week after said arrival date. Their online/in store pick up service is the same way. They also gave me a used, damage part that I had ordered new. The staff seems to be indifferent about their job. Not interested in going back their for anything.

This store has the best customer service and installation I have seen in a long time! Upon arrival you can tell the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I even noticed they build relationships in the process after witnessing interaction with someone that seemed like a regular. Great service received and will always recommend this place abive any other! Thanks John!

Justin is awesome!!! He helped me out and had a great attitude and was exactly what I m sure this company wants in an employee. Held a good conversation with me while installing my battery. Make sure and give that man a raise. I will be stopping at this location for any future purchases because of him.

This company needs to hire employees that are knowledgeable of the product and store procedure! I witnessed an employee give a customer the run around about a warranty, even though the customer had a receipt and the information was available in the computer! And, Yes the information did match! A store manager had to correct the employee caused issue!

I must say super girl power. I needed a new battery and the manager wasn't going to allow me to leave without having exactly what I needed. She stood on my old battery, brought out her tools and got me rolling. Talking about a save the day moment. I needed her energy and her positive attitude! Back on the road again!

Nice clean and well stocked store. The employee that helped me with a particular light bulb was very knowledgeable and actually recommended that I try a different bulb number than the crew of employees at a nearby Auto zone. Auto zone just said that my car used a particular bulb and it would have to be special ordered. The employee at orielys actually looked at the bulb I needed to replace and looked at it carefully and said that there was another bulb and a different part number and they mbasically identical. Put the bulb in there on the spot and it worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend this store at this location to anyone needing car p6. I wish it wasn't so far out of my way I would definitely use this location every time I need a car part.

I really enjoyed the help and service I got here! I had to get a low light and both high headlights replaced and they even installed them for me! I will definitely be coming back here and to other locations for my needs.

When I arrived all the employees were smiling and in a good mood. Greg helped me out with my vehicle. He made a few suggestions that turned out to be right on point. Would suggest this location to anyone.

I tried bringing in brakes that had a warranty. Employees refused to issue out me another set of brakes saying that the warranty only covered manufacturer defect. I sat in the parking lot and called 2 different locations which both confirmed that I had warranty and could just bring the brakes in to get replaced. I then went back inside and told the employee she still refused to swap my brakes out. I just went to another location and they replaced my brakes with no problem. It was such a waste of time going to this location. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

Said there was a lifetime warranty on a fuel pump but hadn't said only if you buy some other stuff. Out over$70 on a new fuel pump that was just bought from them cause it's faulty

The staff of O'Reilly helped me when nobody else could, I had already went to two other auto parts stores attempting to have a diagnostic computer connected to my truck. The other stores were unable to get their computer to communicate with the trucks computer, O'Reilly's did it the first time. They listened to my interpretation of the issue with my truck and was able to accurately diagnose the problem with support of the information from the computer. I also learned that the staff replaces blown out taillights, a young lady was using their service on her car, that is an valuable service for people who do not repair their cars problems.

I needed repair parts for my car & truck. All I had to do was go in and ask for what I needed. Scott went to the shelves,pulled the items and had me checked out and on my way inside of 20 minutes! He even took my box out to the car for me.

O'Reilly is pretty much the same as all of the other parts stores but they usually have ay least one knowledgeable person available. I also use their point system which saves money.

I own a business here in Huntsville. And was broke down on the side of the road. Called and talked to Wayne and he got me the parts there to fix it on the side of the road. Helped me out alot. Thanks Wayne.
