Nigel always comes through for us. Was a great recommendation from a friend. You are in good hands at NBJ. Fair pricing. Friendly straightforward service. Hard to find around here.

Najum is the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with. He will never lie to you about the repairs. I took my car took me longer to pay for the repairs than I had anticipated. He worked with me till I was able to pay it off. He never charged me for storage. I would recommend him.

I went to this place thinking it was an honest and dependable place but I was in for a rude awakening. When I first came to the shop the owner with dreds was really cool until it came down for me to get my car from the shop from what he was suppose to repair. He overcharged me and price gouged me.He charged and put stuff on my car that I did not approve him of . He charged me for diagnostics twice. He got mad at me cause I told him he was trying to take advantage of me cause I was a woman and that's when he said" that's why I don't like to deal with WOMEN"and that he usually run people away that has an opinion that he doesn't agree with. And he put the icing on the cake when he gave me my keys and my BMW emblem that were on my key was gone and he didn't say I'm sorry or try to fix it. And the fat lightskin lady receptionist with an accent that had a fake glued on rhinestone on her tooth with the crooked wig was unethical and professional also laughing like it was funny that they broke my key saying is it that deep!? God sees everything and they will be punished so mote it be...

My experience at NBJ was excellent.My car broke down and he was the closest shop. So I gave him a call, and he directed me to a towing company to get the car there. Within about 4 hours he managed to get the part for my volvo and repair it. Saved my day!The work looks excellent and the price was very fair.I'll be taking advantage of his services for my future repair needs.

Najum has been repairing my cars since I was in my early 20's and I'm 52 now, and he is still repairing my cars. He's always been honest and fair so I will continue to take my cars to him. I highly recommend him and will continue to refer others to him. He's great!

One of the best in Huntsville!!! Najun gets it done the first time and if something does happen to it after he fixes it, he'll get it working for sure. Great customer services and fair prices when it comes to labor. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

HUNTSVILLE ALABAMA'S most EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL automotive technician , EXPERT service, HONEST, extremely thorough, very DEPENDABLE and RELIABLE ,i wouldn't go anywhere or recommend anyone to anyone other than NBJ AUTOMOVE, ie NIGEL at NBJ is the very BEST there is ,i have sent numerous CUSTOMERS to NBJ AUTOMOTIVE, and all of them were and are extremely SATISFIED with the EXCELLENT AUTOMOTIVE SERVICES at NBJ AUTOMOTIVE

Dude is horrible. Took my car to have my shocks installed. He overcharged me, put them on wrong and didn t do the alignment. which caused me to have a terrible accident and totaled the car. He is a shade tree crook.

Was not satisfied!!!!! Was charged for repairs that I had to get someone else to fix! He didn't offer any help or explanation as to why my vehicle was in the same shape it was when I had it towed to him. I will not recommend this place to anyone
