I just had the best experience here with Mr. Steve! Dropped my car off early this morning for an oil change and everything was smooth and easy. I loved getting to have a genuine, uplifting conversation with Mr. Steve while we were finishing up paper work. He made the place feel like home and helped me build trust in the business. Someone make Mr. Steve the face of Midas!! Thank you!

They have a new manager there and when I tell you this man is the epitome of great customer service... wow! You're going to love him, his name is Steve.I took my the car in to get a wheel alignment very good service it was Swift and it's really nothing else I can say except if you want your car taken care of swiftly and buy the book because this new manager is 100% by the book, you need to take your vehicle there!

We were so very impressed with the Customer Service we received and the attention to detail our mechanic had. He came and talked to us several times about issues he discovered, showing us what was actually wrong and explaining to us the fixes needed. It was very obvious the pride he takes in his work. We are now dedicated Midas customers. This is the most positive repair experience I have ever had.

This location off of Lehman ferry and Drake is very clean inside, and the staff are very professional. I was surprised to find out my oil change and tire rotation was done very quickly I would like to thank Steven for all his help.

I have come here for my oil changes for years and generally have a good experience. Today I came in and was told that it was REQUIRED for me to get new brake pads because they were at 3mm. They quoted me over $1,000 and after insisting that I wasn't able to afford it, tried to push me into getting a credit card and then a loan in order to get the service, and even though I kept saying no, they kept pressuring me into doing it until I finally just said I would not be getting that service done today. I was under the impression that I very badly needed the service and that's why he was pressuring me into getting it done, because I trust this place with my car. I shopped around for a deal I could afford on brakes and made an appointment at another place only for them to tell me that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with my brakes and I did not need to get them serviced anytime soon. They wouldn't have turned away business for no reason. I told them what the people at Midas said and they told me that there was a common complaint against them that they tried to pressure people into getting services they didn't need and some other really sketchy stuff that I'm not even going to repeat. I should have looked at recent reviews of this place because there are a lot of complaints where people say to avoid this place. I just hope my oil change was done correctly at this point, but I won't go here anymore after this incident.

Martin is a blessing to the world! He went SO far above and beyond to get me back on the road. The technicians worked very hard and diligently to get me taken care of swiftly! There isn't anywhere else I would rather take my vehicle! Midas on Leeman Ferry has a new customer for life!

They have been very helpful, informative, and attentive. Always willing to break down the prices and even stayed open late to fix a noise that started up after they did some maintenance. Shout out to Martin in particular for his help today with my key fob.

The ice storm proved to be detrimental.The staff was friendly and very sympathetic to the situation. They were extremely fast in getting my son's car repaired and him back on the road again.

Call to get price on oil change oil filter and air filter. oil filter and oil change quoted as $50. they would not give me a price on the air filter.they said it was around 40 or $50. They said I had to bring a car in first they could not give me prices with I provided all the car info on the air filter. Decided to go somewhere where I could get a firm price.

I don't paying for services but I was quoted a price of 29.99 for an oil change and my bill ended up being over $38.00. There is a hidden $4.99 charge that magically appears on your receipt and your payment. It is not about the money. It is just the principal and then you get coins for change. Had I tire that was going flat. The place I pulled into had a 2.5 hour wait. So I looked at a map saw the Midas almost in the same parking lot called them and they had me done in about 35 minutes so I could get home, my drive was almost 2 hours back to the house so I m the time I could have been waiting just to get the tire fixed I was back on the road and home! What kind of repair shop doesn't give quotes over the phone for a tie rod job? Yall do that just to charge extra for a "diagnostic" when the customer already tells you what they need done

Had a full insoectuon done for some wobbling I was having in my tires and he said all it needed was to be balanced again . I went under it without even lifting it up two days later and the bushings dry rotted so bad on the rear arm controls that they fell off in my hand. DO NOT GO HERE. I called after I found that out and he confirmed that they do check those and then I told him what happened and he kept saying that s crazy over and over again. Not to mention when he gave us a quote for a price he didn t include taxes fees whatever and then we came in and there was $100 more we had to spend.

This place was fantastic! Coolant leak unable to even drive vehicle. 2miles from Midas, raining,unable to get taxi, tried 5. Started walking after toe truck got car to Midas. Austin at Midas came and picked me up. Tyler worked on car and was excellent. They saved me Highly recommended

My boyfriend took our van there 2 weeks ago to get it checked out since we are about to travel in it. Apparently the lug-nuts on the wheels were not properly replaced and the wheel came off a mile away from Midas.Fortunately, Midas took care of the towing prices as well as fixing the wheel and drum. They also fixed the issues we had with brakes and idler arms at no cost! The only condition was that they didn't have to fix the body damage, which is no big deal to us. They still tried to pop out the dent for us anyway! I'm very satisfied with the service here. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone will make up for it like Midas will.

Went in the Leeman location and the young lady advisor took great care of me. Her customer service was amazing and service was done fast and I was comfortable while I waited. The store was also surprisingly clean!

Staff was extremely helpful and service was quick and easy!My vehicle s AC quit working and they had the issue diagnosed and repaired same day. They worked with my warranty company and were very responsive, making sure I was kept updated on the status of my repair. Highly recommend!

So far, I have had several oil changes and a few mechanical repairs. CV joints, brakes, rotors, and heating repair. Every time I got pretty good prices and good service. I don't think the 1st price they give you is the last price. If you are on a budget, it looks like they will work with you.Google asked me to update my review. I can let you guys know my wife joined the Midas gang also. Everything is still going smooth with our services.I wanted to give another personal update. I recently had an air compressor and blower motor replaced in my SUV. Both repairs were done very quickly and correctly. The only thing I wish is that they could have found them both on the first try. They replaced my compressor first, but it was still problematic, so they ended up finding the faulty blower motor. In their defense, I understand the blower motor was probably strained by the weak air compressor. In that case, it's likely to find the faulty blower motor after finding the weak air compressor. In the end, Midas is still my go to place!

Get a 2nd opinion for major repairs. Pack your patience. Have been here 6+ hours today getting work corrected that was done 2 weeks ago due to defective parts. Since parts are under warranty, they have to replace. That's my only car and I have to wait on it. Bathroom is filthy. No outlets in waiting area to charge phones, which would help if made to wait for hours. Two people working and 50-11 vehicles here. Staff are nice if you don't complain about the wait or quality of work.Service: Brakes
