Greg Horton was professional, friendly, and respectful of our time. The overall experience was straight forward, with zero pressure tactics from any department. The process was super easy, and I felt well informed of our choices prior to closing the sale. Genna in the finance department was helpful and professional going through vehicle finance options. I felt taken care of by each Mercedes Benz Huntsville associate. Thank you also to Jane in concierge services for a walkthrough of our new Mercedes! We really love our EQE 350!

It took me a while to reach out to the dealership again after this incident due to the fact I was 8 months pregnant then gave birth to my second child but regardless, this was my experience and the exact email I sent to them. I wouldn t recommend anyone to use this dealership or any services they provide. I d like to note the only times they contacted me after this incident was repeatedly asking me to leave a 5 star review, here s my honest review.I ve waited to make this email as I didn t know if I wanted to bother as it s been more than several months now but unfortunately my car serves as a daily reminder of these events.August of last year I brought my 2022 A class Mercedes in to replace a tire (Huntsville al Mercedes dealership),this was several days after I replaced both my front tires. We had an interesting encounter with an employee but that won t be the point of this email. We left our car for the weekend as the tire we wanted wasn t in stock and had to be ordered, that was no issue for us. The following Monday we received the call that our vehicle was ready for pick up and took longer because they had to detail it due to them leaving the windows down on our car over the weekend. This particular weekend we had some of the worst rain I ve seen here in years, I was a little confused and we proceeded to pick up the car with the promise to have it rechecked the following week. Our vehicle had receipts still on the floor and red clay on the door from me getting in and out of the car (I should mention I was around 8 months pregnant at this time). Our car hadn t truly been detailed so I lost faith it was truly checked and safe for my pregnant self, our daughter, and my spouse. I voiced these concerns and after speaking to other mechanics I made the decision to work with your dealership to trade in my car and buy a different one. I asked your dealership to meet my pay off quote since I had just recently bought this car brand new. This didn t happen, after several wasted trips up there and going back and forth i was repeatedly given numbers that didn t meet my pay off and told I d have to buy a more expensive vehicle for them to do that. A Nearly $60,000 car, which wasn t in my current budget as my current car only had $38,000 left on the loan. It was incredibly frustrating but I tried to keep good spirits through it, I asked several times to be able to speak to a manager and every time I was given an excuse. I was due in a short time and didn t feel comfortable or safe in the car I trusted the dealership with so I felt I had no other choice and dealt with it. I m now stuck with a car I don t really like, double my previous interest rate, upside down on the loan, lost money from not only just buying new tires but also having to replace my daughters car seat as they aren t considered safe after being exposed to water on the straps. We also were not honored our service warranty I had purchased for our previous car since they are non transferable, even given the situation we were put in.The situation is incredibly frustrating and I m not sure when I ll feel over it. I expected better from this dealership and I m more than disappointed in lack of accountability in this situation. Buying a new car right before having a new baby isn t ideal, being basically forced to with out the right resources or timing is even worse.The moral of this is my experience wasn t 5 star review worthy, but I don t fault every person I worked with and wouldn t want everyone to deal with the repercussions of me posting this publicly. At the end of the day I probably won t be using this dealership again, I was taken advantage of during a vulnerable time in my life and that s something I don t want to continue to support. I m not sure what could be done at this point to rectify this situation but feel it s necessary to speak out on it, I wouldn t want anyone else to deal with this.

I had an amazing sales experience with Brian Cantley. I bought from this dealership over a decade ago, but I moved out of state so it just didn t make sense to keep buying from them. I recently moved back and my lease was ending so I called Brian and spoke to him about my situation and he was very helpful and patient over the phone. He walked me through different options and invited me to come look and test drive some cars. He wasn t pushy and was very easy to talk to. Long story short I visited on the weekend after my initial call and I ended up leasing a new 2023 GLE350. Brian made the whole buying process easy and stress free. He didn t try to push me towards something I didn t want or need and he listened to me and what I wanted and what was important to me. I will absolutely be back to work with Brian once my lease is up and I will recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new or used car. I also want to shout out Genna the finance manager. She was awesome as well and so friendly. She also explained things in detail and made the contract part very quick, easy and painless. Buying/leasing a new car can be stressful, but not at Mercedes Benz of Huntsville with Brian and Genna!

I was very excited to close on a used vehicle today. Yesterday we had a great experience with both the salesman and the financial manager. We had our minds made up about getting the car, we just needed to wait for our bank to open today to talk to them about financing. They acted sure that everything would be good to go for us today and I was excited as my husband was at our bank signing papers and getting my permission for the go-ahead. Unfortunately, moments later he called me back and informed me that they were showing the car to someone else and test driving it. That was annoying as they knew we were about to close on this car, but my husband assured me that they haven't made any deals yet and they would let us know if they don't go ahead with it. Well, another moment later he got back with me to tell me that they have gotten back with him so they must be closing on it instead of us. I am so disheartened that they would do that to us knowing we were literally in the process of getting it financed. I hope they know how excited we were about this car and how crushed I am that they would sell it out from under us.Update: I brought this rating up from 2 stars to 3 since they got back with us about how upset we were, but their effort in trying to make it right was fairly minimal.

Two words, Lamont Wright! Lamont is the right guy for you! What are you waiting for? Stop what you are doing and call to make an appointment to see Lamont. He is personable, he listens, and he treats you the way he would want to be treated if he were buying a car. Lamont provides the next level sales experience. If you are buying new or certified pre-owned Lamont, is consistent with his customer service. I highly recommend you make an appointment so you can get the full experience because he is busy. You will NOT be disappointed!

We purchased a EQB300 from this dealership. We like this new EV car for its quiet, smooth ride and very nice dashboard layout interior. Jane Thygerson, the customer service specialist is very cheerful and helpful in showing us how to operate and use all features of the car offers. Thank you for providing us great service Jane! But for the financial person is not so much helpful and cheerful to deal with. I would put 5 stars rating if we had a better service in financing department.

Bought a used car last year from them. Second car I purchased from them. The first purchase went well. The purchase of the second car was one I should have walked away from. Once I test drove it and confirmed the deal with the sales rep he then informed me with a document clearly thrown together on Microsoft word that the lender I wanted to use wouldn t let me make extra principal payments. A clear lie. Then when we get to financing to sign paper work I m told the same lie. When I confronted the guy he goes into instant defense mode trashing the lender I wanted to use. Then after trying to cram a warranty down my throat he some how became even more of a jerk. Making several rude comments to my wife and I. My biggest regret it not getting up and walking out of the building. Would not recommend them and I will never buy another car here again.

Our lawn service broke the tail light to our MB SUV. The lawn service was going to pay for it but the lawn service wasn t sure if they needed to claim it on their insurance or pay out of pocket. So we needed to get a quote for a repair, and get it to our lawn service.My husband called the HSV MB dealership for quote. They provided a quote of $957. We then gave that quote to the lawn service. They wrote us a check for that amount.My husband then called the HSV MB dealership to schedule the repair during that phone call the quote went up an additional $300.My husband spoke with the service manager who was not very polite/rude and said quotes are subject to change at anytime and are only good for 1 week. This was on day 9 (remember we had some back and fourth with the lawn service trying to see if they needed to file it on their insurance or pay for our tail light out of pocket).Finally, after my husband explained how unreasonable that was, the service manager agreed to honor the original quote.Except after the work was complete surprise it was the $300 more. We obviously paid for it (begrudgingly) and will be taking our services and oil changes to Tuscaloosa and will be buying future vehicles not from the Huntsville dealership.I don t want to do business with a dealership that doesn t want to do the right thing and/or you have to hassle with to get to do the right thing.

E320 broke down and had it towed to Mercedes Huntsville. Very good communication with Service Department. They even stayed a little late for me to get the car delivered and checked in. Excellent communication throughout entire process. Got the car back in 2 days! Very good experience at this dealer. All of the people in the Service Department are Top Notch Professionals. Thank You, I highly recommend this Mercedes Dealer.

As a long time customer of Mercedes Benz since 2012 I want everyone to know how much I love my Mercedes. But most of all I wanted to let them know how much I appreciate the service I receive when I come to the dealership with any question I have about my vehicle no matter how small . Unfortunately, I m going through one of the most frustrating and stressful purchases I ve ever dealt with. I purchased a Vehicle November 2022, and is December 2023 and my car has not been registered because of this Dealership s unprofessional way of conducting business . I m a Veteran and a Father of 5, still paying for a car that has not been register for over a year. I can t drive it, but I ve still made all payments on time . I ve reached out to Eddie, which is the Manager and he just hung up the phone on my face . I ve done everything in my power to complete the contract agreement, unlike the dealership. I m currently in conversations with attorneys to get this issue fix. I m basically writing this review for consumers to consider where they decide to invest their money. I ve lost over $10,000 because of this dealership, and I would hate for others to go through this because of this Dealership bad business to make some extra dollars. Is a shame and Americans should not be coming to this dealership to purchase anything, if you do, please make sure all the paperwork is correct and title and registration are being sent to the DMV, as it should . My first posted Google review is to recognize Jess who sold us our Mercedes GLS450. How fortunate we were when Jess greeted us. Jess totally understood and valued her product. She listened to understand my needs and limitations. With her expertise, thoroughness, patience, and flexibility she guided me through my options to a great solution. Throughout the process she was always positive and responsive. Still, several months after purchase Jess remains committed and available. Well...if it sounds like she is why I purchased the car...she is !I would also like to recognize Jane, our Concierge. Following the vehicle purchase, Jane provided excellent instructional sessions and regular expert assistance on numerous phone calls.Genna in finance made the purchase and warranty process extremely easy.Thank you Mercedes of Huntsville for a great experience.

Purchased an 2022 E350 from here and the service was garbage for me at least. The car was supposed to have been certified pre-owned but had minor issues that was fixed. My biggest problems is the customer service, once you purchase your car they are on to the next I felt as if I were another number to them. Salesman didn t even help me put on my tag or tell me I was good to go, Mercedes in Florida treated us like VIPs compared to this dealership. I will not be back to purchase another vehicle. Lose the attitudes people are just wanting to purchase cars.

Couldn't get the deal done do I went to Irondale, AL and got the the vehicle I wanted with more bells and whistles for less than what they offered for a vehicle that wasn't my preferred color and way less bells and whistles. I recommend going to Irondale campass to spend your money.

I was in the area and took my car in for servicing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Julie. Also, the sales department was great. Christina was very friendly- an initial conversation turned into me considering upgrading my 2009 Mercedes to a 2016 model. It s definitely worth the drive from Montgomery. I ll start coming here from now on:)

We had an amazing experience as first time out of state car buyers at this dealership. Greg and Max have been absolutely fantastic to work with. From the virtual walk-around, to overseeing the loading of the vehicle onto a transport carrier. Greg has kept us informed throughout. Amir in finance was exceptional to work with, and although a shipping mishap (finance paperwork) delayed the process, he and the team went above and beyond to fix and make it up. The staff could not have been friendlier & I truly felt they cared about me as an individual as much as my business. A+++ dealer

Ask for Jessica Brown she is the best! We have nothing but positive things to say about Ms. Jessica Brown at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville. Last year my husband and I was unable to physically come to the dealership to look at vehicles due to work. Ms. Brown brought the vehicle to us to look it over and test drive. She answered all of our questions. I was so impressed with her dedication to make our car buying experience memorable. Another wonderful thing about Ms. Brown is that even after a year of purchasing our vehicle she says call me if you need anything. I must say we have contacted her on more than one occasion because she is very knowledgeable about Mercedes-Benz, friendly, professional and resourceful. We look forward to doing business again with Ms. Brown in the future.

The service received was absolutely amazing. This car buying process by far is the best ever hands down. From the moment we stepped onsite all the way to closing the deal. The Business Manager/Sales Consultant Genna Cecil has won us over completely. She is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had 2 rowdy children, and let me tell....she done such an amazing job keeping them calm. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly and offered many complimentary items while we were there. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

In May of 2022 MB of HSV replaced the sway bar boots and front brakes on my 2015 SLK 250. After about 19k miles one sway bar end fell and was dragging, on a Sunday. Had Pep Boys fix (a whole other bad story). 3 weeks later I heard scraping on my brakes. Took to Christian Brothers and they said one side was metal on metal, the other side had 7mm left. I hadn't remembered that MB had changed the brakes until I saw the old receipt. Had the car towed to MB who told me that they would NOT cover it under warranty and that it would cost me $1500+. Not only did they say that but, they said I needed new rear brakes. There is 7mm left on both rear brakes, at least 40k miles left on them. I inspected and confirmed - I have many installed brake systems in my lifetime. MB LIED TO ME just to make more $ off me! What really ticks me off is that I have bought 5 cars from them and then they treat me like this! Christian Brothers not only repaired my brakes for $1241 but, they were very polite, understanding and professional. I put MB service on the level of Pep Boys service.

I was looking for a new Jeep Cherokee and ran across a 22 model used one here at MB HSV with 830 miles on it. Got a great deal and someone else took the depreciation. Anyway, we didn't notice until we got home 2 hours away that the backseat headrests were missing. Lamont my sales guy went out of his way to find and retrieve them from the previous owner then FedEx to us. Everyone we met there were great to work with. A big thanks and shout out to Lamont in sales and Genna the business manager. Great experience all around.

committed fraud and not completing their terms on a Contract . My daughter s father had the suv for over a year and they re refusing to register it . It s been an ongoing expensive headache that no one is addressing properly or at all.
